本发明公开了一种轻质防滑鞋底材料,按质量百分比计,由以下组分组成:7470型塑料胶粒8~12%、7350型EVA胶粒12~18%、3722P塑胶粒12~18%、8150弹性体8~12%、丁苯胶15~25%、LDPE 5~7%、耐磨剂5~7%、填充剂5~7%、硬脂酸0.5~1.5%、白石氧化锌2~4%、交联剂1~3%、发泡剂2~4%和钛白粉2~4%。本发明的轻质防滑鞋底材料不仅密度小,质量轻,而且其各方面的性能良好,如耐磨性、止滑性、耐弯折性、抗拉抗压等性能均非常优异。并且不吐霜、不发白发黄,使用寿命长。

一种轻质防滑鞋底材料
技术领域
本发明属于鞋底用材领域,具体涉及一种轻质防滑鞋底材料。
背景技术
鞋子是我们每天都要穿的物品,而鞋底是制作鞋子必不可少的部分。目前,市场上部分鞋底由于其使用配方的不足,导致生产出的鞋底过重,用这样的鞋底制造出的鞋子会使穿戴者感到笨重,很大程度上影响了行动。而如果一味追求轻便的鞋底,往往又会造成鞋底其它方面性能的降低,如耐磨性、防滑性、抗拉抗压性能等。因此,发明一种轻质同时其它各方面性能又良好的鞋底材料是非常必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种轻质防滑鞋底材料。本发明的轻质防滑鞋底材料不仅密度小,质量轻,而且其各方面的性能良好,如耐磨性、止滑性、耐弯折性、抗拉抗压等性能均非常优异。并且不吐霜、不发白发黄,使用寿命长。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种轻质防滑鞋底材料,按质量百分比计,由以下组分组成:
7470型塑料胶粒:8~12%;
7350型EVA胶粒:12~18%;
3722P塑胶粒:12~18%;
8150弹性体:8~12%;
丁苯胶:15~25%;
LDPE:5~7%;
耐磨剂:5~7%;
填充剂:5~7%;
硬脂酸:0.5~1.5%;
白石氧化锌:2~4%;
交联剂:1~3%;
发泡剂:2~4%;
钛白粉:2~4%;
其中各组分的质量百分比计之和为100%。
优选地,一种轻质防滑鞋底材料,按质量百分比计,由以下组分组成:
7470型塑料胶粒:10%;
7350型EVA胶粒:15%;
3722P塑胶粒:15%;
8150弹性体:10%;
丁苯胶:20%;
LDPE:6%;
耐磨剂:6%;
填充剂:6%;
硬脂酸:1%;
白石氧化锌:3%;
交联剂:2%;
发泡剂:3%;
钛白粉:3%。
所述耐磨剂为A-186有机硅聚合物。
所述填充剂为碳酸钙。
所述交联剂为DCP。
所述发泡剂为AC或AK。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的轻质防滑鞋底材料不仅密度小,质量轻,而且其各方面的性能良好,如耐磨性、止滑性、耐弯折性、抗拉抗压等性能均非常优异。并且不吐霜、不发白发黄,使用寿命长。

A-186有机硅聚合物:7%;
碳酸钙:6%;
硬脂酸:0.5%;
白石氧化锌:4%;
DCP交联剂:1.5%;
AC发泡剂:2%;
钛白粉:4%。

其中各组分的质量百分比计之和为100%。

6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种轻质防滑鞋底材料,其特征在于:所述发泡剂为AC或AK。
7.一种利用权利要求1~6中任一项所述的轻质防滑鞋底材料制成的鞋底。
