技术领域
本发明涉及一种罐中袋类型的气溶胶(Aerosol)容器,其中该容器适用于对暴露于压缩气体和/或空气非常敏感的凝胶产品,例如剃须凝胶。如果将袋体中的产品暴露于压缩气体/空气,那么它有可能会过早地开始产生泡沫,这种情况会对产品配发产生不良影响,对于希望将凝胶作为透明凝胶来进行分配且不希望其预先发泡的用户来说,这种情况是不可接受的。
背景技术
2008年10月29日公开的EP 1985555A(CROWN PACKAGINGTECHNOLOGY INC)(同样由本申请人提交)描述了此类罐中袋形式的气溶胶的早期形式,其中该气溶胶具有与喷嘴装置相连的袋体,然后,该袋体被插入气溶胶罐体。该专利申请描述了使用与常规阀袋(bag-on-valve)系统相对的喷嘴袋体(bag-on-spout)系统以及使用具有管状区段(用于容纳优选的阀座和阀门)以及鱼尾状(fish-tail)密封区段(用于在喷嘴与袋体之间提供良好的密封)所具有的优点。作为示例,该申请中描述的塑料喷嘴是用聚丙烯(PP)制成的,虽然这种喷嘴非常廉价、柔软、防水、且易于热封到袋体材料,但是发明人发现,这种布置并未对推进剂(例如压缩气体或空气)提供足够阻隔,并且填入袋体的产品(例如剃须凝胶)仍旧会预先发泡,这对(将产品填入袋体的)顾客和最终用户来说都是不可接受的。
鱼尾状密封区段允许在喷嘴与袋体之间提供良好的密封,并且很容易用聚丙烯(PP)来制造,例如通过注塑成型来制造。然而,目前已发现,EP 1985 555中描述的塑料喷嘴所提供的阻隔性能并不充足。因此,发明人考虑使用替换的材料来增强此类敏感产品所需要的气体阻隔属性。
这些材料包括使用具有乙烯乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)中间层和聚丙烯(PP)外层的多层材料来热成型管状区段(阀座),但其气体阻隔性能同样无法满足需要。发明人还尝试过在聚丙烯(PP)掺入纳米片状的粘土以改善气体阻隔属性。然而,即便掺入了25%的粘土也被发现没有提供足够的阻隔,而这也是发明人所能添加的最多的粘土,此后聚丙烯(PP)将会硬到无法在没有开裂的情况下卷曲。
接着,发明人尝试用金属化的聚合体来制造喷嘴,这是因为聚合物在喷嘴与袋体之间保持了有利的密封属性,而金属层则提供了最佳的阻隔。被选中使用的塑料材料可以与市场上能够买到且通常使用了聚丙烯(PP)和聚乙烯(PE)密封层的层压袋体材料粘合。然而,金属化层已被发现是很容易损坏的,这会导致诸如聚丙烯(PP)之类的裸聚合物被暴露在外,由此会将喷嘴的阻隔属性降至不可接受的等级。
发明人发现,全金属喷嘴提供了最佳的阻隔属性,但是很难在全金属的喷嘴与袋体之间实现良好的密封。因此,发明人尝试用常规的涂有聚合物的钢材来制造喷嘴主体,并且在该喷嘴主体上通过嵌件成型来成型一个塑料的鱼尾状密封区段。钢材上的聚合物涂层提供了与塑料的鱼尾状密封区段的良好粘合,然后,所述鱼尾状密封区段会被热封到袋体,由此提供与袋体的良好密封。该布置业已通过用剃须凝胶填充袋体并且随后从已填充和加压的气溶胶罐中分配剃须凝胶而被进行了测试。从气溶胶罐中分配的剃须凝胶是细腻透明且并未预先起泡的凝胶。
发明内容
相应地,本发明提供了一种复合喷嘴与袋体的组合,其中复合喷嘴具有被适配成收纳阀门装置的管状区段,以及被适配成与袋体形成防漏密封的塑料鱼尾状(fishtail)区段,其特征在于:所述袋体是多层薄膜制成的,所述多层薄膜具有置于塑料层之间以提供阻隔的金属箔层,以便保护所述金属箔以及与鱼尾状区段形成牢固的粘合,该管状区段是用涂有聚合物的金属制成的,并且所述鱼尾状区段是在管状区段上嵌件成型的。本发明还提供了一种具有中空外壳的气溶胶容器,其中在所述中空外壳中插入了所述复合袋体以及喷嘴装置,然后在向袋体内部填入产品以及在袋体外部通过推进剂加压之前或之后,所述复合袋体以及喷嘴装置被阀门装置固定。

参考图1,通过使用常规的杯成型制程,可以从马口铁片(在“密封”面上有40μm的聚丙烯(PP)以及15μm的聚乙烯对苯二甲酸酯(PET)的0.18mm的马口铁))或是涂有聚合物的卷钢中得到一个杯体。由于聚乙烯对苯二甲酸酯(PET)非常坚固且有助于板材的移动率,因此其常被用于形成涂有聚合物的钢板中的“另一”层。在该杯体的内表面上不必密封螺母(与杯体底座的孔洞重叠的塑料部分),并且螺母在这里主要是提供机械支撑,以及在将产品填入袋体后帮助分担产品载荷。该杯体具有侧壁11和底座13,其中在该底座上切割了一个孔洞15,以便形成喷嘴10的管状区段。
如图2所示,在金属杯体上嵌件成型了一个鱼尾状区段20。优选地,该鱼尾状区段是用聚丙烯(PP)成型的,并且具有一个将金属管状区段10(如图1所示)以及所述鱼尾状区段20(如图2所示)固定在一起的螺母21。现在,贯穿了在金属杯体10的底座13上切割出的孔洞15的聚合物材料界定了孔洞15'。该鱼尾状区段20包括边带23,所述边带在鱼尾状区段的两端延伸,并与主热封部分正交,主热封部分包含了一个或多个肋条25。
图3更清楚地显示了由金属管状区段10和塑料鱼尾状区段20组成的复合喷嘴。金属管状区段10具有侧壁11和底座13。鱼尾状区段20界定了一个贯穿孔洞15'且扩展到金属管状区段10的底座13的一部分的螺母21。所述鱼尾状区段20的主密封部分界定了多个肋条25,由此确保鱼尾状区段保持袋体(未显示)打开,从而允许在初始填充和分配的时候会有充足的产品流入或流出袋体(未显示)。
图4是显示了管状区段10和鱼尾状区段20的复合喷嘴装置的底视图。在该图中略去了袋体,以便更清楚地显示热封了袋体的鱼尾状区段的特征。在热封袋体的相邻侧面间将会插入相对的边带23,一旦执行热封,则该边带将会基本熔化,同时袋体的对端会在热封过程中熔化在一起。相反,以与边带23垂直的方式布置的肋条25会确保袋体(未显示)保持打开,并且在填充或分配产品的时候不会封闭或勒住进出袋体的通路。肋条25界定了一个刚性结构的底部,所述底部会应对在热封过程中施加的力F。这些肋条同样会在热封作用过程中轻微熔化,但这仅仅会增强袋体(未显示)与鱼尾状区段20之间的密封。
图5显示的是被热封到袋体40的复合喷嘴10、20的侧视图。从该图中可以看出,喷嘴的管状区段10具有侧壁11和底座13。一旦在管状区段10上将鱼尾状区段20嵌件成型,则塑料材料将会加固在管状区段10中切割出的孔洞15,并且会重新界定出孔洞15',亦会径向延伸到底座13中,以便界定一个以机械方式将管状区段10与鱼尾区段20锁定在一起的螺母21,由此以机械方式来加固和增强粘合封口。袋体40的对端会被热封在一起,并且袋体40的顶部会在鱼尾状区段20的周围熔化,从而包住边带23以及将袋体热封至鱼尾区段20的肋条25(参见图2)。最后,图6显示的是引入了如图5所示根据本发明的复合喷嘴10、20以及袋体40总成的已装配气溶胶罐的侧视图。