Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种片状构件的对接装置,该装置将两个片状构件的端面相互对接,例如该片状构件是通过利用未硫化橡胶涂覆多个帘线来制成的。本发明还涉及该装置的使用方法。特别地,本发明提出了一种可靠且容易地将两个片状构件相互对接的技术。
背景技术
在轮胎制造中使用的胎体帘布层材料例如通过如下的步骤制造:通过压延成型等利用未硫化橡胶来涂覆诸如在纵向上延伸的钢帘线等帘线以形成带状构件;根据待制造轮胎的尺寸及类型,利用斜切机等以预定角度切断该带状构件,以形成具有预定宽度的多个片状构件;然后,例如通过专利文献1中公开了的用于接合端面的装置来使片状构件的相对的端面相互对接。
专利文献1公开了一种装置,该装置“具有:第一输送器,该第一输送器包括多个第一带,该多个第一带沿着其纵向延伸,该第一输送器能够沿着带状构件的纵向伸缩;第二输送器,该第二输送器被配置在第一输送器的前方,该第二输送器包括多个第二带,该多个第二带与第一带交替地配置并且该多个第二带在该片状构件的宽度方向上相互分开地配置,该第二带沿其纵向延伸,该第二输送器能够沿着带状构件的纵向伸缩,在第一输送器和第二输送器二者伸展并且彼此最靠近的情况下,第一带的前端部和第二带的后端部相互交叉;多个定位销,该多个定位销被配置在第一输送器和第二输送器之间的边界处并且在竖直方向上延伸,该定位销能够升降,该定位销抵接第一输送器上的带状构件的前端和第二输送器上的带状构件的后端,以在定位销上升且从第一输送器和第二输送器向上突出的情况下定位带状构件;上接合爪,该上接合爪被配置在定位销的上方并且能够升降;下接合爪,该下接合爪配置在上接合爪的下方并且能够升降,该下接合爪与当下接合爪上升时下降的上接合爪协作以将第一输送器上的带状构件的前端和第二输送器上的带状构件的后端接合。”该装置顺次连续地接合输送器上输送的多个片状构件的端面。
关于上述端面接合装置的接合片状构件的端面的操作,在片状构件的没有如期望地接合的部分被校正的情况下,或在随后的步骤中使用剩余片状构件的情况下,操作者手动地重叠且压接待接合的两个带状构件的各端部,以使该片状构件重叠接合。

发明内容
发明要解决的问题
在操作者如上所述地手动重叠且接合片状构件的情况下,操作者需要有高的技能。此外,利用被重叠且接合的片状构件制造的轮胎可以在轮胎周向上具有非均一性的密度,这可能使轮胎的均一性劣化。此外,可能会在被重叠且接合的部分处产生由于空气侵入或不良外观导致的缺陷。
另一方面,在片状构件的端面被手动相互对接的情况下,该接合不如利用上述装置形成的接合强固。结果,接合面可能会在随后的步骤中剥离。因而,当片状构件的端部被相互接合时,为了确保片状构件的接合部所需的接合强度,重叠且接合该端部是不可避免的。
本发明旨在解决传统的技术所具有的问题,并且本发明的目的是提供一种片状构件的对接装置及该装置的使用方法,该装置能够可靠且容易地使两个片状构件的相对的端面相互对接。
用于解决问题的方案
根据本发明的片状构件的对接装置具有:支撑板;可动臂构件,所述可动臂构件与所述支撑板隔有所需要的间隔,并且所述可动臂构件能够朝向或远离所述支撑板位移;以及一对接合单元,所述一对接合单元彼此相对且分别配置于所述支撑板和所述可动臂构件,所述一对接合单元中的每一个分别设置有在所述可动臂构件的延伸方向上排列的两个牵引辊和两个齿轮辊,所述齿轮辊具有圆锥台状并且在所述齿轮辊的外周面上形成有朝向周向延伸的一个或多个槽,所述两个齿轮辊能够相互同步转动,所述牵引辊具有圆柱状并且在所述牵引辊的外周面上形成有朝向周向延伸的至少一个槽,所述两个牵引辊能够相互同步转动,在待接合的两个片状构件的各端部被夹在所述一对接合单元之间的状态下,所述支撑板和所述可动臂构件朝向所述可动臂构件的延伸方向上的一方侧移动,以使所述各端部互相靠近并且将片状构件的端面彼此对接接合,其中,在各所述支撑板和所述可动臂构件中,所述牵引辊被配置在所述支撑板和所述可动臂构件的移动方向上的前方侧,所述齿轮辊被配置在所述移动方向上的后方侧。
