技术领域
本发明涉及显示设备。
背景技术
在相关技术中,布置在液晶显示设备中的液晶显示器(LCD:Liquid CrystalDisplay)包括例如具有以红、绿、蓝彩色化的滤色器基板和液晶层等的液晶面板以及布置在液晶面板后表面侧的背光。
在液晶显示设备中,改变电压以控制液晶层中液晶分子的扭曲,由背光发射的白光根据液晶分子的扭曲穿过液晶层,然后穿过以各自颜色彩色化的滤色器。由于由背光发射的白光穿过滤色器,所以白光被彩色化为红、绿、蓝,从而显示图像。
过去,将CCFL(Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lighting,冷阴极荧光灯管)作为结合到液晶显示设备和其它电子设备中的LCD中背光的光源。近来,LED(Light EmittingDiode,发光二极管)被认为是替代CCFL的有前景的光源。当使用LED时,可以实现更高效率和更高颜色范围。

发明内容
技术问题
然而,当沿着液晶面板的每一侧边布置光源时,由于光源产生热,靠近液晶面板的周边部分的部分温度升高。该温度的升高可能对液晶显示设备的操作造成不利影响。因此,需要有效散除由光源产生的热。
然而,当在液晶显示设备中布置风扇以有效散除光源产生的热时存在问题,因为必需用于驱动风扇的电功率,风扇使得难以减小设备的厚度。可替选地,有人提出在液晶显示设备中布置热辐射片代替风扇的方法,以有效散除光源产生的热。然而,即使当在液晶显示设备中布置热辐射片时,也难以减小设备的厚度。
本发明鉴于上述问题而作出,其目的是提供一种新颖的改进型显示设备,当热源布置在显示面板的至少一个侧边的侧表面时,该显示设备可以有效释放由热源产生的热。
问题的解决方案
根据本发明的一个方面,为了实现上述目的,提供一种显示设备,其包括:用于显示图像的显示面板;布置在显示面板的至少一个侧边的侧表面的热源;用于吸收由热源产生的热的热吸收部;布置在显示面板的后表面侧并且由金属制成的后表面板,其中后表面板的一部分与热吸收部紧密接触;布置在显示面板的前表面侧并且由金属制成的前表面板;以及布置在前表面板和热吸收部之间的中间底板;底板,布置在后表面板的后表面侧,在底板上安装有用于驱动显示面板的至少一个板。

首先说明根据本发明实施例的液晶显示设备的外观。图1是示出根据本发明实施例的液晶显示设备100的前表面的说明性视图。图2是示出根据本发明实施例的液晶显示设备100的侧表面的说明性视图。下面对照图1和图2说明根据本发明实施例的液晶显示设备100的外观。
液晶显示设备100是根据本发明的显示设备的例子。在液晶显示设备100中,光被发射到具有液晶层的显示面板上,并且将电压施加到液晶层中的液晶分子以改变液晶分子的取向,从而实现光学快门。由此,液晶显示设备100显示图像。如图1和图2中所示,根据本发明实施例的液晶显示设备100包括显示面板102、前边框104、后盖板106、底板108和底座110。在下面的说明中,将液晶显示设备100在前边框104的一侧称为前表面侧,将液晶显示设备100在后盖板106的一侧称为后表面侧。
显示面板102显示动态图像或静态图像(将它们统一简称为“图像”)。显示面板102包括将液晶分子密封在其中的液晶层、用于将电压施加到液晶分子的玻璃基板、用于对由光源发射的白光起偏的偏振板、以及用于将穿过偏振板发射的白光彩色化的滤色器。
通常使用两个玻璃基板。后表面侧上的玻璃基板形成为具有信号线、扫描线、薄膜晶体管和像素电极,信号线和扫描线以矩阵形式布置,薄膜晶体管布置在信号线和扫描线之间的交叉点处用作开关装置。另一方面,前表面侧上的玻璃基板形成为具有相对电极和滤色器。其中密封有例如扭曲向列(twisted nematic,TN)的液晶的液晶层布置在这两个玻璃基板之间。应该理解,显示面板102不局限于上述构造。显示面板102可以是过去已经提供的各种类型的液晶面板。下面详细描述根据本实施例的显示面板102的构造。
前边框104是根据本发明的前表面板的例子。前边框104是布置在显示面板102的前表面侧的框架,用于固定显示面板102。前边框104布置有开口部分,观看者可以通过该开口部分观看显示面板102显示的图像。
后盖板106是根据本发明的后表面板的例子。后盖板106是布置在显示面板102的后表面侧的盖板,用于固定显示面板102。底板108布置在后盖板106的后表面侧,用于驱动显示面板102的各种板安装在底板108上。
前边框104和后盖板106利用具有高热导率的金属形成,例如铝。由于前边框104和后盖板106利用金属形成,所以前边框104和后盖板106可以屏蔽由布置在液晶显示设备100中的各种电路和电子部件产生的电磁波。因此,前边框104和后盖板106可以减少来自布置在液晶显示设备100中的各种电路和电子部件的有害发射。
可以用防蚀铝(alumite)处理前边框104的前表面侧。当用防蚀铝处理前边框104的前表面侧时,前边框104的前表面侧变得更耐腐蚀,并且可以产生更金属化的外观。可以用橡胶涂覆后盖板106的后表面侧。
底座110是用于固定和安装液晶显示设备100的底座。底座110适于与底板108耦合。在根据本实施例的液晶显示设备100中,底板108可以固定到底座110,并且当将底板108从底座110上拆下时,可以将底板108固定到墙上。因此,底板108布置有用于将底板108固定到墙上的紧固部。
尽管在图1和图2中没有示出扬声器,但是可以将扬声器结合到底座110中。当将扬声器结合到底座110中时,可以从底座110输出声音。
上面描述了根据本发明实施例的液晶显示设备100的外观。接下来说明根据本发明该实施例的液晶显示设备100的构造。

