Abstract

本发明公开了一种用作鞋底的无味EVA材料及其制备方法,用作鞋底的无味EVA材料包括如下组分EVA70~90份;天然麻杆粉5~15份;天然竹纤维3~7份;填充剂3~7份;无味发泡剂2.5~4.5份;无味偶联剂0.3~0.7份;锌氧粉0.5~1.5份;硬脂酸0.1~0.5份,以重量份计。其制备方法包括了密炼、开炼、出料、发泡等步骤。本发明材料是以EVA为底料发泡制成,可以保证鞋子的舒适度和弹性,同时鞋子可以有效的除味、防臭、防霉,并具有很好的透气性。

Description

一种用作鞋底的无味EVA材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用作鞋底的EVA(乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物)材料,尤其涉及一种用作鞋底的无味EVA材料。
背景技术
在制鞋的过程中现有的鞋底大都是由味道比较大,气味较大的EVA材料和各种添加剂一起经过混炼,发泡或者二次发泡制成,材料本身气味就很难闻很容易使鞋产生异味;另外传统EVA材料发泡或者二次发泡制成的鞋底透气性也非常差,使人穿着时更容易产生异味。而使用一些其他无味材料制成的鞋底,又不能保证鞋子的舒适性和弹性。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种既穿着舒适又没有异味的鞋底材料及其制备方法。
技术方案:本发明所述的用作鞋底的无味EVA材料,包括如下组分:
EVA                   70~90份;
天然麻杆粉             5~15份;
天然竹纤维              3~7份;
填充剂                  3~7份;
无味发泡剂           2.5~4.5份;
无味偶联剂           0.3~0.7份;
锌氧粉               0.5~1.5份;
硬脂酸               0.1~0.5份
以重量份计。
优选地,所述的导电鞋底材料,包括如下组分:
EVA                      80份;
天然麻杆粉               10份;
天然竹纤维                5份;
填充剂                    5份;
无味发泡剂              3.5份;
无味偶联剂                0.5份;
锌氧粉                      1份;
硬脂酸                    0.3份。
本发明制备方法是将EVA、天然麻杆粉、天然竹纤维、填充剂、无味发泡剂、无味偶联剂、锌氧粉、硬脂酸按照重量份配好送入密炼机密炼,温度控制在105℃~115℃,气压0.65~0.8kg,密炼时间10分钟;将密炼所得混合物送入开炼机开炼,开炼时温度控制80℃~90℃, 15mm2次,1 mm2次;出料时出片机厚度为2-3mm,出片机冷却水保持顺畅;将所得混合物送入发泡机发泡,发泡温度160~180℃,压力170-180kg,时间12-18分钟;冷却6小时后得到所述用作鞋底的无味EVA材料。
有益效果:本发明材料是以EVA为底料发泡制成,可以保证鞋子的舒适度和弹性,同时鞋子可以有效的除味、防臭、防霉,并具有很好的透气性。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明技术方案进行详细说明,但是本发明的保护范围不局限于所述实施例。
本发明实施例中使用的原料均为市售产品,来源如下:EVA(东莞凯瑞塑胶原料有限公司产品EVA7470);天然麻杆粉(邢台市开发区金叶木质纤维粉厂);天然竹纤维(邢台市开发区金叶木质纤维粉厂);填充剂(永嘉县伟诚橡胶工贸有限公司产品橡胶填充剂);无味发泡剂(上海杰余工贸有限公司产品无味发泡剂);无味偶联剂(南京向前化工有限公司产品工业级无味偶联剂);锌氧粉(广州拓亿贸易有限公司产品间接法99.7%锌氧粉);硬脂酸(广州市天河区大观智业化工产品1801硬脂酸)
实施例1:将以下重量份计的原料配好送入密炼机密炼:
EVA                            70份;
天然麻杆粉                        5份;
天然竹纤维                        3份;
填充剂                         3份;
无味发泡剂                       2.5份;
无味偶联剂                       0.3份;
锌氧粉                        0.5份;
硬脂酸                        0.1份,
密炼温度控制在105℃,气压0.65kg,密炼时间10分钟;将密炼得到的混合物送入开炼机开炼,开炼时温度控制80℃,15mm2次,1 mm2次;出料时出片机厚度为2mm,出片机冷却水保持顺畅;将所得混合物送入发泡机发泡,发泡温度160℃,压力170kg,时间12-18分钟;冷却6小时后得到所述用作鞋底的无味EVA材料
实施例2:将以下重量份计的原料配好送入密炼机密炼:

无味发泡剂                       4.5份;
无味偶联剂                       0.7份;
锌氧粉                               1.5份;
硬脂酸                               0.5份,
密炼温度控制在115℃,气压0.8kg,密炼时间10分钟;将密炼得到的混合物送入开炼机开炼,开炼时温度控制90℃,15mm2次,1 mm2次;出料时出片机厚度为3mm,出片机冷却水保持顺畅;将所得混合物送入发泡机发泡,发泡温度180℃,压力170kg,时间18分钟;冷却6小时后得到所述用作鞋底的无味EVA材料。
实施例3:将以下重量份计的原料配好送入密炼机密炼:
EVA                                  80份;
天然麻杆粉                       10份;
天然竹纤维                        5份;
填充剂                             5份;
无味发泡剂                       3.5份;
无味偶联剂                       0.5份;
锌氧粉                                1份;
硬脂酸                               0.3份,
密炼温度控制在110℃,气压0.7kg,密炼时间10分钟;将密炼得到的混合物送入开炼机开炼,开炼时温度控制85℃,15mm2次,1 mm2次;出料时出片机厚度为3mm,出片机冷却水保持顺畅;将所得混合物送入发泡机发泡,发泡温度170℃,压力175kg,时间15分钟;冷却6小时后得到所述用作鞋底的无味EVA材料。
本发明用作鞋底的用无味EVA材料制成的鞋与传统EVA材料、PU材料制成的成品鞋相比具有显著的除味、防臭等进步。对比结果见表1。

Claims (3)

1.一种用作鞋底的无味EVA材料,其特征在于包括如下组分:
EVA                  70~90份;
天然麻杆粉             5~15份;
天然竹纤维              3~7份;
填充剂                     3~7份;
无味发泡剂          2.5~4.5份;
无味偶联剂          0.3~0.7份;
锌氧粉                  0.5~1.5份;
硬脂酸                  0.1~0.5份
以重量份计。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用作鞋底的无味EVA材料,其特征在于包括如下组分:
EVA                   80份;
天然麻杆粉            10份;
天然竹纤维             5份;
填充剂                     5份;
无味发泡剂           3.5份;
无味偶联剂           0.5份;
锌氧粉                    1份;
硬脂酸                   0.3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用作鞋底的无味EVA材料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
①密炼:将各组分按重量份配好送入密炼机密炼,温度控制在105℃~115℃,气压0.65~0.8kg,密炼时间10分钟;
②开炼:将密炼所得混合物送入开炼机开炼,开炼时温度控制80℃~90℃, 15mm2次,1 mm2次;
③出料:出片机厚度2-3mm,出片机冷却水保持顺畅;
④发泡:将所得混合物送入发泡机发泡,发泡温度160~180℃,压力170-180kg,时间12-18分钟;
⑤冷却:冷却6小时后得到所述用作鞋底的无味EVA材料。
