Abstract

一种双球面硬密封烟道挡板,包括球面密封阀板、球面密封体、驱动轴、填料箱、气动执行器、支撑臂,其中该气动执行器固接在壳体上;该驱动轴的两端分别安设有填料箱,一端穿过填料箱与气动执行器连接;所述填料箱也固接在壳体上;支撑臂固接在壳体的内侧,一端铰接有副臂,驱动轴上紧固有驱动臂,该驱动臂、副臂分别与球面密封阀板铰接连接;该球面密封阀板为整体阀板,其外侧紧贴球面密封体的内侧;该球面密封体焊接在壳体的内侧。借由上述技术方案,改进的烟道挡板只有一个泄漏点:整体阀板与球面密封体之间,整体阀板的外边缘处呈球形密封面,球面密封体的内表面呈球形密封面。双球面密封可实现最佳的线形密封,从而使烟道挡板泄漏率几乎为0%。

Description

双球面硬密封烟道挡板
技术领域
本发明涉及一种专用石油化工设备,特别是涉及一种能适用于催化烟气管道使用的双球面硬密封烟道挡板。
背景技术
目前国内石油化工行业催化装置烟气管道(D>1.5M)使用的一般都是多轴式烟道挡板,详见图6及图7.现有的多轴式烟道挡板设置有两根以上的驱动轴,每根驱动轴的两端设置有轴承,每根驱动轴都控制一个阀板,挡板与壳体之间填充有球面密封体。该多轴式烟道挡板的密封性能差,阀板高温变形大,阀轴与轴承易被烟道内介质卡死,转动不灵活,致使操作人员在使用过程中无法调节。此外,现有的多轴式烟道挡板还存在多个泄漏点:多个阀板之间;平面阀板与密封体之间;多个填料箱与阀轴之间,当阀板开启时,烟气很可能会从前述的泄漏点溢出。
由此可见,上述现有的多轴式烟道挡板在结构与使用上,显然仍存在有不便与缺陷,而亟待加以进一步改进。为了解决烟道挡板存在的问题,相关厂商莫不费尽心思来谋求解决之道,但长久以来一直未见适用的设计被发展完成,而一般产品又没有适切的结构能够解决上述问题,此显然是相关业者急欲解决的问题。因此如何能创设一种新型结构的烟道挡板,实属当前重要研发课题之一,亦成为当前业界极需改进的目标。
有鉴于上述现有的多轴式烟道挡板存在的缺陷,本发明人基于从事此类产品设计制造多年丰富的实务经验及专业知识,并配合学理的运用,积极加以研究创新,以期创设一种新型结构的双球面硬密封烟道挡板,能够改进一般现有的多轴式烟道挡板,使其更具有实用性。经过不断的研究、设计,并经反复试作样品及改进后,终于创设出确具使用价值的本发明。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,克服现有的多轴式烟道挡板存在的缺陷,而提供一种新型结构的双球面硬密封烟道挡板,所要解决的技术问题是降低阀板在高温下的变形程度,提高密封性能,从而更加适于实用。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现。依据本发明提出的一种双球面硬密封烟道挡板,包括球面密封阀板、球面密封体、驱动轴、填料箱、气动执行器、支撑臂,其中该气动执行器固接在壳体上;该驱动轴的两端分别安设有填料箱,一端穿过填料箱与气动执行器连接;所述填料箱也固接在壳体上;支撑臂固接在壳体的内侧,一端铰接有副臂,驱动轴上紧固有驱动臂,该驱动臂、副臂分别与球面密封阀板铰接连接;该球面密封阀板为整体阀板,其外侧紧贴球面密封体的内侧;该球面密封体固接在壳体的内侧。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题还采用以下技术措施来进一步实现。
前述的双球面硬密封烟道挡板,其中所述的球面密封阀板的外边缘处设置为球形密封面,该球面密封体的内表面设置为球形密封面。
前述的双球面硬密封烟道挡板,其中所述的驱动轴上还安设有两个外置轴承,该外置轴承位于填料箱的一侧,通过螺栓与填料箱连接。
前述的双球面硬密封烟道挡板,其中所述的填料箱上加装有仪表风入口。
前述的双球面硬密封烟道挡板,其中所述的驱动臂设置为两个以上。
本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果。借由上述技术方案,本发明一种双球面硬密封烟道挡板可达到相当的技术进步性及实用性,并具有产业上的广泛利用价值,其至少具有下列优点:
1、本发明采用整体阀板,该整体阀板在600至800度高温下变形量很小,不需经常更换,并解决了烟道挡板因变形引起的密封面接触不良;
2、本发明改进的双球面硬密封烟道挡板只有一个泄漏点:整体阀板与球面密封体之间,整体阀板的外边缘处呈球形密封面,球面密封体的内表面呈球形密封面。双球面密封可实现最佳的线形密封,使整体阀板完全罩盖烟气通道,从而使烟道挡板泄漏率几乎为0%;
3、本发明在填料箱加装了仪表风入口,使用时只需向填料箱内通入少量仪表风,就可将填料箱与驱动轴间隙内塞满的介质吹掉,从而不会卡死,同时可冷却驱动轴,避免轴承温度过高,延长烟道挡板的使用寿命;
4、本发明采用外置轴承,可降低因烟道高温下通过驱动轴所传递的热量,并便于更换。