此外,根据本发明的片状构件的对接装置的使用方法是利用任何上述对接装置来使两个片状构件的相对的端面相互对接的,该方法包括如下的步骤:在两个片状构件的各端部被夹在所述一对接合单元彼此之间的状态下,将所述支撑板和所述可动臂构件朝向所述可动臂构件的延伸方向上的一方侧移动,以使所述接合单元的各牵引辊和各齿轮辊在所述片状构件的各端部上转动;借助位于所述支撑板和所述可动臂构件的移动方向上的前方侧位置的所述牵引辊使所述片状构件的端部互相靠近,并且借助位于所述移动方向上的后方侧的所述齿轮辊使所述片状构件的端面相互压接。
发明的效果
在根据本发明的片状构件的对接装置中,在两个片状构件的各端部被夹在一对接合单元之间的状态下,支撑板和可动臂构件沿着片状构件的端面朝向可动臂构件的延伸方向上的一方侧移动,使得在片状构件的上表面侧的端部转动的两个牵引辊和在两个片状的下表面侧的端部转动的两个牵引辊使两个片状构件的端部靠近。然后,在片状构件的上表面侧的端部转动的两个齿轮辊和在片状构件的下表面侧的端部转动的两个齿轮辊用于牢固地相互压接片状构件的端面。因此,可以容易且可靠地相互对接两个片状构件。
此外,对接装置适用于片状构件的利用上述用于接合端面的对接装置没有如期望地接合的再接合部分或者适用于在随后的步骤期间对接剩余片状构件的操作。因此,该对接装置可以避免由片状构件的重叠接合导致制造的轮胎的均一性的劣化和空气的侵入。
此外,在根据本发明的片状构件的对接装置的使用方法中,配置于支撑板和可动臂构件的移动方向上的前方侧的牵引辊能够使片状构件的端部靠近,并且配置于移动方向上的后方侧的齿轮辊牢固地相互压接片状构件的端面。因此,可以以如上所述的相同方式容易且可靠地对接片状构件。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图,说明本发明的实施方式。
图1示出了装置1的示例,该装置用于通过操作者手动操作使两个片状构件的对应端部相互对接。该装置1具有:平板状支撑板2,在图1中的上面侧,片状构件(未示出)被载置在平板状支撑板2上;可动臂构件3,该可动臂构件3能够朝向或远离支撑板2位移并且以与支撑板2之间具有预定间隔的方式配置在支撑板2的上方侧,在本实施方式中,可动臂构件3在图1中的左右方向上与支撑板2平行地延伸;以及上下一对接合单元4a、4b,该一对接合单元4a、4b彼此相对且被分别配置于支撑板2和可动臂构件3。
在该装置1中,在两个片状构件的各端部被夹在一对接合单元4a、4b之间的状态下,支撑板2和可动臂构件3沿着图1中的箭头表示的方向移动,以对接片状构件的端面。
在本实施方式中,两个牵引辊11a、11b在与图1的纸面垂直的方向上并列,并且例如经由连接构件31被可转动地安装到可动臂构件3。相似地,在可动臂构件3延伸的方向上与牵引辊11a、11b相邻的位置处,两个齿轮辊21a、21b经由连接构件41被可转动地安装到可动臂构件3。两个牵引辊11a、11b和两个齿轮辊21a、21b构成了可动臂侧的接合单元4a。
此外,在本实施方式中,两个牵引辊11c、11d在与图1的纸面垂直的方向上并排,并且被可转动地安装到形成于支撑板2的贯通孔(open hole)。相似地,两个齿轮辊21c、21d并排,并且在与牵引辊11c、11d相邻的位置处被可转动地安装到贯通孔中。两个牵引辊11c、11d和两个齿轮辊21c、21d构成了支撑板2侧的接合单元4b。
如图1所示,在一对接合单元4a、4b中,在可动臂侧的两个牵引辊11a、11b在图1中的竖直方向上与支撑板侧的两个牵引辊11c、11d相对。在可动臂侧的两个齿轮辊21a、21b在图1中的竖直方向上与支撑板侧的两个齿轮辊21c、21d相对。