如图3中所示,根据本发明该实施例的液晶显示设备100包括前边框104、后盖板106、底板108、显示面板102、光源112、热沉130、光波导114、反射板115、中间底板131。显示面板102包括液晶单元121和面板驱动器板122。
如图3中所示,光源112布置在沿着显示面板102的四个侧边的位置处。例如,发射白光的白光LED可以用作光源112。作为选择,可以使用发射红、蓝、绿三原色的光的LED。还可以使用LED以外的发光装置作为光源112。在下面的说明中,将说明使用白光LED作为光源112的情况。
由沿着显示面板102的四个侧边布置的光源112发射的白光被光波导114漫射,并且被反射板115反射。因此,白光被均匀发射到显示面板102。光波导114布置在显示面板102的后表面侧。例如,光波导114可以由硅酮橡胶树脂的型材整体形成。
可以将硅酮橡胶树脂材料用作光波导114的材料。硅酮橡胶树脂具有与传统上由于高度透明性、可成形性、低吸水性(低吸潮特征)、耐环境性和低双折射而使用的透明热塑树脂中的聚碳酸酯树脂(PC)或丙烯酸树脂(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA))的性能相同或更好的性能。硅酮橡胶树脂的例子包括聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)、聚烷基烯基硅氧烷(polyalkylalkenylsiloxane)和聚烷基苯基硅氧烷(polyalkylphenylsiloxane)。因此,光波导114的透明度和折射率变得适当。结果,光波导114的导光功能变得出众。特别是更优选地,构成材料是聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)。在此情况下,光波导5是透明的,并且折射率达到1.4或以上,从而导光功能优于相关技术中的光波导。
光波导114漫射由布置在上述四个侧边的光源112发射的白光,并且将漫射后的白光发射到显示面板102。如上所述,在根据本实施例的液晶显示设备100中,光源112从光波导114的侧表面发射光。
当使用发射三原色即红、蓝、绿的光的LED作为光源112时,可以配置光波导114以混合由LED发射的光,并将混合后的光作为白光发射到显示面板102上。
如图3中所示,光波导114的后表面侧布置有反射板115。尽管在图3中没有示出,但是光波导114的前表面侧布置有光学板。在根据本实施例的液晶显示设备100中,在光波导114的后表面侧上印刷漫射材料。在光波导114的后表面侧上印刷的漫射材料漫射由光源112发射的光,并且漫射后的光被发射到显示面板102上。
液晶单元121具有这样的结构:液晶层密封在两个玻璃基板之间,并且这两个玻璃基板被偏振板密封。通过面板驱动器板122施加电压来改变密封在液晶单元121中的液晶层的取向状态。因此,液晶层121可以透过和遮蔽由光源112发射的光。
中间底板131是布置在前边框104和热沉130之间的部件。中间底板131可以由具有比金属热导率低的热导率的材料形成,例如,合成树脂。下面详细说明布置在前边框104和热沉130之间的中间底板131的功能。
在图3中,光源112布置在沿着显示面板102的四个侧边的位置处。然而,在本发明中,光源112的布置不局限于该例子。光源112可以布置在显示面板102的一个侧边上。作为选择,光源112也可以布置在显示面板102的两个或三个侧边上。
前面已经对照图3说明了根据本发明该实施例的液晶显示设备100的构造。接下来,说明根据本发明该实施例的液晶显示设备100中的各种板的布置概况。

