Abstract

本发明公开了一种轻质EVA鞋底材料及其制备方法,该材料包括如下组分:EVA735040~60份;轻质二氧化硅填充剂20~40份;POE8003胶粒5~15份;工业轻粉5~15份;发泡剂1~5份;偶联剂0.2~0.6份;锌氧粉0.5-1.5份;硬脂酸0.3-0.7份以重量份计。其制备方法包括了密炼、开炼、造粒、冷却、发泡等步骤。本发明所述鞋底材料既具备了EVA发泡材料制成的鞋底本身的舒适性和弹性,同时在EVA底料中加入轻质料、轻粉等添加剂发泡,可以有效的减轻材料自身重量,使穿着时更加的轻便。

一种轻质EVA鞋底材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种鞋底材料的领域,尤其涉及一种轻质EVA(乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物)鞋底材料的领域。
背景技术
EVA材料由于具有良好的柔韧性、耐磨性,被广泛运用在鞋底制造业。EVA鞋底在制备过程中通常需要加入各种添加剂以达到高发泡等目的,但是同时鞋底本身也变的更重。
人们对于鞋底材料的轻便性和舒适性要求越来越高,尤其是运动鞋的鞋底材料。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种穿着舒适、轻便并柔软性好的轻质EVA鞋底材料及其制备方法。
技术方案:本发明所述的轻质EVA鞋子材料包括如下组分:
EVA7350                                40~60份;
轻质二氧化硅填充剂            20~40份;
POE8003胶粒                       5~15份;
工业轻粉                                5~15份;
发泡剂                                      1~5份;
偶联剂                                0.2~0.6份;
锌氧粉                                    0.5-1.5份;
硬脂酸                                    0.3-0.7份
以重量份计。
优选地,所述的轻质EVA鞋底材料包括如下组分:
EVA7350                                       50份;
轻质二氧化硅填充剂                   30份;
POE8003胶粒                            10份;
工业轻粉                                     10份;
发泡剂                                          3份;
偶联剂                                   0.4份;
锌氧粉                                           1份;
硬脂酸                                         0.5份。
本发明所述的轻质EVA鞋底材料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
①密炼:将各组分按重量份配好送入密炼机密炼,密炼机温度控制在90~100℃,气压在0.7~0.8kg,密炼时间5~9分钟;
②开炼:将步骤 ①处理后的材料送入开炼机开炼,开炼温度在75~85℃,15mm2次,1mm2次;
③造粒:将上述处理后得到的材料造粒,造粒温度75~80℃;
④冷却:造粒完成后冷却6小时; 
⑤发泡:冷却完成后将材料发泡,发泡机温度在165~170℃,压力160~180kg,发泡时间5-9分钟。
有益效果:本发明所述鞋底材料既具备了EVA发泡材料制成的鞋底本身的舒适性和弹性,同时在EVA底料中加入轻质料、轻粉等添加剂发泡,可以有效的减轻材料自身重量,使穿着时更加的轻便。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明技术方案进行详细说明,但是本发明的保护范围不局限于所述实施例。
本发明实施例中使用的原料均为市售产品,来源如下:EVA7350(东莞凯瑞塑胶原料有限公司产品18%VA含量);轻质二氧化硅填充剂(广州市荣沣塑料制品有限公司);POE8003(东莞市银洋塑胶贸易有限公司产品);工业轻粉(广州市荣沣塑料制品有限);发泡剂(上海杰余工贸有限公司产品EVA发泡剂);偶联剂(南京向前化工有限公司产品KH-570);锌氧粉(广州拓亿贸易有限公司产品间接法99.7%锌氧粉);硬脂酸(广州市天河区大观智业化工产品1801硬脂酸)。
实施例1:将以下组分的原料按重量份配好送入密炼机密炼:
EVA7350                                       40份;
轻质二氧化硅填充剂                   20份;
POE8003胶粒                             5份;
工业轻粉                                      5份;
发泡剂                                          1份;
偶联剂                                   0.2份;
锌氧粉                                           0.5份;
硬脂酸                                         0.3份,
密炼机温度控制在90℃,气压在0.7kg,密炼时间5分钟;将密炼处理后的材料送入开炼机开炼,开炼温度在75℃,15mm2次,1mm2次;开炼后得到的材料进行造粒,造粒温度75℃;冷却6小时;冷却完成后将材料发泡,发泡机温度在165℃,压力160kg,发泡时间5分钟,得到所述轻质EVA鞋底材料。
实施例2:将以下组分的原料按重量份配好送入密炼机密炼:
EVA7350                                       60份;
轻质二氧化硅填充剂                   40份;
POE8003胶粒                            15份;
工业轻粉                                     15份;
发泡剂                                          5份;
偶联剂                                   0.6份;
锌氧粉                                           1.5份;
硬脂酸                                         0.7份,
密炼机温度控制在100℃,气压在0.8kg,密炼时间9分钟;将密炼处理后的材料送入开炼机开炼,开炼温度85℃,15mm2次,1mm2次;开炼后得到的材料进行造粒,造粒温度80℃;冷却6小时;冷却完成后将材料发泡,发泡机温度在170℃,压力180kg,发泡时间9分钟,得到所述轻质EVA鞋底材料。
实施例3:将以下组分的原料按重量份配好送入密炼机密炼:
EVA7350                                       50份;
轻质二氧化硅填充剂                   30份;
POE8003胶粒                            10份;
工业轻粉                                     10份;
发泡剂                                          3份;
偶联剂                                   0.4份;
锌氧粉                                           1份;
硬脂酸                                         0.5份,
密炼机温度控制在95℃,气压在0.7kg,密炼时间7分钟;将密炼处理后的材料送入开炼机开炼,开炼温度在80℃,15mm2次,1mm2次;开炼后得到的材料进行造粒,造粒温度80℃;冷却6小时;冷却完成后将材料发泡,发泡机温度在170℃,压力170kg,发泡时间7分钟,得到所述轻质EVA鞋底材料。
本发明轻质EVA鞋底材料与现有EVA鞋底性能比较结果见表1。

EVA7350                  40~60份;
轻质二氧化硅填充剂       20~40份;
POE8003胶粒              5~15份;
工业轻粉                  5~15份;
发泡剂                     1~5份;
偶联剂                  0.2~0.6份;
锌氧粉                   0.5-1.5份;
硬脂酸                    0.3-0.7份
以重量份计。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轻质EVA鞋底材料,其特征在于包括如下组分:
EVA7350                      50份;
轻质二氧化硅填充剂          30份;
POE8003胶粒                 10份;
工业轻粉                     10份;
发泡剂                        3份;
偶联剂                      0.4份;
锌氧粉                       1份;
硬脂酸                       0.5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的轻质EVA鞋底材料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
①密炼:将各组分按重量份配好送入密炼机密炼,密炼机温度控制在90~100℃,气压在0.7~0.8kg,密炼时间5~9分钟;
②开炼:将步骤 ①处理后的材料送入开炼机开炼,开炼温度在75~85℃,15mm2次,1mm2次;
③造粒:将上述处理后得到的材料造粒,造粒温度75~80℃;
④冷却:造粒完成后冷却6小时; 
⑤发泡:冷却完成后将材料发泡,发泡机温度在165~170℃,压力160~180kg,发泡时间5-9分钟。