如图2所示,在啮合状态下,构成了可动臂侧的接合单元4a的牵引辊11a、11b中的每一个均设置有至少一个槽(本实施方式中多个环状槽12)和多个齿部13,该至少一个槽在圆柱状外周面上沿周向延伸,该多个齿部13在面对相邻的牵引辊的周缘处沿着由图2中的点划线表示的牵引辊的转动轴线的方向突出。
如图2所示,接合单元4a的牵引辊11a、11b被配置成使得一个牵引辊的齿部13与另一个牵引辊的齿部13啮合。结果,接合单元4a的两个牵引辊11a、11b可以同步转动。
在与配置在支撑板上的片状构件的表面平行的平面中,相互啮合的两个牵引辊11a、11a中的每一个均被配置成具有如下的姿势:各牵引辊的转动轴线以牵引辊在齿部13侧的端部面向移动方向的方式相对于与可动臂构件3等的移动方向垂直的方向倾斜预定角度φ。该角度φ可以是例如15°至25°之间。
构成支撑板侧的接合单元4b的两个牵引辊11c、11d被配置成使得牵引辊11c、11d的齿部以与图2中的牵引辊相同的方式相互啮合以同步转动。
如图3所示,构成接合单元4a的齿轮辊21a、21b和构成接合单元4b的齿轮辊21c、21d具有分别形成为圆锥台状的外周面。例如,该外周面设置有沿着齿轮辊21a-21d的周向延伸的多个环状槽22。在由图3中的点划线表示的转动轴线的方向上的直径较大的端部的整个外周上形成径向突出的多个齿部23。
如图3所示,接合单元4a的两个齿轮辊被配置成使得齿轮辊的转动轴线相对于与片状构件50a、50b的表面垂直的线朝向直径较小的端部彼此分离的方向倾斜预定角度θ。结果,齿部23相互啮合以允许它们同步地转动。这同样地适用于接合单元4b的两个齿轮辊的特征。
转动轴线的倾斜角度θ可以是例如在20°至30°之间。
可动臂侧的齿轮辊21a、21b和支撑板侧的齿轮辊21c、21d被配置成在未设置片状构件50a、50b的状态下在支撑板2的橡胶片材载置侧(即,支撑板2的与可动臂构件3相对的表面)相互啮合。结果,齿轮辊21a至21d可以在与片状构件50a、50b的表面垂直的方向上施加足够的力抵着片状构件50a、50b的表面,而使片状构件50a、50b在与其表面垂直的方向上没有任何位移,由此使片状构件50a、50b相互对接。
尽管未示出,形成于牵引辊的外周面和齿轮辊的外周面的槽可以是取代了上述环状槽的、沿着周向延伸的一个或多个螺旋状槽。
在沿着转动轴线截取的截面中,例如,可以通过形成诸如上述环状槽12、22等槽将牵引辊的外周面和齿轮辊的外周面形成为锯齿状。
在本发明中,如图1所示,牵引辊11a至11d和齿轮辊21a至21d被安装到可动臂构件3和支撑板2,使得构成可动臂侧的接合单元4a的牵引辊11a、11b位于齿轮辊21a和21b的可动臂构件3和支撑板2的移动方向上的前方侧(图1中的左侧),以及构成支撑板侧的接合单元4b的牵引辊11c、11d位于齿轮辊21c和21d的可动臂构件3和支撑板2的移动方向上的前方侧(图1中的左侧)。
根据本实施方式的装置1,在待接合的两个片状构件的端部被配置在一对接合单元4a、4b之间的状态下,更具体地分别被配置在可动臂侧的接合单元4a的牵引辊11a、11b和齿轮辊21a、21b与支撑板侧的接合单元4b的牵引辊11c、11d和齿轮辊21c、21d之间的情况下,可动臂构件3接近支撑板2位移;片状构件的端部被夹在接合单元4a、4b之间;以及在片材构件的端部被保持夹在接合单元之间的状态下,可动臂构件3和支撑板2在图1中的箭头表示的方向上沿着片材构件的端面移动。结果,牵引辊11a至11d和齿轮辊21a至21d在片状构件的端部的两侧可转动地移动以对接片状构件的端面。
