Abstract

本发明涉及一种果蔬保鲜塑料薄膜,属于高分子材料技术领域,它包括按照重量份数计的如下原料:低密度聚乙烯树脂80~100份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯树脂10~15份、载银锌4A沸石抗菌剂0.2~2份、甘油单油酸酯0.2~0.8份、乙氧基化烷基酸胺0.5~2份、抗氧剂0.3~0.8份、偶联剂0.5~2份、碳酸钙6~10份、麦饭石3~5份。本发明产品机械性能好,结构稳定,透气性好,具有O2和CO2的双向调节作用,在贮藏期间,即使由温度波动,也不易产生结露;同时,本发明具有良好的抗菌作用,本品可减缓果蔬的内源代谢老化和外源微生物导致的腐败,大幅度延长保鲜期和有效保持果蔬品质。

技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料技术领域,具体涉及一种果蔬保鲜塑料薄膜。
背景技术
保鲜膜是一种塑料包装制品,通常以乙烯为母料通过聚合反应制成,主要用于微波炉食品加热、冰箱食物保存、生鲜及熟食包装等场合,在家庭生活、超市卖场、宾馆饭店及工业生产的食品包装领域都有广泛应用。根据所用材料及添加塑化剂不同,保鲜膜分为多种类型,可适用于不同的场合。保鲜膜以其方便、经济、美观的特点受到了人们的青睐。
现有的果蔬保鲜膜功能较为单一,大部分保鲜膜不具有抗菌功能,且无法做到O2和CO2的双向调节,在贮藏时容易在保鲜膜内结露,因此如何克服现有技术的不足是目前高分子材料技术领域亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术的不足,提供一种果蔬保鲜塑料薄膜,该产品不仅具有良好的透气性,还具有优异的杀菌功能。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种果蔬保鲜塑料薄膜,包括按照重量份数计的如下原料:低密度聚乙烯树脂80~100份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯树脂10~15份、载银锌4A沸石抗菌剂0.2~2份、甘油单油酸酯0.2~0.8份、乙氧基化烷基酸胺0.5~2份、抗氧剂0.3~0.8份、偶联剂0.5~2份、碳酸钙6~10份、麦饭石3~5份。
所述的抗氧剂为丁基羟基茴香醚。
所述的偶联剂为钛酸酯偶联剂。
上述的薄膜开关用PET树脂组合物的制备方法,是将低密度聚乙烯树脂、乙烯-醋酸乙烯树脂、载银锌4A沸石抗菌剂、甘油单油酸酯、乙氧基化烷基酸胺、抗氧剂、偶联剂、以及粉碎后的碳酸钙和麦饭石在混合机中混合均匀,采用一次性的吹膜法制得本发明产品。其中碳酸钙和麦饭石粉碎至150~200目。
本发明与现有技术相比,其有益效果为:本发明产品机械性能好,结构稳定,透气性好,具有O2和CO2的双向调节作用,在贮藏期间,即使由温度波动,也不易产生结露;同时,本发明具有良好的抗菌作用,本品可减缓果蔬的内源代谢老化和外源微生物导致的腐败,大幅度延长保鲜期和有效保持果蔬品质。
具体实施例
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
实施例1
一种果蔬保鲜塑料薄膜,包括按照重量份数计的如下原料:低密度聚乙烯树脂80份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯树脂10份、载银锌4A沸石抗菌剂0.2份、甘油单油酸酯0.2份、乙氧基化烷基酸胺0.5份、丁基羟基茴香醚0.3份、钛酸酯偶联剂0.5份、碳酸钙6份、麦饭石3份。
上述的薄膜开关用PET树脂组合物的制备方法,是将低密度聚乙烯树脂、乙烯-醋酸乙烯树脂、载银锌4A沸石抗菌剂、甘油单油酸酯、乙氧基化烷基酸胺、丁基羟基茴香醚、钛酸酯偶联剂、以及粉碎后的碳酸钙和麦饭石在混合机中混合均匀,采用一次性的吹膜法制得本发明产品。其中碳酸钙和麦饭石粉碎至150~200目。
采用常规微生物杀菌效果检测,其杀菌力结果为:金黄色葡萄球菌95%,大肠杆菌90%,白色念珠菌94%。
实施例2
一种果蔬保鲜塑料薄膜,包括按照重量份数计的如下原料:低密度聚乙烯树脂100份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯树脂15份、载银锌4A沸石抗菌剂2份、甘油单油酸酯0.8份、乙氧基化烷基酸胺2份、丁基羟基茴香醚0.8份、钛酸酯偶联剂2份、碳酸钙10份、麦饭石5份。
本实施例的果蔬保鲜塑料薄膜的制备方法与实施例1的果蔬保鲜塑料薄膜的制备方法相同。
采用常规微生物杀菌效果检测,其杀菌力结果为:金黄色葡萄球菌94%,大肠杆菌94%,白色念珠菌95%。
实施例3
一种果蔬保鲜塑料薄膜,包括按照重量份数计的如下原料:低密度聚乙烯树脂90份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯树脂13份、载银锌4A沸石抗菌剂1份、甘油单油酸酯0.5份、乙氧基化烷基酸胺1.3份、丁基羟基茴香醚0.7份、钛酸酯偶联剂1.8份、碳酸钙7.9份、麦饭石4份。
本实施例的果蔬保鲜塑料薄膜的制备方法与实施例1的果蔬保鲜塑料薄膜的制备方法相同。
采用常规微生物杀菌效果检测,其杀菌力结果为:金黄色葡萄球菌98%,大肠杆菌96%,白色念珠菌99%。
本发明产品性能检测:采用实施例1~3产品以及普通市售保鲜膜为对照,对灵武长枣包装在25℃下存放90天,其检测结果如表1所示。

检测结果说明,本发明产品具有良好的调节作用,是一种理想的果蔬保险用品。

1.一种果蔬保鲜塑料薄膜,其特征在于包括按照重量份数计的如下原料:低密度聚乙烯树脂80~100份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯树脂10~15份、载银锌4A沸石抗菌剂0.2~2份、甘油单油酸酯0.2~0.8份、乙氧基化烷基酸胺0.5~2份、抗氧剂0.3~0.8份、偶联剂0.5~2份、碳酸钙6~10份、麦饭石3~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的果蔬保鲜塑料薄膜,其特征在于所述的抗氧剂为丁基羟基茴香醚。
3.根据权利要求1所述的果蔬保鲜塑料薄膜,其特征在于所述的偶联剂为钛酸酯偶联剂。
