Abstract

技术领域
本发明的内容是一种阀装置,其具有壳体、在壳体中延伸的流通管道,在流通管道中,在垂直于流动方向布置的轴上固定有阀瓣,其中该轴可旋转地安装在壳体中。
背景技术
此类阀装置用作汽车中的排气阀并且因此而被熟知。在已知的排气阀中,轴在流通管道的两侧安装在各一个轴承套中。轴承套布置在壳体的相应孔中并且设计为固定和浮动轴承。壳体中的孔附加地具有密封件,以便阻止在流通管道内流动的废气通过孔向外到达周围环境中。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,实现一种阀装置,其利用尽可能少的部件在阀装置安全运行时实现安全并且可靠地安装轴。
该目的由此实现,即设计为浮动轴承的轴承被弹簧罐环绕,其底部抵靠在浮动轴承的轴套上并且其外壳面具有径向呈波浪形的形状。
利用弹簧罐的布置一方面实现对轴承部位的密封。同时,此外实现对浮动轴承的预加载,以便可以在轴向上无间隙地安装轴。对于这两个功能无需附加的部件。
在一个有利的方案中,弹簧罐环绕围绕孔的壳体部分。
当弹簧由金属构成时,在弹簧特性良好的情况下同时实现了对弹簧罐的良好冷却。
为了使弹簧罐与壳体的更好地连接,弹簧罐具有法兰,弹簧罐利用该法兰抵靠在壳体上。
对于阻止从流通管道溢出废气的密封连接而言,将法兰与壳体焊接或螺栓连接。在此可以考虑设置附加的密封件。

具体实施方式
图1中的阀装置由壳体1、在壳体1中延伸的流通管道2组成,在流通管道中,在垂直于流动方向布置的轴4上固定有阀瓣3,其中该轴4可旋转地固定在壳体1中。对于轴承结构而言,壳体具有孔5,5’,其中布置有轴承套6,6’。壳体1通过接片7,7’可以与其他部件相连接。在示出的图中,在孔5中布置有固定轴承。为此孔5具有底部8,所述底部具有从轴4贯穿到未示出的驱动装置的开口9。轴承套6抵靠在底部8上,轴承套在其相对置的一侧被轴4的轴环10限定。孔5’容纳轴承套6,但并不限制轴承套6的轴向移动。轴4的轴环11在阀瓣侧抵靠在轴承套6’上。在孔5’中如此布置轴承套6’,即其部分地从孔5’伸出。弹簧罐12环绕了围绕孔5’的壳体部分。弹簧罐12由抵靠在轴承套6上的底部13和径向呈波浪形的外壳面14构成。弹簧罐12利用法兰15抵靠在壳体1上。呈波浪形的外壳面14的结构产生了弹力,从而使底部13在轴承套6’的方向上产生力,这形成了对浮动轴承的预载荷并进而形成了在轴向上无间隙的轴承结构。为了将孔5’密封并且为了产生弹力,将法兰15与壳体1焊接。除了本实施方式,也可以交换布置浮动和固定轴承,以便然后将浮动轴承连同弹簧罐布置在朝向轴的驱动装置的一侧。在该变体中,弹簧罐的底部同样抵靠在轴承套上并且仅为了使轴穿透而被中断。
Claims (5)
1.一种阀装置,具有壳体、在所述壳体中延伸的流通管道,在所述流通管道中,在垂直于流动方向布置的轴上固定有阀瓣,其中所述轴能旋转地安装在所述壳体中,其特征在于,设计为浮动轴承的轴承(5’,6’)被弹簧罐(12)环绕,所述弹簧罐的底部(13)抵靠在所述浮动轴承的轴承套(6’)上,并且所述弹簧罐的外壳面(14)具有径向呈波浪形的形状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阀装置,其特征在于,所述弹簧罐(12)环绕围绕孔(5’)的壳体部分。
3.根据权利要求1所述的阀装置,其特征在于,所述弹簧罐(12)由金属构成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的阀装置,其特征在于,所述弹簧罐(12)具有与所述壳体(1)相连的法兰(15)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的阀装置,其特征在于,所述法兰(15)与所述壳体(1)焊接或者螺栓连接。
