本发明涉及一种浮动球冠封堵式金属密封球阀,包括阀体、阀座、球体、阀杆;主要是在球体通孔两侧各制有一个平面,球体两侧平面的中心分别制有圆形凹孔;在球体两侧的圆形凹孔中各安装一球瓣,球瓣通过圆形凸柱与球体上的圆形凹孔动配合连接,在球体与球瓣之间的球面连接处的上下两端各安装一定位环,两个定位环与阀杆同心;在圆形凸柱径向外侧的球瓣平面与球体平面之间制有环形弹簧腔,环形弹簧腔内安装弹簧;在环形弹簧腔外侧的球瓣平面与球体平面之间设有环形密封槽,在环形密封槽内安装环形金属密封圈。球瓣在球体上浮动灵活,其耐温性能好,适用于高温、超低温介质工况。

技术领域
本发明属于阀门领域,特别是关于一种金属硬密封球阀。本发明适用于颗粒状介质的高温、低温、高压、高磨损工况。
背景技术
高温硬密封球阀在高温、高磨损介质工况使用比较多,为了防止阀座与球体高温膨胀卡死,一般采用浮动阀座吸收两者之间的高温膨胀量,但是在阀座径向与阀体内圆壁之间的弹簧腔容易进入介质颗粒而堵死,使阀座失去浮动功能。为此,防止弹簧腔进入介质成为产品结构设计和保证产品性能的关键。如专利号为ZL200510122892.3的刮刀式双向高温金属硬密封球阀,包括阀体、阀座、球体、阀杆及密封件和安装件,阀体为左阀体和右阀体通过安装件连接,左阀体和右阀体内分别设有阀座,其中一个阀座为浮动阀座,在阀腔侧的阀体与浮动阀座之间设置密封装置,防止阀腔内的介质杂质进入浮动阀座与阀体之间的弹簧处空腔内,避免高温工况球体胀死现象。但是,该密封装置在高温膨胀时也会将浮动阀座与阀体之间径向胀死,而且,弹簧腔另一端的阀座与阀体之间采用石墨密封圈密封,在浮动阀座移动工程中使石墨密封圈径向产生磨损,使介质颗粒进入弹簧腔,使浮动阀座失去浮动功能,使球体与阀座高温胀死或超低温卡死。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的缺点,提供一种能防止球体与阀座之间高温胀死或超低温卡死的浮动球冠封堵式金属密封球阀。
本发明的技术方案包括阀体、阀座、球体、阀杆,阀体进出口通道内分别设有阀座,球体内制有与阀体通道直径相等的通孔;主要是在球体通孔两侧各制有一个平面,两平面对称设在阀杆中心线与球体通孔中心线所在平面两侧的球体上,且三个平面相互平行;球体两侧平面的中心分别制有圆形凹孔;在球体两侧的圆形凹孔中各安装一球瓣,球瓣通过圆形凸柱与球体上的圆形凹孔动配合连接,圆形凸柱端面与圆形凹孔底面间隙配合,在球体与球瓣之间的球面连接处的上下两端各安装一定位环,两个定位环与阀杆同心;在圆形凸柱径向外侧的球瓣平面与球体平面之间制有环形弹簧腔,环形弹簧腔内安装弹簧;在环形弹簧腔外侧的球瓣平面与球体平面之间设有环形密封槽,在环形密封槽内安装环形金属密封圈。
在以上技术方案中,环形金属密封圈采用弹性金属密封圈。
本发明的优点是球体两侧平面内各浮动安装一球瓣,高温或超低温工况下阀门关闭时,利用球瓣在球体上的轴向浮动吸收热胀冷缩量,防止球瓣与阀座卡死;流道方向各部件之间无动密封圈密封,避免了动密封圈移动磨损造成密封问题;在环形弹簧腔外侧球体平面与球瓣平面之间设有环形金属密封圈,防止杂质进入环形弹簧腔内,确保球瓣在球体上灵活浮动,提高高温、超低温介质工况的运行可靠性。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的浮动球冠封堵式金属密封球阀,包括阀体1、阀座2、球体3、阀杆8,阀体1进出口通道内分别设有阀座2,球体3内制有与阀体1通道直径相等的通孔,阀座2密封面和球体3表面喷焊耐磨材料,球体3通孔内表面喷涂耐磨材料;在球体3通孔的两侧各制有一个平面,两平面对称设在阀杆8中心线与球体3通孔中心线所在平面两侧的球体3上,且三个平面相互平行,即通过阀杆8中心线和球体3通孔中心线所在的平面与球体3两侧的两个平面相互平行,而且球体3两侧的两个平面距通过阀杆8中心线和球体3通孔中心线所在平面的距离相等;球体3两侧平面的中心分别制有圆形凹孔,在球体3关闭时,两侧圆形凹孔的中心线与阀体1通道中心线重合;在球体3两侧平面的圆形凹孔内各安装一球瓣4,球瓣4通过圆形凸柱11与球体3上的圆形凹孔动配合连接,圆形凸柱11端面与圆形凹孔底面间隙配合,使球瓣4可以在球体3平面的圆形凹孔内浮动,球瓣4的球面直径与球体3的球面直径相等,球瓣4的球面与阀座2密封面相互配合,球瓣4的表面喷涂耐磨材料,在球体1与球瓣4之间的球面连接处的上下两端各安装一定位环9,两个定位环9与阀杆8同心,定位环9由螺钉固定安装在球体3上,具有与球体3相同的曲面,定位环9与球瓣4之间间隙配合,防止球瓣4从球体3上脱落,也可以采用在阀体1内腔安装与球体3、球瓣4相互配合曲面的抱紧块,在阀门启闭过程中,始终由抱紧块抱紧球瓣4,防止球瓣4从球体3上脱落;在圆形凸柱11径向外侧的球瓣4平面与球体3平面之间制有环形弹簧腔,环形弹簧腔内安装弹簧5,该弹簧5采用蝶簧,也可以采用螺旋弹簧,在弹簧5的弹性作用下,使球瓣4在定位环9与球体3之间浮动,避免阀瓣4与阀座2卡死;在环形弹簧腔外侧的球瓣4平面与球体3平面之间设有环形密封槽,在环形密封槽内安装环形金属密封圈6,环形密封槽、环形弹簧腔与圆形凹孔同心,环形金属密封圈6阻止介质杂质进入环形弹簧腔,保证环形弹簧腔内弹簧5的伸缩可靠性;阀座2由压圈7固定安装在阀体1通道内,阀座2也可以采用浮动结构。
环形金属密封圈6采用弹性金属密封圈,使球瓣4在球体3的圆形凹孔内浮动时更好的实现球瓣4与球体3之间的密封。在环形金属密封圈6内侧的球瓣4与球体3平面之间以及环形弹簧腔内充注密封脂,更有效的防止介质杂质进入环形弹簧腔。
阀体1采用左阀体和右阀体组成,左阀体与右阀体之间安装金属密封圈10,实现左阀体与右阀体之间的密封连接。阀体1也可以采用整体锻造或铸造,使球体3采用上装式结构,这些结构属于公知技术。
球体3上端与阀杆8下端固定连接,球体3下端与下堵盖动配合连接,构成固定球连接结构。球体3也可以采用浮动球结构。介质推动球体3使出口侧球瓣4与出口侧阀座2压紧密封配合,实现双向密封功能。对具有强腐蚀性和强冲刷性介质工况,球体3、球瓣4、阀座2采用陶瓷材料,这些属于公知技术。

