人们日常生活,离不开食品及其辅料,人们对其口味和营养的要求也在逐渐升高,市场上的食品及辅料,已经不能够满足人们的日常需求,高营养且具有一定的养生的食物越来越受到消费者的青睐。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种红豆沙芝麻酱的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种红豆沙芝麻酱,由以下重量份原料组成:芝麻酱300-320、红豆沙25-30、水蜜桃30-40、银耳20-25、红枣肉8-10、牛肉40-50、红酒30-40、薄荷汁20-30、海苔粉10-15、麦冬5-6、槐花5-6、草豆蔻5-6、西番莲4-5、紫菀4-5、黄荆根3-4、桂圆肉5-7、阿胶5-7、鸡骨草2-3、食品添加剂8-10、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料组成:可可粉20-30、鸡蛋黄30-40、洋葱20-30、沙棘果汁60-70、大麦秸8-10、刺龙芽4-5、乌梢蛇4-5、水适量。
食品添加剂的制备方法:
(1)将大麦秸、刺龙芽、乌梢蛇用6-8倍量的水提取,将提取物喷雾干燥,得到粉末备用;
(2)将洋葱洗净,切碎后与鸡蛋黄一起放入锅中,加入沙棘果汁,加热焖煮30-40分钟,将所有物料打成浆汁,将浆汁喷雾干燥,得到粉末备用;
(3)将可可粉、步骤1中粉末、步骤2中粉末合并,混匀即可。
一种红豆沙芝麻酱的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将水蜜桃洗净,取其果肉,去洗净的银耳、红枣肉一起放入锅中,加入食品添加剂、适量的水,加热焖煮30-35分钟,将所有物料取出打成浆汁,将浆汁浓缩成浓缩物备用;

一种红豆沙芝麻酱,由以下重量份(Kg)原料组成:芝麻酱300、红豆沙25、水蜜桃30、银耳20、红枣肉8、牛肉40、红酒30、薄荷汁20、海苔粉10、麦冬5、槐花5、草豆蔻5、西番莲4、紫菀4、黄荆根3、桂圆肉5、阿胶5、鸡骨草2、食品添加剂8、水适量:

所述食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料组成:可可粉20-30、鸡蛋黄30-40、洋葱20-30、沙棘果汁60-70、大麦秸8-10、刺龙芽4-5、乌梢蛇4-5、水适量;
所述食品添加剂的制备方法:
