一种韭菜或大葱切丁器,涉及一种蔬菜切丁装置,复数个左右排列的刀板(15)间隔(8)设置在方框(11)内,在压板(5)的下部面间隔设有复数个压片(6),所述压片对应方框内两两刀板之间的间隙;至少四根滑杆(2)上部穿在压板四角设置的穿孔(4)内,在每一滑杆上端设有扩径头(1),所述至少四根滑杆的下端连接方框的上端面四角,套在每一滑杆上弹簧(7)的上下两端分别顶在压板和方框的相对面上;本发明利用方框内间隔设置且等距的复数个刀板刀刃上放入韭菜或大葱,由压板下部面设置的复数个对应刀板与刀板之间间隔的压片使韭菜或大葱一次成为菜丁,大大的节省了人力和厨师的宝贵时间。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种蔬菜切丁装置,尤其是涉及一种韭菜或大葱切丁器。
【背景技术】
公知的,在我国北方广大地区的人们都喜欢吃饺子,在饺子馅中使用最多的是肉、大葱和韭菜,很多人由于刀工不好,不能将大葱和韭菜切得很碎,尤其是在集体食堂、餐馆、家庭做饭中,这项工作是一个非常不易的工作;而在人多的集体食堂、餐馆等地,吃一次饺子的切大葱和韭菜更为不便,由于大葱和韭菜若切的很细很均匀,不仅入味而且口感更佳;经过检索尚未发现无需专业技术能将大葱和韭菜快速切成小段的工具。
【发明内容】
为了克服背景技术中的不足,本发明公开了一种韭菜或大葱切丁器,本发明利用方框内间隔设置且等距的复数个刀板刀刃上放入韭菜或大葱,由压板下部面设置的复数个对应刀板与刀板之间间隔的压片使韭菜或大葱一次成为菜丁,大大的节省了人力和厨师的宝贵时间;本发明结构紧凑,适合家庭、小饭店、企事业单位的食堂等地使用。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种韭菜或大葱切丁器,包括方框、刀板、压板、滑杆、压片和弹簧,复数个左右排列的刀板间隔设置在方框内,在压板的下部面间隔设有复数个压片,所述压片对应方框内两两刀板之间的间隙;至少四根滑杆上部穿在压板四角设置的穿孔内,在每一滑杆上端设有扩径头,所述至少四根滑杆的下端连接方框的上端面四角,套在每一滑杆上弹簧的上下两端分别顶在压板和方框的相对面上。
所述的韭菜或大葱切丁器,在方框的上端面四角分别设有螺孔,四根滑杆的下端分别设置的外螺纹连接所述螺孔。
所述的韭菜或大葱切丁器,在压板下部面间隔设置的复数个压片的下部面中部设有向上凹陷。
所述的韭菜或大葱切丁器,在方框内的复数个刀板的上部面中部设有“U”形刀刃。
所述的韭菜或大葱切丁器,在方框的左右两侧分别设有对应刀板“U”形刀刃的向下凹陷。
所述的韭菜或大葱切丁器,所述复数个刀板的两端下部分别设有下部延伸板,每一刀板的下部延伸板插在所述方框前后底部面间隔设置的向上凹陷槽中,设置在方框前后底部的两角板分别包裹在复数个刀板的下部延伸板外端和底部,至少四个支腿上端的螺丝穿过两角板后连接方框的底部面。
所述的韭菜或大葱切丁器,所述刀板的上部面与方框的上口为相同高度。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明所述的韭菜或大葱切丁器,使用时利用方框内间隔设置且等距复数个刀板的“U”形刀刃上放入韭菜或大葱,然后通过按压压板,使下压压板的压片将韭菜或大葱推入刀刃,获取韭菜或大葱菜丁,这样继续往下的压片使菜丁落在支腿之间的菜板上,在手松开后通过弹簧的作用力,压板5和压片自动复位;本发明使韭菜或大葱一次成为较为规范的菜丁,通过本发明公开的结构,使用者无需专业技能便可快速的将韭菜或大葱一次切成复合要求的菜丁,大大的节省了人力和厨师的宝贵时间;本发明结构紧凑,适合家庭、小饭店、企事业单位的食堂等地使用。