图5是示出从液晶显示设备100的前表面侧看到的光源112和光波导114的视图。图6是示出从液晶显示设备100的侧表面看到的光源112、光波导114和反射板115的截面的视图。
如图5中所示,光源112布置在沿着光波导114的每一侧边的位置处。光源112中的每一个包括用于发射白光的多个LED 123和用于驱动LED123的LED电路板124。例如,LED电路板124可以是环氧玻璃基板或金属芯例如铝的基板,并且具有大致矩形形状。LED电路板124可以形成为薄板形式。
在根据本实施例的光源112中,LED 123基本上在LED电路板124上的纵向方向上布置成一行。当LED电路板124接收到来自LED驱动器板155的发光指令时,LED电路板124控制LED 123以使LED 123发光,从而LED 123发射白光。LED 123可以将白光发射到光波导114。光波导114漫射由包括在光源112中的LED 123发射的白光,并将漫射后的白光发射到显示面板102。
为了有效漫射由光源112发射的白光并将漫射后的白光发射到显示面板102,如图6中所示,将漫射材料印刷到光波导114的后表面侧上。由于如上所述的漫射材料印刷在光波导114的后表面侧上并且反射板115布置在光波导114的后表面侧上,所以由光源112发射的白光可以被有效漫射,并且可以将漫射后的白光发射到显示面板102上。
在图6中,漫射材料印刷在光波导114的后表面侧上并且反射板115布置在光波导114的后表面侧上,从而有效漫射由光源112发射的白光。然而,本发明不局限于这些例子。例如,可以在光波导的后表面侧上形成反射形状,以反射由光源发射的白光。图7是示出在后表面侧上形成有反射形状的光波导114’的说明性视图。当以如图7中所示的适当形状形成光波导114’的后表面时,可以有效漫射由光源112发射的白光,并且可以将漫射后的白光发射到显示面板102上。
在图5和图6中,LED 123在光源112上被布置成一行。然而,应该理解,LED的布置不局限于本发明中的这种例子。可以根据显示面板的尺寸或者作为光源使用的LED的性能按照需要改变LED的布置。
上面已经说明了根据本发明该实施例的液晶显示设备100中光源112、光波导114和反射板115的构造。接下来说明根据本发明该实施例用于辐射由光源112产生的热的热辐射结构。