此外,在装置1中,牵引辊11a至11d被配置在支撑板等的移动方向上的前方侧,而齿轮辊21a至21d被配置在移动方向上的后方侧,使得当片状构件的端面对接时,牵引辊11a至11d和齿轮辊21a至21d以如下的方式工作。
如图2所示,在与配置于支撑板2的片状构件的表面平行的截面中,接合单元4a、4b的牵引辊11a至11d的转动轴线以牵引辊11a至11d在齿部13侧的端部面向可动臂构件3等的移动方向的方式相对于与可动臂构件3等的移动方向垂直的方向倾斜预定角度φ。设置有环状槽12的牵引辊11a至11d的外周面咬入片状构件的夹在牵引辊11a、11b和牵引辊11c、11d之间的端部的上表面和下表面这两者中。
结果,在片状构件夹在可动臂侧的牵引辊11a、11b和支撑板侧的牵引辊11c、11d之间的状态下,支撑板2和可动臂构件3向可动臂构件3的延伸方向(由图1中的箭头表示的方向)上的一方侧移动时,将朝向两个牵引辊的啮合部分的力施加到片状构件的牵引辊11a至11d转动移动所在的端部,使两个片状构件的端部靠近。
如上所述,片状构件的端部通过牵引辊11a、11b、11c和11d刚靠近之后,就将片状构件的端部夹在可动臂侧的两个齿轮辊21a、21b和支撑板侧的两个齿轮辊21c、21d之间。
在可动臂侧的两个齿轮辊21a、21b相互啮合并且沿相反的方向转动。齿轮辊21a、21b的直径较大的端部和直径较小的端部之间的圆周速度差使片状构件的与齿轮辊21a、21b的设置有环状槽22的外周面接触的端部进一步靠近上表面侧。在支撑板侧相互啮合的齿轮辊21c、21d相似地使片状构件的端部进一步靠近下表面侧。接着,片状构件的端面被压接。
如上所述,在未配置片状构件50a、50b的情况下,可动臂侧的齿轮辊21a、21b和支撑板侧的齿轮辊21c、21d被配置成使得它们在支撑板2的橡胶片材载置侧(即,在支撑板2的面对可动臂构件3的一侧)相互啮合。结果,齿轮辊21a、21b和齿轮辊21c、21d在与片状构件50a、50b的表面垂直的两个方向上以足够的力压片状构件50a、50b,而使片状构件50a、50b在与其表面垂直的方向上没有任何位移,由此使片状构件相互对接。
图1中图示的装置1具有连接构件31、41和螺旋弹簧32、42。连接构件31、41介于可动臂3侧的牵引辊11a、11b、齿轮辊21a、21b与可动臂构件3之间。连接构件31、41被铰链连接到可动臂构件3。在片状构件被夹在一对接合单元4a、4b之间的状态下,螺旋弹簧32、42配置于可动臂构件3并且对牵引辊11a、11b以及齿轮辊21a、21b施力,更具体地对连接构件31、41施力。
在不考虑可动臂构件3相对支撑板2的位置如何的情况下,该构造可以期望地调整通过牵引辊11a、11b和齿轮辊21a、21b施加在片状构件上的压力。通过牵引辊11a、11c和齿轮辊21a、21c及通过牵引辊11b、11d和齿轮辊21b、21d施加在片状构件上的压力例如可以在30N至40N之间。
根据本发明,片状构件通过在片状构件的上面侧及下面侧滚动的牵引辊11a至11d和齿轮辊21a至21d的转动来对接,使得可以使两个片状构件的端部可靠地相靠近并且可以使接片状构件的端面稳固地对接。
在图1中示出的实施方式中,将供操作者把持的把持部5被配置在可动臂构件3和支撑板2的左侧端部。
把持部5由棒状杆构件5a和手柄构件5b构成。杆构件5a被铰链连接到可动臂构件3的延伸方向上的一端部,并且该杆构件5a被操作者手动地操作。手柄构件5b通过例如螺栓被连接到支撑板2的杆构件5a侧的端部。手柄构件5b从连接部朝向杆构件5a延伸,以大致直角弯折,并且与杆构件5a平行地延伸。
在图1中示出的装置中,通过在弯折部将手柄构件5b铰链连接到可动臂构件3,在支撑板2和可动臂构件3与把持部5之间形成连杆机构;并且连杆机构设置有连杆构件7b,在与杆构件5a和手柄构件5b相互平行延伸的弯折部的铰链连接部相邻的位置处,设置被铰链连接到杆构件5a和手柄构件5b的连杆7b并且将杆构件5a和手柄构件5b接合在一起。
