本实用新型的球面硬密封蝶阀，其较佳的具体实施方式是：
包括阀体，所述阀体内设有阀座、蝶板，所述蝶板通过阀杆安装在所述阀体上，所述蝶板与阀座之间的密封面为球形面，且为硬密封结构。
所述阀杆的回转中心向一侧偏离所述球形面的中心。
所述蝶板为整体结构，所述阀座为无簧阀座，所述阀体为铸锻结构。
本实用新型的球面硬密封蝶阀主体采用铸锻结构，具有强制密封，密封面采用偏心式球面，可实现双向密封零泄漏。密封面之间无摩擦，起闭方便，而且，密封面的磨损有自动补偿功能。具有结构合理、重量轻、操作方便灵活、使用寿命长等特点，可以在现场操作亦可远距离程序控制、启闭速度快、耐磨、启闭灵活、使用寿命长等特点。它的结构特点是：蝶板为整体设计，蝶板密封面为球状体，阀体密封件阀座为无簧座阀座，两密封面之间存在一定的硬度差，使开启力矩更小，且蝶板具有偏心，使蝶板具有一定的补偿功能。