在本实施例中,用于发射白光的LED可被用作光源112。在如图5中所示的光源112中,当屏幕的尺寸变得更大时,也就是说,当显示面板102的尺寸变得更大时,需要增加光源112中每一行的LED 123的数量,以向整个显示面板102发射光。因此,随着屏幕尺寸变大,由LED 123产生的热增加。因此,光源112是根据本发明的光源的例子。
因此,为了防止热在液晶显示设备100中累积,液晶显示设备100必须有效释放由LED 123产生的热并且抑制内部温度的上升。
因此,在本实施例中,由热源112产生的热被热沉吸收,并且进一步经由前边框104和后盖板106释放由热沉吸收的热。因此,本发明的特征在于有效释放由光源112的LED 123产生的热。
图8是示出根据本发明实施例用于辐射由光源112产生的热的热辐射结构的构造截面图的说明性视图。下面对照图8说明根据本发明该实施例的用于辐射由光源112产生的热的热辐射结构的构造。在图8中,该图的上侧是液晶显示设备100的前表面侧,该图的下侧是液晶显示设备100的后表面侧。
图8不仅示出用于辐射由光源112产生的热的热辐射结构的构造,而且还示出光波导114、光学板117和显示面板102。如图8中所示,光学板117布置在光波导114的前表面侧上。如图8中所示,光源112布置在光波导114的侧面上,并且来自光源112的光被发射到光波导114的侧面上。
光学板117是用于对由光源112通过光波导114发射到显示面板102上的光施加各种光学功能的板。可以通过层叠用于实现各种光学功能的多个光学板来制成光学板117,例如,用于将从LED 123入射到显示面板102的显示光分解成垂直于入射光的偏振成分的功能板、用于补偿光波的相位差以加宽观看角度并防止变色的功能板、或者用于漫射显示光的功能板。
如图8中所示,显示面板102包括偏振板161、164和玻璃基板162、163。形成玻璃基板162、163以接收由面板驱动器板122施加的电压,尽管图8中没有特别示出面板驱动器板122。例如,后表面侧上的玻璃基板163可以形成为具有以矩阵形式布置的信号线和扫描线、布置在信号线和扫描线之间的交叉点处的用作开关装置的薄膜晶体管以及像素电极。另一方面,例如,前表面侧上的玻璃基板162可以形成为具有相对电极和滤色器。
如上所述,通过将液晶密封在玻璃基板162和163之间而在玻璃基板162和163之间形成液晶层。通过利用面板驱动器板122施加电压来改变在玻璃基板162和163之间形成的液晶层中的液晶分子的取向状态。布置在玻璃基板162的前表面侧的偏振板161和布置在玻璃基板163的后表面侧的偏振板164只可以透射振动与偏振板161、164的偏振方向相同的光。
如图8中所示,在根据本实施例的液晶显示设备100中,热沉130粘附到LED电路板124的与LED 123相对的表面。热沉130优选由具有良好热导性的的金属制成。应该理解,热沉130的形状不局限于图8中所示的形状。
沿着对应于光源112的显示面板102的每一侧边布置热沉130。因此,在光源112仅布置在显示面板102的一个侧边的情况下,热沉130仅布置在光源112所布置的一个侧边上。
在此情况下,可以利用具有高热导率的导热材料将LED电路板124和热沉130粘附在一起。具有高热导率的导热材料可以是由具有高热导率的材料制成的双面胶带。
如图8中所示,在根据本实施例的液晶显示设备100中,热沉130的后表面侧和后盖板106的前表面侧相互粘附在一起。因此,可以利用与LED电路板124和热沉130之间的粘附相同的方式,利用具有高热导率的导热材料将热沉130和后盖板106粘附在一起。在此情况下,用于LED电路板124和热沉130之间的粘附的具有高热导率的导热材料可以是由具有高热导率的材料制成的双面胶带。如上所述,热沉130和后盖板106相互粘附在一起,从而由热沉130吸收的热被传导到后盖板106,并且可以从后盖板106的表面释放被传导到后盖板106的热。
例如,如图8中所示,热沉130的形状可以形成为朝向后盖板106的表面的宽度大于朝向LED电路板124的表面的宽度,以有效释放由LED 123产生的热。当热沉130形成为朝向后盖板106的表面的宽度较大时,从LED 123吸收的热可以被有效传导到后盖板106。
此外,如图8中所示,根据本实施例的液晶显示设备100在热沉130的前表面侧具有中间底板131。例如,中间底板131可以由比铁热导率低的材料形成。作为材料的例子,合成树脂可被用于模制中间底板131。如图8中所示,中间底板131布置在前边框104和热沉130之间。
如上所述,由热沉130吸收的热被传导到后盖板106,并且传导到后盖板106的热可以从后盖板106的表面释放。然而,由热沉130吸收的热也传导到中间底板131,并且也可以从前边框104释放热。
当中间底板131由比热沉130热导率低的材料形成时,由于中间底板131的低热导率,与热从热沉130传导到后盖板106相比,热较不容易从热沉130传导到前边框104。因此,当中间底板131由比热沉130热导率低的材料形成时,从前边框104释放的热的量低于从后盖板106释放的热的量。
因此,当中间底板131由比热沉130热导率低的材料形成时,前边框104的温度不如后盖板106的温度增加的快。因此,由热源112产生的热可以从液晶显示设备100的后表面侧有效释放,同时抑制液晶显示设备100的前表面侧的温度增加。
过去有一种显示设备具有用于释放由光源产生的热的空气层。相比之下,如图8中所示,在根据本实施例的液晶显示设备100中,热沉130与后盖板106和中间底板131紧密接触,在它们之间没有空气层。因此,根据本实施例的液晶显示设备100可以有助于厚度的减小。
当如上所述布置热辐射结构时,不需要布置用于释放热的风扇。因此,根据本实施例的液晶显示设备100根本不产生当风扇散热时由风扇产生的噪音。由于根据本实施例的液晶显示设备100不使用风扇来释放热,所以不需要电力来驱动风扇。结果,根据本实施例的液晶显示设备100消耗较少量的电力。
如上所述,后盖板106的后表面侧(即,后盖板106的表面)可以涂有橡胶。当用手触摸橡胶涂层时,橡胶涂层产生减小可感温度的效果。在根据本实施例的液晶显示设备100中,较大量的热传导到后盖板106,这增加了后盖板106的温度。因此,后盖板106的表面涂有橡胶,这可以在用手触摸橡胶涂层时减小可感温度。
如上所述,根据本实施例的液晶显示设备100具有如图4中所示的电路布置。在根据本实施例的液晶显示设备100中,光源112布置在沿着显示面板102的每一侧边的位置处。因此,周边部分的温度由于光源产生的热而上升,但是液晶显示设备100的周边部分的内部几乎不受光源112产生的热影响。
因此,如图4中所示,在根据本实施例的液晶显示设备100中,用于驱动液晶显示设备100的多个板布置在液晶显示设备100的周边部分的内部,并且从底板108释放由各个板产生的热。因此,如图4中所示,由于在液晶显示设备100中各个板布置在液晶显示设备100的周边部分的内部,所以在液晶显示设备100的内部产生的热能够以全面的平衡方式释放。
以上说明了根据本发明该实施例的用于辐射由光源112产生的热的热辐射结构的配置。

