本发明涉及一种解酒护肝的牛肉脯,它是由下述重量份的原料制得:牛肉:500~800份,梨30~80份,葡萄50~100份,柚子60~80份,西瓜40~100份,白萝卜40~60份,白醋20~50份,蜂蜜40~50份,盐20~60份,本发明的解酒护肝的牛肉脯口味独特,香气浓郁,各原料配比合理,制得的牛肉脯嫩而不腻,并且有果香味,具有开窍醒神,温中行气,清胃止呕,解毒利尿的功效,解酒醒酒去除酒毒效果佳。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种解酒护肝的牛肉脯,属于食品加工技术领域。
背景技术
众所周知,我国有着几千年的酒文化,适度饮酒可以增添喜庆气氛,但过度饮酒不仅伤身害命,还贻害家庭以及社会。酒精依赖及其相关问题是仅次于心血管疾病、肿瘤的第三大公共卫生问题。酒精依赖患者其临床表现为神经系统并发症、消化系统并发症、心血管并发症等。另外,过度饮酒对生殖及内分泌系统也产生一定程度的消极影响。据统计,40岁左右的男性“酒鬼”最多,一些人戒酒浇愁,引发酒后滋事、打架斗殴、酒后架车肇事等违法犯罪案件。仅交通部门一项统计:近年来因酒后架车引起的交通事故占所有交通事故的80%,酒精已经越来越严重的威胁到了我们的健康。因此,各种解酒的药物及保健食品就成为了大家关注的热点,现有市场上的解酒的药物众多,但药物有一定的毒性,均对肝脏和肾脏有一定的损害。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种解酒护肝的牛肉脯。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种解酒护肝的牛肉脯,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:牛肉:500~800份,梨30~80份,葡萄50~100份,柚子60~80份,西瓜40~100份,白萝卜40~60份,白醋20~50份,蜂蜜40~50份,盐20~60份,制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)原料的预处理:挑选新鲜的水果:梨、葡萄、柚子、西瓜、进行清洗、去蒂、去皮、去核、并切块得果肉;蔬菜:白萝卜清洗、切块;牛肉切成厚度1~3cm的牛肉薄片,于蒸锅中蒸30~40min;
(2)将经(1)处理后的果肉分别放入榨汁机中榨汁,得果汁,白萝卜块放入榨汁机中榨汁,得白萝卜汁;
(3)将步骤(2)中的果汁与白萝卜汁混合,按配比加入白醋、蜂蜜、盐,加入步骤(1)蒸后的牛肉薄片,在双层锅中,保持温度为20-40℃,腌制5-7天,即得解酒护肝的牛肉脯。
本发明优选的,所述的牛肉为菲力牛肉。
本发明优选的,所述葡萄为含籽的葡萄。
本发明优选的,所述的白萝卜为带皮白萝卜。

1、本发明的解酒护肝的牛肉脯口味独特,香气浓郁,各原料配比合理,制得的牛肉脯嫩而不腻,并且有果香味,具有开窍醒神,温中行气,清胃止呕,解毒利尿的功效,解酒醒酒去除酒毒效果佳。

下面通过具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明,但不限于此。
实施例1
一种解酒护肝的牛肉脯,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:菲力牛肉:500份,梨30份,含籽的葡萄50份,柚子60份,西瓜40份,带皮白萝卜40份,白醋20份,蜂蜜40份,盐20份,制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)原料的预处理:挑选新鲜的水果:梨、葡萄、柚子、西瓜、进行清洗、去蒂、去皮、去核、并切块得果肉;蔬菜:白萝卜清洗、切块;牛肉切成厚度2cm的牛肉薄片,于蒸锅中蒸35min;
(2)将经(1)处理后的果肉分别放入榨汁机中榨汁,得果汁,白萝卜块放入榨汁机中榨汁,得白萝卜汁;
(3)将步骤(2)中的果汁与白萝卜汁混合,按配比加入白醋、蜂蜜、盐,加入步骤(1)蒸后的牛肉薄片,在双层锅中,保持温度为35℃,腌制7天,即得解酒护肝的牛肉脯。
实施例2
如实施例1所述的解酒护肝的牛肉脯,不同之处在于:
菲力牛肉:800份,梨80份,含籽的葡萄100份,柚子80份,西瓜100份,带皮白萝卜60份,白醋50份,蜂蜜50份,盐40份。

1.一种解酒护肝的牛肉脯,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:牛肉:500~800份,梨30~80份,葡萄50~100份,柚子60~80份,西瓜40~100份,白萝卜40~60份,白醋20~50份,蜂蜜40~50份,盐20~60份,制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)原料的预处理:挑选新鲜的水果:梨、葡萄、柚子、西瓜、进行清洗、去蒂、去皮、去核、并切块得果肉;蔬菜:白萝卜清洗、切块;牛肉切成厚度1~3cm的牛肉薄片,于蒸锅中蒸30~40min;
(2)将经(1)处理后的果肉分别放入榨汁机中榨汁,得果汁,白萝卜块放入榨汁机中榨汁,得白萝卜汁;
(3)将步骤(2)中的果汁与白萝卜汁混合,按配比加入白醋、蜂蜜、盐,加入步骤(1)蒸后的牛肉薄片,在双层锅中,保持温度为20-40℃,腌制5-7天,即得解酒护肝的牛肉脯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的解酒护肝的牛肉脯,其特征在于,所述葡萄为含籽的葡萄。
3.根据权利要求1所述的解酒护肝的牛肉脯,其特征在于,所述的白萝卜为带皮白萝卜。
