本发明公开了一种鹰嘴豆杂粮粉及其制作方法,所述的鹰嘴豆杂粮粉由下列重量份数的原料组成:薏米25‑30份、芡实10‑15份、鹰嘴豆3‑5份、绿豆3‑5份、黄豆3‑5份、黑豆3‑5份、紫米5‑10份、玉米5‑10份、紫薯3‑5份、茯苓3‑5份、燕麦5‑10份;制作方法如下:(1)原料准备;(2)清洗干燥;(3)粉碎;(4)混合、封装。本发明的鹰嘴豆杂粮粉制作简单、用途广泛,可以用来熬粥、做点心或者炒熟后冲水即食,且该鹰嘴豆杂粮粉富含人体必需的膳食纤维、微量元素,营养均衡,长期食用可以强身健体、美容养颜、有益人体健康。

鹰嘴豆是世界上栽培面积较大的食用豆类植物之一,在我国新疆已有2500年的生长历史,是世界第二大消费豆类。鹰嘴豆具有很高的营养、食用、医疗价值。据《中华人民共和国卫生部药品标准·维吾尔分册》记载,鹰嘴豆富含人体所需要的18种氨基酸、膳食纤维、钙、钾、锌等多种微量元素和维生素等营养物质。鹰嘴豆中蛋白质氨基酸组成均衡、生物利用率高。此外,鹰嘴豆中还含有不饱和脂肪酸、异黄酮、皂苷等多种生理活性物质,能有效降低人体血清脂水平,减少胆固醇堆积,加强中枢神经系统的调节,对高血压、心脏病有明显的预防作用。鹰嘴豆及其制品是糖尿病、高血脂、高血压等特殊人群的首选健康食品。维吾尔族用它治疗支气管炎、霍乱、便秘、痢疾、消化不良、肠胃气胀、糖尿病等疾病。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种鹰嘴豆杂粮粉及其制作方法,按人体营养要求科学调配,食用方便,有益人体健康。
本发明所述的一种鹰嘴豆杂粮粉,由下列重量份数的原料组成:薏米25-30份、芡实10-15份、鹰嘴豆3-5份、绿豆3-5份、黄豆3-5份、黑豆3-5份、紫米5-10份、玉米5-10份、紫薯3-5份、茯苓3-5份、燕麦5-10份。
本发明所述的一种鹰嘴豆杂粮粉的制作方法包括如下步骤:
(1)原料准备:按照各组分配比选择优质的原材料;
(2)清洗干燥:将原材料分别用清水洗净后,晾干,置于120-150℃下干燥1-2h;
(3)粉碎:将干燥好的原材料分别入粉碎机,粉碎至100-120目;
(4)混合、封装:将各种原材料粉充分混合均匀,封装即可。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的鹰嘴豆杂粮粉制作简单、用途广泛,可以用来熬粥、做点心或者炒熟后冲水即食,且该鹰嘴豆杂粮粉富含人体必需的膳食纤维、微量元素,营养均衡,长期食用可以强身健体、美容养颜、有益人体健康。
具体实施方式
实施例一:
称取优质薏米25KG、芡实10KG、鹰嘴豆3KG、绿豆3-KG、黄豆3KG、黑豆3KG、紫米5KG、玉米5KG、紫薯3KG、茯苓3KG、燕麦5KG;将原材料分别用清水洗净后,晾干,置于150℃下干燥1h;将干燥好的原材料分别入粉碎机,粉碎至100目;最后将各种原材料粉充分混合均匀,封装即可得鹰嘴豆杂粮粉。
实施例二:
称取优质薏米30KG、芡实15KG、鹰嘴豆5KG、绿豆5KG、黄豆5KG、黑豆5KG、紫米10KG、玉米10KG、紫薯5KG、茯苓5KG、燕麦10KG;将原材料分别用清水洗净后,晾干,置于120℃下干燥2h;将干燥好的原材料分别入粉碎机,粉碎至120目;最后将各种原材料粉充分混合均匀,封装即可得鹰嘴豆杂粮粉。

2.一种鹰嘴豆杂粮粉的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
