Abstract
本发明公开了一种美白养颜啫喱的配方及其制作方法，选材包括蜂蜜、蜂王浆、黄芪粉、枸杞、肉桂粉、白果粉、火龙果、香蕉汁、吉利丁片，经过吉利丁片软化、混合控温加热、搅拌冷却、冷凝成型制得，因其采用药食同源的材料，且具备抗氧化、抗衰老、美白等功效，实为美容养颜之佳品。

本发明涉及食品加工领域，尤其涉及一种美白养颜啫喱的配方及制作方法。
背景技术
爱美是女人的天性，而肌肤的美白、抗衰老也是女人不变的追求，改善皮肤的方法多种多样，从药疗到食疗举不胜举，中西医均有各种各样能达到较佳效果的方法，不过能长期、大量并且无副作用的方法还是食疗为佳，中医学中对美白抗衰有了很成熟的体系，其中相关功效的药食同源的材料就很多，譬如：
香蕉含丰富的维生素A,不但能滋润皮肤,还可改善脸部因微血管扩张产生的脸红；火龙果富含维生素C，可以消除氧自由基，具有美白皮肤的作用，且火龙果中花青素含量较高，花青素是一种效用明显的抗氧化剂，它具有抗氧化、抗自由基、抗衰老的作用;蜂王浆是一种很好的美容剂,由于蜂王浆中含有丰富的维生素和蛋白质，还含有SOD酶，并有杀菌作用，是一种珍贵的美容用品;蜂蜜的营养成分全面,有很强的抗氧化作用，能清除体内的“垃圾”——氧自由基，因而有葆青春抗衰老、消除和减少皮肤皱纹及老年斑的作用,故而常用于美白；此外枸杞、白果也具有抗衰老的功效；肉桂则可以促进吸收，加快以上成分生效的时间。
发明内容
本发明将具有美白养颜功效的材料通过科学的方法与零食结合起来，使人们在吃零食时不知不觉就能达到美白养颜的功效，因为本品采用的均是药食同源的材料，无毒副作用，可以长期大量食用。
本发明选取吉利丁片25份、水500份、蜂蜜20-30份、蜂王浆5-10份、黄芪粉5-10份、枸杞20-30份、肉桂粉0-2份、白果粉10-18份、香蕉15-20份、火龙果20-30份，其为重量配比，制作过程如下：
(1)将吉利丁片置于冷水中软化12-15分钟后捞出备用；火龙果，香蕉取其果肉洗净切成1厘米见方的小块备用；
(2)将相应比例的蜂蜜、蜂王浆、黄芪粉、肉桂粉、白果粉与水混合加热并搅拌均匀、其温度控制在70-80摄氏度，持续5-10分钟形成混合物A；
(3)将步骤1中软化后的吉利丁片放入混合物A中，持续搅拌待其完全溶解形成混合物B，关闭热源；
(4)待混合物B温度降至40-50摄氏度时，加入对应量的火龙果和香蕉块以及枸杞继续搅拌至其凝形后冷藏即可得到本产品。
具体实施方式
实施例一
取吉利丁片25克、水500克、蜂蜜30克、蜂王浆5克、黄芪粉5克、枸杞20克、肉桂粉1克、白果粉10克、香蕉15克、火龙果30克。
实施例二
本品制作过程如下：
(1)将吉利丁片置于冷水中软化15分钟后捞出备用；火龙果，香蕉取其果肉洗净切成1厘米见方的小块备用；
(2)将相应比例的蜂蜜、蜂王浆、黄芪粉、肉桂粉、白果粉与水混合加热并搅拌均匀、其温度控制在75摄氏度，持续10分钟形成混合物A；
(3)将步骤1中软化后的吉利丁片放入混合物A中，持续搅拌待其完全溶解形成混合物B，关闭热源；
(4)待混合物B温度降至40摄氏度时，加入对应量的火龙果和香蕉块以及枸杞继续搅拌至其凝形后冷藏即可得到本产品。
以上仅为本发明较佳的实施例，故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围，即依本发明说明书内容所作的等效变化与装饰，皆应属于本发明覆盖的范围内。
Claims (2)
1.一种美白养颜啫喱，其制作材料包括吉利丁片25份、水500份，其特征在于：所述美白养颜啫喱还包括美白基料；所述美白基料成分包括：蜂蜜20-30份、蜂王浆5-10份、黄芪粉5-10份、枸杞20-30份、肉桂粉0-2份、白果粉10-18份、香蕉15-20份、火龙果20-30份，其为重量配比。
2.一种制作如权利要求1所述美白养颜啫喱的方法，其特征在于包括以下步骤：
(1)将吉利丁片置于冷水中软化12-15分钟后捞出备用；火龙果，香蕉取其果肉洗净切成1厘米见方的小块备用；
(2)将相应比例的蜂蜜、蜂王浆、黄芪粉、肉桂粉、白果粉与水混合加热并搅拌均匀、其温度控制在70-80摄氏度，持续5-10分钟形成混合物A；
(3)将步骤1中软化后的吉利丁片放入混合物A中，持续搅拌待其完全溶解形成混合物B，关闭热源；
(4)待混合物B温度降至40-50摄氏度时，加入对应量的火龙果和香蕉块以及枸杞继续搅拌至其凝形后冷藏即可得到本产品。