Claims (2)

1.一种浮动球冠封堵式金属密封球阀,包括阀体(1)、阀座(2)、球体(3)、阀杆(8),阀体(1)进出口通道内分别设有阀座(2),球体(3)内制有与阀体(1)通道直径相等的通孔;其特征是在球体(3)通孔的两侧各制有一个平面,两平面对称设在阀杆(8)中心线与球体(3)通孔中心线所在平面两侧的球体(3)上,且三个平面相互平行;球体(3)两侧平面的中心分别制有圆形凹孔;在球体(3)两侧平面的圆形凹孔内各安装一球瓣(4),球瓣(4)通过圆形凸柱(11)与球体(3)上的圆形凹孔动配合连接,圆形凸柱(11)端面与圆形凹孔底面间隙配合,在球体(1)与球瓣(4)之间的球面连接处的上下两端各安装一定位环(9),两个定位环(9)与阀杆(8)同心;在圆形凸柱(11)径向外侧的球瓣(4)平面与球体(3)平面之间制有环形弹簧腔,环形弹簧腔内安装弹簧(5);在环形弹簧腔外侧的球瓣(4)平面与球体(3)平面之间设有环形密封槽,在环形密封槽内安装环形金属密封圈(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的浮动球冠封堵式金属密封球阀,其特征是环形金属密封圈(6)采用弹性金属密封圈。