接下来说明根据本发明该实施例的液晶显示设备100中后盖板106的形状。
图9A至图9C是分别示出根据本发明该实施例的液晶显示设备100中的后盖板106的形状的说明性视图。将对照图9A至图9C说明根据本发明该实施例的后盖板106的形状。
如上所述,面板控制板151安装在液晶显示设备100的后表面的中央部分上,并且通过柔性板156连接到面板驱动器板152。然而,当各电路板布置在显示面板的后表面上时,需要防止从液晶显示设备100的前表面侧辐射由各电路板产生的有害发射。
因此,在根据本实施例的液晶显示设备100中,在后盖板106的多个部分中形成具有凹槽的凹入部分,并且将柔性板156放置在凹入部分中,使其较不容易受由各电路板产生的有害发射影响。
图9A是作为从前表面侧看到的透视图,示出根据本实施例的液晶显示设备100中布置有具有凹槽的凹入部分165的后盖板106的说明性视图。图9B是示出根据本实施例的液晶显示设备100中布置有具有凹槽的凹入部分165的后盖板106的放大说明性视图。应该指出,图9B是图9A中由参考标记A表示的部分的放大图。图9C是示出根据本实施例的液晶显示设备100中布置有具有凹槽的凹入部分165的后盖板106的截面形状的说明性视图。
如图9A至图9C中所示,在后盖板106上布置具有凹槽的凹入部分165,并且连接在底板108上安装的面板控制板151和面板驱动器板122之间的柔性板156被放置在凹入部分165中。如上所述,柔性板156被放置在凹入部分165中,使得可以减小来自柔性板156的有害发射。由于如此布置凹槽并且将柔性板156放置在凹入部分165中,所以可以减小液晶显示设备100的厚度。
此外,如上所述,由于后盖板106布置有具有凹槽的凹入部分165,所以可以将柔性板156放置在反射板115的后表面侧的凹槽中,并且放置柔性板156的部分不影响光波导114和反射板115的厚度。因此,放置柔性板156的部分在光学上不影响由光源112发射的光。

如图10C中所示,前边框104和后盖板106可以通过在前边框104和后盖板106之间插入的间隔物172用螺钉171接合在一起。应该理解,用于接合前边框104和后盖板106的结构不局限于该例子。此外,间隔物172的材料不局限于任何预定材料。
渐缩部分170的倾度不局限于图10A至图10C中所示的倾度。可以根据上述视觉效果和前边框104的刚度之间的关系定义适当的倾度。
上面说明了根据本发明该实施例的液晶显示设备100中前边框104的周边部分的形状。接下来将说明根据本发明该实施例的液晶显示设备100中底板108和底座110之间的连接结构。

如上所述,根据本发明该实施例的液晶显示设备100,由光源12产生的热被具有高热导率和高可成形性的金属如铝制成的热沉130吸收。然后,由热沉130吸收的热被传导到由具有高热导率和高可成形性的金属如铝制成的后盖板106,并从后盖板106释放。这样,由于如上所述传导由光源112产生的热,所以在不布置任何热辐射结构如风扇或片材(fin)的情况下,液晶显示设备100可以有效释放由光源112产生的热。
根据本发明该实施例的液晶显示设备100,还可以从前边框104释放由热沉130吸收的热,但是中间底板131布置在热沉130和前边框104之间。中间底板131可以由比热沉130热导率低的材料形成,如合成树脂。
由于中间底板131由比热沉130热导率低的材料形成,所以传导到前边框104的热量少于传导到后盖板106的热量。因此,从前边框104释放的热量少于从后盖板106释放的热量,并且可以防止液晶显示设备100的前表面侧的温度显著增加。

