本发明涉及一种在具有低转速的应用中的,特别是在搬运车辆的驱动器中的滚动轴承,该滚动轴承具有设有预先给定的滚珠半径的滚珠,这些滚珠在两个彼此径向布置的、至少局部硬化的套圈之间在具有预先给定的横向于套圈的转动轴线的滚道半径的滚道中滚动。
背景技术
这种类型的滚动轴承以公知的方式包括两个彼此径向插装的套圈,也就是说外圈和内圈。在套圈的彼此面对的周边上引入用于滚珠的滚道。在此,滚珠在优选构造成槽形的滚道中滚动,从而使轴承圈能相对彼此滚动地绕转动轴线扭转。在此,为了改善磨损将滚珠与滚道之间的触碰接触以如下方式构造成不是完全面式的,即,使滚道和滚珠的半径并不精确相等地构造。在此,所谓的密合度(Schmiegung)说明了滚道半径与滚珠半径之间的比例。公知的滚动轴承具有例如大于1.02至1.06的比例的密合度,这意味着,滚道半径是滚珠半径的102%至106%。套圈在滚道的区域中由此出现的局部点式的负载需要很高的额定载荷(Tragzahl),这些额定载荷通过应用能高压力负载的、能使用在实现足够的表面硬度的渗碳硬化方法中的且相应地高成本的材料来实现。用于对滚动轴承的套圈进行渗碳硬化的方法例如由DE102006040814A1公知。这种方法在生产技术上是耗费且高成本的。
发明内容
因此,从公知的现有技术的上述缺点出发,本发明的任务在于,提供一种在以低转速转动的应用中的滚动轴承,该滚动轴承能够以降低的生产成本来制造。
根据本发明,该任务在根据权利要求1的前序部分的滚动轴承中以如下方式来解决,即,至少其中一个套圈由透淬的具有贝氏体组织的钢构成,并且伴有至少一个套圈的滚道半径与滚珠半径的比例的密合度小于等于1.02。具有在1.02与大于1.00之间的比例的特别小的密合度已证明是特别有利的。
由于在减小的密合度的情况下增加的额定载荷可以取消很高的表面硬度并且因此取消生产上耗费的渗碳硬化方法。在此证明有利的是,一个或两个套圈借助相应的硬化方法以如下方式透淬,即,形成了基础钢结构的贝氏体组织。硬化可以在硬化炉中以相应的温度引导来实现,而无需渗入材料。比较高的、但相对于经渗碳硬化的套圈减小的、对于形成套圈的由于密合度的减小的比例值而较小的额定载荷却仍足够的硬度通过在具有碳化物的层中形成针状铁素体(Ferritnadeln)或者片状铁素体(Ferritplatten)来形成。在此已证实,用于套圈的特别有利的贝氏体钢具有大于等于67J的冲击韧性,其中,对相应的钢样品按DIN EN10045-1无缺口地检验冲击韧性。此外有利的是,推荐的贝氏体钢具有最大为58HRC的硬度。
根据本发明提出的由滚道半径与滚珠半径的密合度的低的比例值和较高额定载荷的滚道的组合特别是对于具有小于500转每分钟的转速的低转速要求的滚动轴承来说是有利的,从而使得在使用寿命内出现的由于通过较高的磨擦产生的较高的热负载的磨损是微不足道的。不言而喻的是,为了减小磨擦可以例如在套圈之间设置相应的带有阻挡元件的润滑材料应用,例如对滚动轴承的接触粘附式或非接触式的封装。
尤其是在搬运车辆中的滚动轴承的缓慢转动的应用是特别有利的。在此,滚动轴承可以设置用于车辆以车轮的运动、控制车辆和/或抬升负载。在此,滚动轴承可以尤其使用在起重机(例如搬运车辆的升降托叉、悬臂和类似物)、电梯或类似物的运转滚轮和支撑滚轮和/或曲线滚轮中,在曲线滚轮中,内套圈构造为实心的螺栓。像在DE2803169A1中公开的那样,在搬运车辆(比如叉车)的升降门架滚轮(Hubmastrolle)中应用提出的滚动轴承是特别有利的。在此,构造有较小的密合度的比例的滚动轴承的磨擦在所有情况下可以忽略不计。通过一个或多个套圈的透淬的材料仍然以有利的方式给出了滚动轴承的高负载能力。

为了构造出滚动轴承1的高承载能力,在由具有贝氏体组织的钢构成的套圈2、3(它们与通过渗碳硬化制成的滚道相比具有很高的额定载荷)中,减小滚道半径R与滚珠半径r密合度的比例R/r,从而增大了滚珠6、7在它们各自的套圈2、3的滚道4、5上的承载面积,由此整体上在稍微增大了的摩擦(该摩擦对于低速转动的滚动轴承1而言是不重要的)的情况下实现了相似的或者甚至改善的承载能力。在此,滚动轴承1构造有小于等于1.02,优选在1.02与大于1.00之间的比例R/r。
为了避免在滚珠6、7与套圈2、3的滚道4、5之间的滚动部位的摩擦,或者说滚珠6、7相对于它们的滚珠保持架8、9的摩擦,在套圈2、3之间的环形间隙10至少局部地以润滑材料填充,该润滑材料通过在套圈之间径向地布置在套圈2、3的端侧上的密封垫11、12受到保护以防外溢,这些密封垫此外还防止了污染物,比如脏物、水和类似物进入。

Claims (10)
