Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于催乳的营养汤剂,它是由通草、鲫鱼、白萝卜、姜末制成,本发明加工过程中,很好的保存了原料各种的营养成分,又保持了食物的外观,体现了色、香、味的特点,因而该菜肴是餐桌及家庭上乘营养的佳品,具有催乳块、口感好、营养全面、滋补月子妈妈的作用。

本发明涉及食品领域,具体是涉及一种用于催乳的营养汤剂。 
背景技术
女性产后,乳少或无乳的现象经常发生,有时因为是孩子没有及时开奶,但有更多是因为先天基因染色体异常导致乳腺发育不良或畸形,或气虚或血虚或气血两虚,肝郁气滞,当准妈妈过于肥胖,饮食营养不合理,哺乳期患乳腺炎没有及时治愈等原因,都可以引起产后缺乳或无乳。 
目前一般月子菜肴有骨头汤、炖鸡肉、红糖加鸡蛋……  补不好不但对健康有害,而且还会让自己变成“肥妈”,奶乳也不见得马上就有,怎么才能补得健康又能马上催乳呢?是每个无乳或乳少的妈妈都要面对的问题。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于催乳的营养汤剂,可以让月子妈妈安心食用,催乳效果快,可以增强月子妈妈身体抵抗力,并为宝宝提供足够的乳汁,本发明营养价值高、经济实惠、操作方便,口感好。  
本发明涉及的具体技术方案是提供一种用于催乳的营养汤剂,是由下列重量份配比的原料组合而成:通草20-30份、鲫鱼300-400份、白萝卜200-300份、清水600-1000份、老姜8-12份、低度米酒45-55份。

一种用于催乳的营养汤剂的制备方法,其特征在于具体步骤如下:1)首先准备好上述所需原料,然后将鲫鱼刮去掉鳞片,开膛破肚,去除内脏、腮,刮净鲫鱼腹中的黑膜,再用清水清洗干净。 
2)准备平底锅,在锅中放入植物油,待油热后,放入鲫鱼煎熟后再翻反面再煎熟。
3)将煎好后的鱼放入锅中,放入姜片,倒入一壶开水,水量以浸没过鱼为准,用文火慢炖1小时。 
3)再放入通草用文火再炖煮3小时,装瓶成剂即可。 
本发明涉及的原料在中药大辞典中有记载,具体说明如下。 
通草,别名寇脱、离南、活莌、倚商等,为五加科植物通脱木的茎髓,干燥茎髓呈圆柱形,一般长0.3~0.6米,直径1.2~3厘米,洁白色,有横纵沟纹。体轻,质柔软,有弹性,易折断,断面平坦,中部有直径0.5~1.5厘米的空心或白色半透明的薄膜,外圈银白色,纵剖之见有层层隔膜,无臭无昧,属利水渗湿药,能利尿通淋,通草是利水化湿中药,主治:湿温尿赤、淋病涩痛、水肿尿少、乳汁不下。 
本发明的菜肴,以通草、鲫鱼、白萝卜为主要原料,有     利水化湿等作用,达到催乳的效果。 
本发明在加工过程中,很好的保存了原料中各种的营养成分,又保持了食物的外观,体现了色、香、味的特点,因而该菜肴是餐桌及家庭上乘营养的佳品,具有口感好、针对月子妈妈来说营养全面、迅速催乳,滋补身体的作用。 
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明,但不是对本发明的限制。 
实施例1:一种用于催乳的营养汤剂,是由下列重量份配比的原料组合而成:通草20份、鲫鱼300份、白萝卜200份、清水600份、老姜8份、低度米酒45份。 
  一种用于催乳的营养汤剂的制备方法,具体步骤如下:1)首先准备好上述所需原料,然后将鲫鱼刮去掉鳞片,开膛破肚,去除内脏、腮,刮净鲫鱼腹中的黑膜,再用清水清洗干净。