下面,详细描述在操作者操作杆构件5a期间可动臂构件3的借助于这种连杆机构的动作。
图示的连杆机构由连杆构件7a至7d构成,其中,连杆构件7a被布置在将杆构件5a和连杆构件7b铰链连接的铰链连接部6a与将杆构件5a和可动臂构件3铰链连接的铰链连接部6d之间;连杆构件7b在铰链连接部6a、6b处分别与杆构件5a、手柄构件5b连接;连杆构件7c被布置在将手柄构件5b和连杆构件7b铰链连接的铰链连接部6b与将手柄构件5b和可动臂构件3铰链连接的铰链连接部6c之间;连杆构件7d被布置在将可动臂构件3和手柄构件5b铰链连接的铰链连接部6c与将可动臂构件3和杆构件5a铰链连接的铰链连接部6d之间。
如图4所示,在操作者不操作杆构件5a的情况下,介于手柄构件5b和杆构件5a之间的弹簧8的偏置力允许杆构件5a朝向杆构件5a的左侧端部与手柄构件5b逐渐分离,并且允许可动臂构件3与支撑板2分离。
接着,在操作者握住把持部5使杆构件5a沿着图4中的箭头A表示的方向接近手柄构件5b的情况下,连接到手柄构件5b的连杆构件7b、7d分别绕着铰链连接部6b、6c沿图4中的箭头B、C表示的方向转动。结果,连杆构件7a沿与连杆构件7c平行的方向位移,如此与连杆构件7d一体的可动臂构件3绕着铰链连接部6c转动以如图1所示地接近支撑板2。
在操作者从图1中示出的状态下释放用于握住把持部5的力情况下,夹在杆构件5a和手柄构件5b之间的压缩弹簧8抵抗杆构件5a的偏置力使连杆构件7b、7d分别绕着铰链连接部6b、6c沿与图4中箭头B、C表示的方向相反的方向转动,并且可动臂构件3与支撑板2如图4所示地分离。
在如上所述动作的装置1中,待接合的两个片状构件的端部被配置在一对接合单元4a和4b之间,操作者握住把持部5并且操作杆构件5a,使得可动臂构件3如上所述地接近支撑板2位移,片状构件的端部被夹在一对接合单元4a、4b之间。然后,操作者保持握住把持部5,并且使支撑板2和可动臂构件3沿着片状构件的端面朝向支撑板2的延伸方向上的一方侧(即,图1中的左侧)移动,使得装置可以如上所述地通过该对接合单元4a、4b接合两个片状构件的端面的功能对接两个片状构件。以这种方式,该装置的操作变得显著容易,例如,在传统的用于接合端面的装置的输送器上或在随后过程中接合剩余的片状构件的工作站上,可以大大地提高对接的生产率。
当在如图1所示的用于在工作站或输送器实施对接的工作站或输送器上运行的辊10被设置在支撑板2的与载置片状构件的上侧相反的下侧时,在对接片状构件的端面时,支撑板2和可动臂构件3沿着片状构件的端面的移动可以是十分平滑的。
在图1中的装置1中,可以保持杆构件5a和手柄构件5b彼此靠近的状态,并且在操作者使杆构件5a和手柄构件5b靠近的状态下,通过紧固设置于杆构件5a的连杆7a的保持螺钉9来最终保持片状构件被夹在一对接合单元4a、4b之间的状态。结果,可以显著地提高片状构件的对接的生产率。
在上述装置1用于对接片状构件的端面的情况下,端面的对接优选地在片状构件的端面的片状构件的宽度方向上的中间区域开始。更具体地,支撑板2和可动臂构件3从中间区域的接合的开始位置朝向片状构件的一侧面侧移动,以允许片状构件的端面的一部分被接合,然后支撑板2和可动臂构件3从接合的开始位置朝向片状构件的另一侧面侧移动,以允许片状构件的端面的剩余部分被接合。
根据上述方法,当片状构件的端面的接合的开始位置和片状构件的一侧之间的一部分将被接合时,例如可以通过操作者保持片状构件的另一侧的端部来固定片状构件。结果,可以防止在片状构件的端面的一部分的对接期间由于可动臂构件等的运动导致的片状构件的移动而引起的片状构件的错位。相应地,上述对接装置可以进一步地促进确保片状构件的端面的对接操作。
