米是人们最重要的主食之一,众所周知,米提供给人体日常活动所必须的淀粉及其他微量营养物质,但除此之外,普通的米没有其他的辅助功能。人们对养生的关注,催生了保健米的生产。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种红枣味催乳保健米及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种红枣味催乳保健米,由以下重量份原料制成:粳米280-300、高粱50-60、红枣70-80、花生米50-60、豆浆100-120、米酒60-70、猪蹄30-40、鲫鱼肉20-30、黄豆芽30-40、木瓜足量、通草6-8、枸杞6-8、麦冬5-7、罗汉果4-6、沉香4-6、糯米藤4-6、丝瓜花2-3、食品添加剂8-10、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:黑芝麻粉45-55、沙棘粉35-40、雪莲菌25-30、纳豆10-15、米酒40-50、葡萄籽6-8、西洋参6-8、女贞子2-3、异叶茴芹1-2、水适量;
食品添加剂的制备方法:(1)将雪莲菌、纳豆洗净,放入锅中,加入米酒,加热煮透,将其打成浆并喷雾干燥成粉;
(2)将葡萄籽、西洋参、女贞子、异叶茴芹用5-9倍量的水提取,得到提取物,喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;将中药粉与步骤1的粉、黑芝麻粉、沙棘粉混匀即可。

(1)将粳米、高粱洗净沥干水,炒熟后送入超微粉机中制粉,得到超微粉备用;
(2)将红枣去核混合花生米、豆浆放入榨汁中榨汁,得到红枣花生豆浆备用;
(3)将猪蹄、鲫鱼肉、黄豆芽洗净,搅碎后混合米酒放入去核洗净的木瓜中,将木瓜放入锅中,蒸煮至木瓜汁融进米酒中,取木瓜中所有物料,充分碾磨,得到浆液备用;
(4)将通草、枸杞、麦冬、罗汉果、沉香、糯米藤、丝瓜花用6-9倍量的水提取,得到提取物备用;
(5)将超微粉、红枣花生豆浆、步骤3的浆液、提取物、食品添加剂混合,加适量水,搅拌均匀后放入造粒机中造粒,再烘干即可。
