本发明涉及一种水果罐头,尤其涉及一种儿童水果罐头及其制备方法。
背景技术
水果罐头酸甜可口,肉质柔软细腻,深受人们喜爱,但大多水果罐头中都添加了添加剂,儿童正处于生长发育期,摄入过多添加剂会影响健康;为此本发明提供一种不含添加剂的水果罐头。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术不足,提供了一种儿童水果罐头及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种儿童水果罐头,是由下述重量份的原料制成:
葡萄60-70、柠檬20-30、草莓40-50、黄桃70-80、玉美人6-8、迷迭香3-5、白糖30-40、款冬1-2、陈皮1-2、枸杞子2-3、黄皮果2-4、芒果核1-2、红景天2-3、蓝莓叶1-2、丰花草1-2、三七粉1-2、米醋4-5、椰汁适量。
一种儿童水果罐头制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将葡萄去皮去籽,柠檬去皮榨汁,草莓去蒂洗净,黄桃去皮去核后切丁,与1-2倍椰汁混合,小火煮沸10-15分钟,迅速冷却至室温,得到果汤;
(2)将新鲜玉美人、迷迭香洗净,蒸汽漂烫20-30秒,再迅速冷冻干燥,得到冻干粉;
(3)将款冬、陈皮、枸杞子、黄皮果等中药原料混合粉碎,加入7-8倍清水煎煮40-50分钟,过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(4)将白糖与2-3倍椰汁混合,加入上述冻干粉、中药粉,搅拌加热30-40分钟,再加入三七粉、米醋,搅拌3-5分钟后过80-100目滤网,得到糖水;
(5)将上述果汤、糖水在真空环境下定量装罐,经常规灭菌后即可包装。

本发明将多种水果加工制作成罐头,制作工艺简单合理,成本低廉,并且不含任何添加剂,成品色泽口感俱佳,酸甜可口,具有一定的营养保健功效,适合成长儿童和中老年人食用,帮助其消化吸收,强筋壮骨、健胃益脾。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例:
一种儿童水果罐头,是由下述重量(斤)的原料制成:
葡萄70、柠檬30、草莓50、黄桃80、玉美人8、迷迭香5、白糖40、款冬2、陈皮2、枸杞子3、黄皮果4、芒果核2、红景天3、蓝莓叶2、丰花草2、三七粉2、米醋5、椰汁适量。
一种儿童水果罐头制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将葡萄去皮去籽,柠檬去皮榨汁,草莓去蒂洗净,黄桃去皮去核后切丁,与2倍椰汁混合,小火煮沸15分钟,迅速冷却至室温,得到果汤;
(2)将新鲜玉美人、迷迭香洗净,蒸汽漂烫30秒,再迅速冷冻干燥,得到冻干粉;
(3)将款冬、陈皮、枸杞子、黄皮果等中药原料混合粉碎,加入8倍清水煎煮50分钟,过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(4)将白糖与3倍椰汁混合,加入上述冻干粉、中药粉,搅拌加热40分钟,再加入三七粉、米醋,搅拌5分钟后过100目滤网,得到糖水;
(5)将上述果汤、糖水在真空环境下定量装罐,经常规灭菌后即可包装。

1.一种儿童水果罐头,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:葡萄60-70、柠檬20-30、草莓40-50、黄桃70-80、玉美人6-8、迷迭香3-5、白糖30-40、款冬1-2、陈皮1-2、枸杞子2-3、黄皮果2-4、芒果核1-2、红景天2-3、蓝莓叶1-2、丰花草1-2、三七粉1-2、米醋4-5、椰汁适量;
所述儿童水果罐头的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将葡萄去皮去籽,柠檬去皮榨汁,草莓去蒂洗净,黄桃去皮去核后切丁,与1-2倍椰汁混合,小火煮沸10-15分钟,迅速冷却至室温,得到果汤;
(2)将新鲜玉美人、迷迭香洗净,蒸汽漂烫20-30秒,再迅速冷冻干燥,得到冻干粉;
(3)将款冬、陈皮、枸杞子、黄皮果、芒果核、红景天、蓝莓叶、丰花草混合粉碎,加入7-8倍清水煎煮40-50分钟,过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
