本发明公开了一种椰香风味大米及其制备方法,是由大米、菱角、青稞、玉米胚芽粉、椰子、野米、番石榴、佛手柑、莲房、白花蛇舌草、绞股蓝、柽柳树叶、龙脷叶、牛毛毡等原料组成。本发明有益效果为:本发明的椰香风味大米香味独特、清甜适口,不仅营养美味,而且还有促进食欲,清热去火,轻身排毒的功效。

本发明涉及食品加工领域,更确切地说是涉及一种保健米及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对食品营养价值的要求也越来越高。虽然杂粮营养丰富,含有丰富的纤维素、维生素、矿物质的营养成分,但因杂粮口感较粗糙,且不易被消化,所以难以得到更广泛的应用。因此,粗粮应细作,以满足人们对丰富营养的追求。大米口感好、易消化,长久以来都是人们的主食,但大米单一的口感及营养成分已不能满足所有人对主食的需求。本发明经过长期的实践调配,研究出美味、营养的复合米,将多种粗粮、蔬菜及有益中草药成分与大米的营养相结合,提高了米制品特殊的营养价值,从而能够满足人们对于营养、美味且有养生保健功效的主食的需求,具有重要的现实意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供一种椰香风味大米及其制备方法,方便人们的生活。
为解决这一问题,本发明所采取的技术方案为:椰香风味大米由以下重量份的原料组成:大米220-225、菱角25-26、青稞32-34、玉米胚芽粉13-14、椰子45-46、野米7-8、番石榴16-17、佛手柑10-12、莲房2-3、白花蛇舌草1-2、绞股蓝2-3、柽柳树叶2-3、龙脷叶1-2、牛毛毡1-2、保健添加剂8-9、水适量。其中保健添加剂由以下重量份的原料组成:芡实粉24-25、黑乌龙茶粉6-8、绿豆粉20-22、蔷薇果2-3、金钱草1-2、豇豆叶9-10、大蓟4-5、鳖甲1-2、蜂房3-4、冬瓜皮6-7、珍珠菜10-12、野胡萝卜根5-6、水适量。
本发明的椰香风味大米制备过程按以下步骤进行:
(1)莲房、白花蛇舌草、绞股蓝、柽柳树叶、龙脷叶、牛毛毡加适量水煎煮2-3次,每次40-50分钟,滤去残渣合并煎煮液,继续加热20-30分钟,得到中药浓缩液;
(2)青稞、野米炒熟后磨粉,加入步骤(1)中的中药浓缩液混合均匀,浸泡半小时,盛入密封容器内隔水蒸30-40分钟,得营养粉;
(3)椰子取椰肉和椰汁,菱角、番石榴、佛手柑取果肉,打磨成混合浆液;
(4)大米磨粉过50-60目筛,与步骤(2)营养粉搅拌混合均匀,再与步骤(3)的混合浆液及其他剩余成分加适量水混合均匀后糊化制粒,干燥即可。
另外,保健添加剂的制作方法为:将蔷薇果、金钱草、豇豆叶、大蓟、鳖甲、蜂房、冬瓜皮、珍珠菜、野胡萝卜根加适量水煎煮1-2小时,滤去残渣后得中草药液,继续加热浓缩至原中草药液体积的十分之一;与其他剩余成分混合均匀后用小火翻炒至完全干燥既得。
本发明中的龙脷叶为大戟科守宫木属植物,入药有清肺的作用;牛毛毡为莎草科荸荠属植物,有发表散寒,祛痰平喘的作用。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的椰香风味大米香味独特、清甜适口,不仅营养美味,而且还有促进食欲,清热去火,轻身排毒的功效。
具体实施方式
椰香风味大米,由以下重量份(kg)的原料组成:
大米220、菱角25、青稞32、玉米胚芽粉14、椰子45、野米8、番石榴16、佛手柑10、莲房2、白花蛇舌草1、绞股蓝3、柽柳树叶2、龙脷叶1、牛毛毡1、保健添加剂9、水适量。
其中保健添加剂由以下重量份的原料组成:芡实粉25、黑乌龙茶粉8、绿豆粉20、蔷薇果3、金钱草2、豇豆叶10、大蓟5、鳖甲1、蜂房3、冬瓜皮7、珍珠菜12、野胡萝卜根6、水适量。
本发明的椰香风味大米制备过程按以下步骤进行:
(1)莲房、白花蛇舌草、绞股蓝、柽柳树叶、龙脷叶、牛毛毡加适量水煎煮2次,每次50分钟,滤去残渣合并煎煮液,继续加热20分钟,得到中药浓缩液;
(2)青稞、野米炒熟后磨粉,加入步骤(1)中的中药浓缩液混合均匀,浸泡半小时,盛入密封容器内隔水蒸40分钟,得营养粉;

1.一种椰香风味大米,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:大米220-225、菱角25-26、青稞32-34、玉米胚芽粉13-14、椰子45-46、野米7-8、番石榴16-17、佛手柑10-12、莲房2-3、白花蛇舌草1-2、绞股蓝2-3、柽柳树叶2-3、龙脷叶1-2、牛毛毡1-2、保健添加剂8-9、水适量;其中保健添加剂由下列重量份的原料组成:芡实粉24-25、黑乌龙茶粉6-8、绿豆粉20-22、蔷薇果2-3、金钱草1-2、豇豆叶9-10、大蓟4-5、鳖甲1-2、蜂房3-4、冬瓜皮6-7、珍珠菜10-12、野胡萝卜根5-6、水适量;制备方法为:将蔷薇果、金钱草、豇豆叶、大蓟、鳖甲、蜂房、冬瓜皮、珍珠菜、野胡萝卜根加适量水煎煮1-2小时,滤去残渣后得中草药液,继续加热浓缩至原中草药液体积的十分之一;与其他剩余成分混合均匀后用小火翻炒至完全干燥既得。
2.根据权利要求l所述的椰香风味大米的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)莲房、白花蛇舌草、绞股蓝、柽柳树叶、龙脷叶、牛毛毡加适量水煎煮2-3次,每次40-50分钟,滤去残渣合并煎煮液,继续加热20-30分钟,得到中药浓缩液;
(2)青稞、野米炒熟后磨粉,加入步骤(1)中的中药浓缩液混合均匀,浸泡半小时,盛入密封容器内隔水蒸30-40分钟,得营养粉;