本发明不仅可以应用于上述用于对接片状构件的手动式装置,还可以应用到用于对接的自动装置(未示出),该自动装置自动地进行将片状构件夹在一对接合单元的操作或自动地进行使夹着片状构件的支撑板和可动臂构件移动的操作。
换句话说,待接合的片状构件被配置在一对接合单元之间,并且由马达致动的气缸等使可动臂构件接近支撑板位移以夹着片状构件。然后,可动臂构件和支撑板例如在保持可动臂构件的姿势的状态下在连接到可动臂构件的导轨道上移动,由此以接合片状构件。
示例
根据本发明的对接装置是原型,并且是用于对接由涂覆有未硫化橡胶的帘线构成的片状构件的端面。以如下的方式评价如此获得的接合面的接合强度。
注意,与传统的端面的对接装置相似,在接合的片状构件上进行拉伸试验,评价标准如下:即使在与接合面相邻的两个帘线的中心之间的距离被拉长到原始距离的400%的状态下,接合面也具有足够大的强度以防止它们剥离。
由图1中示出的装置对接的片状构件经受了上述试验,结果,接合的面没有剥离。因此,证实了根据本发明的装置可以利用足够的接合强度来对接片状构件的端面。

Claims (4)
1.一种片状构件的对接装置,其包括:
支撑板;
可动臂构件,所述可动臂构件与所述支撑板隔有所需要的间隔,并且所述可动臂构件能够朝向或远离所述支撑板位移;以及
一对接合单元,所述一对接合单元彼此相对且分别配置于所述支撑板和所述可动臂构件,
所述一对接合单元中的每一个分别设置有在所述可动臂构件的延伸方向上排列的两个牵引辊和两个齿轮辊,
所述齿轮辊具有圆锥台状并且在所述齿轮辊的外周面上形成有朝向周向延伸的一个或多个槽,所述两个齿轮辊能够相互同步转动,
所述牵引辊具有圆柱状并且在所述牵引辊的外周面上形成有朝向周向延伸的至少一个槽,所述两个牵引辊能够相互同步转动,
在待接合的两个片状构件的各端部被夹在所述一对接合单元之间的状态下,所述支撑板和所述可动臂构件朝向所述可动臂构件的延伸方向上的一方侧移动,以使所述各端部互相靠近并且将片状构件的端面彼此对接接合,
其中,在各所述支撑板和所述可动臂构件中,所述牵引辊被配置在所述支撑板和所述可动臂构件的移动方向上的前方侧,所述齿轮辊被配置在所述移动方向上的后方侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的对接装置,其特征在于,供操作者把持的把持部由杆构件和手柄构件形成,所述杆构件被联接到所述可动臂构件的延伸方向上的一端部,所述手柄构件被安装到所述支撑板的所述杆构件侧的端部,
在所述把持部与所述支撑板和所述可动臂构件之间设有连杆机构,所述连杆机构通过操作者手动操作所述杆构件来使所述可动臂构件朝向或远离所述支撑板位移。
3.一种对接装置的使用方法,该使用方法采用权利要求1或2所述的对接装置,当使各自的端面彼此相对配置的两个片状构件的该端面彼此对接接合时,
在两个片状构件的各端部被夹在所述一对接合单元彼此之间的状态下,将所述支撑板和所述可动臂构件朝向所述可动臂构件的延伸方向上的一方侧移动,以使所述接合单元的各牵引辊和各齿轮辊在所述片状构件的各端部上转动,
借助位于所述支撑板和所述可动臂构件的移动方向上的前方侧位置的所述牵引辊使所述片状构件的端部互相靠近,并且借助位于所述移动方向上的后方侧的所述齿轮辊使所述片状构件的端面相互压接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的对接装置的使用方法,其特征在于,
自所述片状构件的端面的在所述片状构件的宽度方向上的中间区域开始所述端面的对接接合,并且将所述支撑板和所述可动臂构件从该接合开始位置朝向所述片状构件的一侧面侧移动,以接合所述片状构件的端面的一部分,
随后将所述支撑板和所述可动臂构件从所述接合开始位置朝向所述片状构件的另一侧面侧移动,以接合所述片状构件的端面的剩余部分。