显示面板,用于显示图像;
热源,布置在所述显示面板的至少一个侧边的侧表面处;
热吸收部,用于吸收由所述热源产生的热;
后表面板,布置在所述显示面板的后表面侧并且由金属制成,其中所述后表面板的一部分与所述热吸收部紧密接触;
前表面板,布置在所述显示面板的前表面侧并且由金属制成;以及
中间底板,布置在所述前表面板和所述热吸收部之间。
方案2.根据方案1所述的显示设备,
其中所述中间底板由具有比所述热吸收部的热导率低的热导率的材料制成。
方案3.根据方案1所述的显示设备,还包括:
面板控制板,用于控制所述显示面板的驱动,
其中所述面板控制板位于所述后表面板的后表面的中央部分。
方案4.根据方案3所述的显示设备,还包括:
面板驱动器板,用于控制所述显示面板上的图像显示;以及
柔性板,用于连接所述面板控制板和所述面板驱动器板,
其中所述后表面板具有凹入部分,该凹入部分具有对应于所述柔性板的宽度、长度和厚度的凹槽,以将所述柔性板放置在其中。
方案5.根据方案1所述的显示设备,
其中所述前表面板的周边部分具有从所述前表面侧延伸到所述后表面侧的渐缩部分,以使所述后表面侧更小。
方案6.根据方案1所述的显示设备,其中,所述热源被配置为发射可见光,所述显示设备还包括:光辐射单元,其用于漫射由所述热源发射的光,以将漫射后的光辐射到所述显示面板上,从而在所述显示面板上显示图像。

Claims (10)

1.一种显示设备,包括:
显示面板,用于显示图像;
热源,布置在所述显示面板的至少一个侧边的侧表面处;
热吸收部,用于吸收由所述热源产生的热;
后表面板,布置在所述显示面板的后表面侧并且由金属制成,其中所述后表面板的一部分与所述热吸收部紧密接触;
前表面板,布置在所述显示面板的前表面侧并且由金属制成;
中间底板,布置在所述前表面板和所述热吸收部之间;以及
底板,布置在所述后表面板的后表面侧,在所述底板上安装有用于驱动所述显示面板的至少一个板,其中,所述中间底板由热导率比所述热吸收部的热导率低的材料制成,并且被布置成使得经由所述前表面板和所述后表面板释放由所述热吸收部吸收的热,并且使得当所产生的热被所述热吸收部吸收时,从所述前表面板释放的热量少于从所述后表面板释放的热量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的显示设备,其中,所述板包括:用于控制所述显示面板的驱动的面板控制板、信号板、电源板和LED驱动器板。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的显示设备,其中,从所述底板释放由所述板产生的热。
4.根据权利要求1所述的显示设备,还包括用于固定和安装所述显示设备的底座,其中所述底座适于与所述底板耦合。
5.根据权利要求4所述的显示设备,其中,当将所述底板从所述底座拆下时,所述底板被固定到墙上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的显示设备,其中,所述热吸收部的朝向所述后表面板的表面的宽度大于所述热吸收部的朝向所述中间底板的表面的宽度。
7.根据权利要求2所述的显示设备,其中,所述面板控制板位于所述后表面板的后表面的中央部分。
8.根据权利要求7所述的显示设备,还包括:
面板驱动器板,用于控制所述显示面板上的图像显示;以及
柔性板,用于连接所述面板控制板和所述面板驱动器板,
其中所述后表面板具有凹入部分,该凹入部分具有对应于所述柔性板的宽度、长度和厚度的凹槽,以将所述柔性板放置在其中。
9.根据权利要求1所述的显示设备,
其中所述前表面板的周边部分具有从所述前表面侧延伸到所述后表面侧的渐缩部分,以使所述后表面侧更小。
10.根据权利要求1所述的显示设备,其中,所述热源被配置为发射可见光,所述显示设备还包括:光辐射单元,其用于漫射由所述热源发射的光,以将漫射后的光辐射到所述显示面板上,从而在所述显示面板上显示图像。