该气溶胶罐具有主体50和锥体60。如先前所述并且如本领域技术人员所熟知的那样,主体50可被制造成整件、两件式或三件式气溶胶罐。在两件式或三件式气溶胶罐中,锥体60是用常规的双重卷边技术接合到主体50的。在三件式气溶胶罐中,主体50中与椎体60相对的一端同样是用常规的双重卷边技术接合在底座上的。又或者,气溶胶罐体50、60可以被制造成整件结构(具有集成的椎体)。在当前的金属气溶胶罐市场有两种开口类型,这两种开口类型被设计成与Φ25.4mm以及Φ10mm这两个在工业中被广泛应用的标准阀门尺寸相适应。然而,在实践中,整件结构需要一个Φ26.4mm的开口的罐体,以便为袋体留出间隙。
复合喷嘴10、20以及袋体40总成被纵向卷起并插入到罐体50/椎体60中,但是未必会被固定在其中。然后,填充者可以选择如何填充和加压气溶胶容器。
第一个用产品填充袋体40的选项是直接通过复合喷嘴10、20,该选项对于一些产品来说是优选的(更快且更容易)。又或者,填充者可以选择在排空袋体40之后通过阀门来填充产品。此外,填充者还可以选择在杯体下方加气,以便在将阀座75和阀门70卷曲至主体/锥体50、60之前对气溶胶容器加压,或是通过其底座来进行加压,然后使用底座塞(base bung)(未显示)来进行密封。所有这些技术都是为本领域技术人员所熟知的。
一旦将适当阀座75及阀门70卷曲在主体/锥体50、60之上,则在袋体40的外部与主体50/锥体60的内表面之间界定了一个用于推进剂(未显示)的密封腔。阀门70可以具有装配在阀杆(未编号)上的汲取管80。在气溶胶容器1的用户通过阀门70分配产品时,该汲取管80有助于防止袋体40被“勒住”。
发明人发现,具有塑料密封区段的复合金属喷嘴提供了充分阻隔,能够顺利地与剃须凝胶之类的对暴露于压缩气体和/或空气非常过敏的产品一并使用。用于收纳此类产品的袋体还被设计成对推进剂提供足够的阻隔,其中所述推进剂通常是压缩气体。金属提供了针对此类气体的最有效阻隔。因此,在袋体中可以提供一个金属层。由此,袋体可以是用具有置于塑料层之间的金属箔层的多层薄膜制造的。该塑料层会保护金属箔,并且可以选择促成袋体边缘粘合的塑料。
Claims (8)
1.一种复合喷嘴(30)和袋体(40)的组合,其中,该复合喷嘴(30)具有被适配成收纳阀门装置(70)、(75)的管状区段(10),以及被适配成与袋体(40)形成防漏密封的塑料鱼尾状区段(20),
其特征在于:
袋体(40)是用具有被置于塑料层之间以提供阻隔的金属箔层的多层薄膜制成的,以便保护金属箔以及与鱼尾状区段(20)形成牢固的粘合,以及
管状区段(10)是从涂有聚合物的金属制成的,并且鱼尾状区段(20)是在管状区段(10)上嵌件成型的。
2.根据权利要求1的复合喷嘴(30)和袋体(40)的组合,其中,一旦在管状区段(10)上嵌件成型了鱼尾状区段(20),则塑料材料将会加固在管状区段(10)上切割出的孔洞(15),并且会径向伸延到管状区段(10),以便界定出一个螺母(21),所述螺母以机械的方式将管状区段(10)与鱼尾状区段(20)锁定在一起。
3.根据权利要求1或权利要求2的复合喷嘴(30)和袋体(40)的组合,其中,鱼尾状区段(20)是从聚丙烯制成的。
4.一种空的气溶胶容器(1),具有:
包含主体(50)和锥体(60)的外壳,以及
根据前述任一权利要求且被插入到外壳中的复合喷嘴(30)与袋体(40)的组合。