通过下面的实施例可以更详细的解释本发明,本发明并不局限于下面的实施例,公开本发明的目的旨在保护本发明范围内的一切变化和改进;
结合附图1~4中所述的韭菜或大葱切丁器,包括方框11、刀板15、压板5、滑杆2、压片6和弹簧7,复数个左右排列的刀板15间隔8设置在方框11内,在复数个刀板15的上部面中部设有“U”形刀刃14,所述刀板15的上部面与方框11的上口为相同高度,所述复数个刀板15的两端下部分别设有下部延伸板16,每一刀板15的下部延伸板16插在所述方框11前后底部面间隔设置的向上凹陷槽12中,设置在方框11前后底部的两角板17分别包裹在复数个刀板15的下部延伸板16外端和底部,至少四个支腿19上端的螺丝18穿过两角板17后连接方框的底部面,所述方框11的左右两侧分别设有对应刀板“U”形刀刃14的向下凹陷10,方框11的上端面四角分别设有螺孔13,在压板5的下部面间隔设有复数个压片6,复数个压片6的下部面中部设有向上凹陷9,所述压片6对应方框11内两两刀板15之间的间隙;至少四根滑杆2上部穿在压板5四角设置的穿孔4内,在每一滑杆2上端设有扩径头1,所述至少四根滑杆2下端分别设置的外螺纹3连接连接方框11的上端面四角的所述螺孔13,套在每一滑杆2上弹簧7的上下两端分别顶在压板5和方框11的相对面上。
实施本发明所述的韭菜或大葱切丁器,使用时可将韭菜或大葱切成长短适合复数个刀板的宽度,然后将韭菜或大葱放在刀板15的“U”形刀刃14上“所述刀刃14设置为“U”形可以防止切菜过程中菜的位移”,然后使用手掌按压压板5,复数个压片6便使韭菜或大葱向下经过“U”形刀刃14,所述“U”形刀刃14便将韭菜或大葱切成小丁,切成小丁的韭菜或大葱通过压片6的下推,小菜丁便落在四个支腿之间的案板或菜板上,然后松开按压压板5的手,在弹簧7的作用下压板5、压片6复位,所述刀板15与刀板15之间也不会藏菜。
本发明具有拓展功能,本发明同样适用于萝卜、芹菜、白菜,但使用前先将所述萝卜、芹菜、白菜切成较细的条状。
本发明未详述部分为现有技术。

Claims (7)

1.一种韭菜或大葱切丁器,包括方框(11)、刀板(15)、压板(5)、滑杆(2)、压片(6)和弹簧(7),其特征是:复数个左右排列的刀板(15)间隔(8)设置在方框(11)内,在压板(5)的下部面间隔设有复数个压片(6),所述压片(6)对应方框(11)内两两刀板(15)之间的间隙;至少四根滑杆(2)上部穿在压板(5)四角设置的穿孔(4)内,在每一滑杆(2)上端设有扩径头(1),所述至少四根滑杆(2)的下端连接方框(11)的上端面四角,套在每一滑杆(2)上弹簧(7)的上下两端分别顶在压板(5)和方框(11)的相对面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的韭菜或大葱切丁器,其特征是:在方框(11)的上端面四角分别设有螺孔(13),四根滑杆(2)的下端分别设置的外螺纹(3)连接所述螺孔(13)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的韭菜或大葱切丁器,其特征是:在压板(5)下部面间隔设置的复数个压片(6)的下部面中部设有向上凹陷(9)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的韭菜或大葱切丁器,其特征是:在方框(11)内的复数个刀板(15)的上部面中部设有“U”形刀刃(14)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的韭菜或大葱切丁器,其特征是:在方框(11)的左右两侧分别设有对应刀板“U”形刀刃(14)的向下凹陷(10)。
6.根据权利要求1或4所述的韭菜或大葱切丁器,其特征是:所述复数个刀板(15)的两端下部分别设有下部延伸板(16),每一刀板(15)的下部延伸板(16)插在所述方框(11)前后底部面间隔设置的向上凹陷槽(12)中,设置在方框(11)前后底部的两角板(17)分别包裹在复数个刀板(15)的下部延伸板(16)外端和底部,至少四个支腿(19)上端的螺丝(18)穿过两角板(17)后连接方框的底部面。
7.根据权利要求1或4所述的韭菜或大葱切丁器,其特征是:所述刀板(15)的上部面与方框(11)的上口为相同高度。
