Abstract
本发明公开了一种面粉,由以下原料制成:小麦粉、红米粉、黑米粉、紫米粉份、黑豆粉、山药粉、马铃薯粉、茯苓、莲子、芡实、淮山、白芍、预知子。同时,还公开了该面粉的制备方法,主要是将茯苓、莲子、芡实、淮山、白芍及预知子制成细粉备用;然后与余料放入混料机口,混合15-20min,既得产品。本发明提供一种针对胃病患者的食疗性面粉及其制备方法,在获取普通粗粮产品营养的同时,还可利用面粉中所含的中药成份进行养胃,更进一步保护自身身体健康。

技术领域
本发明属于食品领域,具体涉及一种面粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
面粉是一种由小麦磨成的粉末。按面粉中蛋白质含量的多少,可以分为高筋面粉、低筋面粉及无筋面粉。面粉(小麦粉)是中国北方大部分地区的主食。以面粉制成的食物品种繁多,花样百出,风味迥异。
目前,市场上大多面粉仅仅由粗粮制成,口味单一,没有针对特殊群体的食疗性面粉。
发明内容
为克服上述不足,本发明目的是提供一种针对胃病患者的食疗性面粉及其制备方法,在获取普通粗粮产品营养的同时,还可利用面粉中所含的中药成份进行养胃,更进一步保护自身身体健康。
本发明的方案如下:一种面粉,按重量份计,小麦粉10-30份、红米粉5-10份、黑米粉5-12份、紫米粉2-10份、黑豆粉4-10份、山药粉10-24份、马铃薯粉8-20份、茯苓2-10份、莲子2-10份、芡实2-10份、淮山2-10份、白芍2-10份、预知子2-10份。

一种面粉,其制备方法如下:
a、按重量份取晒干后的茯苓、莲子、芡实、淮山、白芍及预知子,放入捣碎机内捣碎,然后碾磨、磨碎,过100目筛得细粉备用;
b、按重量份取小麦粉、红米粉、黑米粉、紫米粉、黑豆粉、山药粉及马铃薯粉,然后与步骤a中制得的细粉放入混料机口,混合15-20min,既得产品
本发明的有益效果:
茯苓:甘淡,平。入心、脾、肺经。功用主治:渗湿利水,益脾和胃,宁心安神。治小便不利,水肿胀满,痰饮咳逆,呕哕,泄泻,遗精,淋浊,惊悸,健忘。
莲子:甘涩,平。入心,脾、肾经。养心,益肾,补脾。涩肠。治夜寐多梦,遗精,淋浊,久痢,虚泻,妇人崩漏带下。石莲子并能止呕、开胃,常用治噤口痢。
芡实:甘涩,平。入脾、肾经。固肾涩精,补脾止泄。治遗精,淋浊,带下,小便不禁,大便泄泻。
淮山:平、甘、无毒。入肺、脾、肾、胃。健脾、厚肠胃、补肺、益肾。主治:脾虚泄泻,久痢,虚劳咳嗽,遗精带下,小便频数,消渴,子宫脱垂。
白芍:苦酸,凉。入肝、脾经。功用主治:养血柔肝,缓中止痛,敛阴收汗。治胸腹胁肋疼痛,泻痢腹痛,自汗盗汗,阴虚发热,月经不调,崩漏,带下。
预知子:味苦,寒,无毒。《日华子本草》:"治一切风,补五劳七伤。治痃癣,气块,天行温疾,消宿食,止烦闷,利小便,催生,解药毒,中恶失音,发落,敷一切蛇、虫、蚕咬。
本发明将普通的粗粮制面粉与上述中药结合在一起制成具有食疗作用的面粉,在获取普通粗粮产品营养的同时,还可利用面粉中所含的中药成份进行养胃,更进一步保护自身身体健康。
本发明不含滑石粉、增白剂、防腐剂等任何添加剂,充分保证了面粉的色、香、味自然纯真,可根据自己个人家庭的口味和喜好制作也可作馒头、花卷、面条、饺子、包子、烧饼、油饼等面食,色、香、味俱佳,营养更丰富。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种面粉,按重量份计,小麦粉20份、红米粉8份、黑米粉8份、紫米粉6份、黑豆粉5份、山药粉18份、马铃薯粉16份、茯苓4份、莲子4份、芡实5份、淮山6份、白芍5份、预知子8份。
制备方法如下:
a、按上述重量份取晒干后的茯苓、莲子、芡实、淮山、白芍及预知子,放入捣碎机内捣碎,然后碾磨、磨碎,过100目筛得细粉备用;
b、按上述重量份取小麦粉、红米粉、黑米粉、紫米粉、黑豆粉、山药粉及马铃薯粉,然后与步骤a中制得的细粉放入混料机口,混合15-20min,既得产品。
实施例2
一种面粉,按重量份计,小麦粉25份、红米粉8份、黑米粉10份、紫米粉5份、黑豆粉5份、山药粉18份、马铃薯粉15份、茯苓4份、莲子4份、芡实5份、淮山8份、白芍4份、预知子8份。
制备方法如下:
a、按上述重量份取晒干后的茯苓、莲子、芡实、淮山、白芍及预知子,放入捣碎机内捣碎,然后碾磨、磨碎,过100目筛得细粉备用;

a、按上述重量份取晒干后的茯苓、莲子、芡实、淮山、白芍及预知子,放入捣碎机内捣碎,然后碾磨、磨碎,过100目筛得细粉备用;
b、按上述重量份取小麦粉、红米粉、黑米粉、紫米粉、黑豆粉、山药粉及马铃薯粉,然后与步骤a中制得的细粉放入混料机口,混合15-20min,既得产品。

1.一种面粉,其特征在于,按重量份计,小麦粉20份、红米粉8份、黑米粉8份、紫米粉6份、黑豆粉5份、山药粉18份、马铃薯粉16份、茯苓4份、莲子4份、芡实5份、淮山6份、白芍5份、预知子8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种面粉,其特征在于,制备方法如下:
a、按重量份取晒干后的茯苓、莲子、芡实、淮山、白芍及预知子,放入捣碎机内捣碎,然后碾磨、磨碎,过100目筛得细粉备用;
b、按重量份取小麦粉、红米粉、黑米粉、紫米粉、黑豆粉、山药粉及马铃薯粉,然后与步骤a中制得的细粉放入混料机口,混合15-20min,即得产品。