具体实施方式
为更进一步阐述本发明为达成预定发明目的所采取的技术手段及功效,以下结合附图及较佳实施例,对依据本发明提出的双球面硬密封烟道挡板其具体实施方式、结构、特征及功效,详细说明如后。
请参阅图1及图2,本发明一种双球面硬密封烟道挡板,包括球面密封阀板2、球面密封体3、驱动轴4、填料箱5、气动执行器8、支撑臂11,其中气动执行器8焊接在壳体1上,为驱动轴4的转动提供动力。驱动轴4的两端分别安设有填料箱5,一端穿过填料箱5与气动执行器8连接。所述填料箱5也焊接在壳体1上,一方面用以支撑驱动轴4,另一方面对壳体1及驱动轴4实现密封。支撑臂11焊接在壳体1的内侧,一端铰接有副臂10,驱动轴4上紧固有驱动臂11,该驱动臂11、副臂10分别与球面密封阀板2铰接连接。该球面密封阀板2为整体阀板,其外侧紧贴球面密封体3的内侧,该球面密封体3焊接在壳体1的内侧。
具体的,由于本发明采用的球面密封阀板2为整体阀板,整体阀板在600至800°的高温下变形程度很小。
较佳的,前述的球面密封阀板2的外边缘处设置为球形密封面。
具体的,由于本发明在壳体1内侧焊接有球面密封体3。
较佳的,前述的球面密封体3的内表面设置为球形密封面。
具体的,本发明提出的双球面硬密封烟道挡板只有一个泄漏点,即整体的球面密封阀板2与球面密封体3之间。当阀板关闭时,双球面密封可实现最佳的线形密封,保证球面密封阀板2的外侧与球面密封体3的内侧完全贴合,从而完全罩盖壳体1内的环形烟道,确保烟道挡板的泄漏率几乎为0%,克服了现有的烟道挡板因变形引起的密封面接触不良的缺陷。
较佳的,前述的驱动轴4上还安设有两个外置轴承7,该外置轴承7位于填料箱的一侧,可通过螺栓与填料箱5连接。具体的,该外置轴承7可降低因烟道高温下通过驱动轴4传递的热量,同时便于更换。
较佳的,前述的填料箱5上加装有仪表风入口6。具体的,该双球面硬密封烟道挡板使用一段时间后,只需通过该仪表风入口6向填料箱5内通入少量仪表风,就可将填料箱5与驱动轴4间隙内塞满的介质吹掉,从而驱动轴4不会再卡死。同时该仪表风可冷却驱动轴4,避免轴承温度过高。
较佳的,前述的驱动臂11设置为两个以上。具体的,可根据球面密封阀板2的重量确定驱动臂11的数量,本发明并不对此限制。
下面简介本发明一种双球面硬密封烟道挡板的工作流程:
请参阅图1,为本发明提出的烟道挡板的关闭状态示意图。此时,球面密封板2完全罩盖烟气通道,确保烟道挡板的泄漏率几乎为0%。同时烟气被挡在阀板的一侧,填料箱5位于另一侧,因此填料箱5与驱动轴4之间不存在泄漏;
请参阅图4及图5,为本发明提出的烟道挡板的开启状态示意图及剖面图。此时,气动执行器8启动,带动驱动轴4转动。由于驱动臂9通过螺栓紧固在驱动轴4,与驱动轴4一起转动。驱动臂9带动球面密封阀板2,同时副臂10也绕支撑臂11转动,一起将球面密封阀板2移动,使其与烟气通道大致呈90度角。此时,烟气可迅速流过。由于填料箱5焊接在壳体1上,即便此时阀板开启,本发明采用的填料箱密封也能避免烟气从填料箱5与壳体1、驱动轴4之间的缝隙漏出;
当烟气全部流过后,气动执行器8再次启动,带动驱动轴4往相反的方向转动,驱动轴4带动驱动臂4一起转动。在驱动臂4、副臂10的共同作用下,球面密封阀板2移动,完全罩盖烟气通道,确保烟气不会泄漏。

Claims (5)

1.一种双球面硬密封烟道挡板,包括球面密封阀板、球面密封体、驱动轴、填料箱、气动执行器、支撑臂,其中该气动执行器固接在壳体上,其特征在于该驱动轴的两端分别安设有填料箱,一端穿过填料箱与气动执行器连接;所述填料箱也固接在壳体上;支撑臂固接在壳体的内侧,一端铰接有副臂,驱动轴上紧固有驱动臂,该驱动臂、副臂分别与球面密封阀板铰接连接;该球面密封阀板为整体阀板,其外侧紧贴球面密封体的内侧;该球面密封体固接在壳体的内侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双球面硬密封烟道挡板,其特征在于其中所述的球面密封阀板的外边缘处设置为球形密封面,该球面密封体的内表面设置为球形密封面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双球面硬密封烟道挡板,其特征在于其中所述的驱动轴上还安设有两个外置轴承,该外置轴承位于填料箱的一侧,通过螺栓与填料箱连接。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的双球面硬密封烟道挡板,其特征在于其中所述的填料箱上加装有仪表风入口。
5.根据权利要求1所述的双球面硬密封烟道挡板,其特征在于其中所述的驱动臂设置为两个以上。
