本发明公开了一种滋阴润燥雪梨饮料,是由下述重量份的原料制成:雪梨100-150、香蕉20-30、龙眼30-40、玉美人10-15、合欢花6-8、枸杞子2-4、百合2-3、赤芍1-2、芦根2-3、地黄叶1-2、玉竹2-3、二色补血草1-2、棒棒草1-2、仙草1-3、麦冬3-4、桂花蜜40-50、石榴籽粉4-7;本发明以能够清热生津、润燥化痰的雪梨为主要原料,添加多种能够泻火清热、生津润燥、凉血解毒、滋阴补肾、养肝润肺的辅料来制成饮料,其香甜可口,无副作用,效果明显,能够有效缓解燥热干渴等症状。

本发明涉及一种饮料,尤其涉及一种滋阴润燥雪梨饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
人们经常由于多种原因导致口鼻干燥、咽干口渴、皮肤干涩、小便短少、大便干结等症状的发生;为此本发明提供一种滋阴润燥雪梨饮料,能够有效滋润肠燥,生津止渴。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术不足,提供了一种滋阴润燥雪梨饮料及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种滋阴润燥雪梨饮料,是由下述重量份的原料制成:
雪梨100-150、香蕉20-30、龙眼30-40、玉美人10-15、合欢花6-8、枸杞子2-4、百合2-3、赤芍1-2、芦根2-3、地黄叶1-2、玉竹2-3、二色补血草1-2、棒棒草1-2、仙草1-3、麦冬3-4、桂花蜜40-50、石榴籽粉4-7。
一种滋阴润燥雪梨饮料制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将雪梨去皮去核,香蕉去皮,龙眼去壳去核,加入3-4倍清水打浆,高温瞬时杀菌后冷却,加入浆重1-2%的果胶酶,在30-35℃下酶解2-3小时,灭酶后过滤,得到酶解液;
(2)将玉美人、合欢花用淡盐水浸泡1-2小时后清洗干净,送入蒸锅,中火蒸制6-8分钟,再迅速冷冻干燥,粉碎至80-100目细度,得到冻干粉;
(3)将枸杞子、百合、赤芍等中药原料混合粉碎,加入8-10倍清水,在50-60℃下保温3-4小时,再煮沸40-50分钟,过100-120目滤布,得到提取液;
(4)将上述酶解液、冻干粉、提取液与桂花蜜、石榴籽粉混合,均质后过滤,灭菌灌装,得到成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:
本发明以能够清热生津、润燥化痰的雪梨为主要原料,添加多种能够泻火清热、生津润燥、凉血解毒、滋阴补肾、养肝润肺的辅料来制成饮料,其香甜可口,无副作用,效果明显,能够有效缓解燥热干渴等症状。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例:
一种滋阴润燥雪梨饮料,是由下述重量(斤)的原料制成:
雪梨100、香蕉20、龙眼30、玉美人10、合欢花6、枸杞子2、百合2、赤芍1、芦根2、地黄叶1、玉竹2、二色补血草1、棒棒草1、仙草1、麦冬3、桂花蜜40、石榴籽粉4。
一种滋阴润燥雪梨饮料制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将雪梨去皮去核,香蕉去皮,龙眼去壳去核,加入4倍清水打浆,高温瞬时杀菌后冷却,加入浆重1%的果胶酶,在35℃下酶解2小时,灭酶后过滤,得到酶解液;
(2)将玉美人、合欢花用淡盐水浸泡1小时后清洗干净,送入蒸锅,中火蒸制8分钟,再迅速冷冻干燥,粉碎至100目细度,得到冻干粉;
(3)将枸杞子、百合、赤芍等中药原料混合粉碎,加入10倍清水,在50℃下保温4小时,再煮沸40分钟,过120目滤布,得到提取液;
(4)将上述酶解液、冻干粉、提取液与桂花蜜、石榴籽粉混合,均质后过滤,灭菌灌装,得到成品。
Claims (2)
1.一种滋阴润燥雪梨饮料,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:
雪梨100-150、香蕉20-30、龙眼30-40、玉美人10-15、合欢花6-8、枸杞子2-4、百合2-3、赤芍1-2、芦根2-3、地黄叶1-2、玉竹2-3、二色补血草1-2、棒棒草1-2、仙草1-3、麦冬3-4、桂花蜜40-50、石榴籽粉4-7。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的滋阴润燥雪梨饮料制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将雪梨去皮去核,香蕉去皮,龙眼去壳去核,加入3-4倍清水打浆,高温瞬时杀菌后冷却,加入浆重1-2%的果胶酶,在30-35℃下酶解2-3小时,灭酶后过滤,得到酶解液;
(2)将玉美人、合欢花用淡盐水浸泡1-2小时后清洗干净,送入蒸锅,中火蒸制6-8分钟,再迅速冷冻干燥,粉碎至80-100目细度,得到冻干粉;
(3)将枸杞子、百合、赤芍等中药原料混合粉碎,加入8-10倍清水,在50-60℃下保温3-4小时,再煮沸40-50分钟,过100-120目滤布,得到提取液;
(4)将上述酶解液、冻干粉、提取液与桂花蜜、石榴籽粉混合,均质后过滤,灭菌灌装,得到成品。
