Abstract

Rodamiento (1) para velocidades de giro operativas inferiores a 500 revoluciones por minuto, en particular en vehículos industriales, con dos anillos de rodadura (2, 3) al menos parcialmente templados, dispuestos radialmente uno dentro de otro, caracterizado por que unas bolas (6, 7) dotadas de un radio de bola (r) predefinido ruedan entre los anillos de rodadura (2, 3) en pistas de rodadura (4, 5) con un radio de pista de rodadura (R) predefinido transversalmente a un eje de giro de un anillo de rodadura (2, 3), estando formado al menos uno de los anillos de rodadura (2, 3) a partir de un acero templado por completo con una microestructura bainítica y siendo una osculación con una relación (R/r) del radio de pista de rodadura (R) de al menos un anillo de rodadura (2, 3) con respecto al radio de bola (r) inferior o igual a 1,02, presentando el acero templado por completo del al menos un anillo de rodadura (2, 3) una energía de impacto superior o igual a 67 J, según la norma DIN EN 10045-1 sin entalladura, y presentando al mismo tiempo una dureza inferior o igual a 58 HRC.
