Abstract

本发明总体上涉及娱乐用水上船舶的特征,尤其涉及结合可折叠舷墙、具有可扩展表面的开放的上部甲板和下部游泳甲板的娱乐用水上船舶。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一是通过提供创造性的特征来克服迄今为止已知水上船舶的局限性以获得双层甲板船只,其具有:a.)基本上连续的、平的且开放的上部甲板;b.)基本上连续的且平的下部甲板,该下部甲板具有封闭的船头部分和形成游泳甲板的暴露的船尾部分;以及c.)上部和游泳甲板上的可折叠舷墙系统,其许可船只从传统的形态(更适合于航行)转换到开放的形态(更适合于静止时的娱乐活动)。
虽然本发明在此作为小到中等尺寸的水上船舶来图示和描述,但并不意味着其仅仅限于所示的细节,因为可以进行各种修改和结构变化而不脱离本发明的精神并在权利要求的等同物的界限和范围内。

具体实施方式
在附图中所公开的是娱乐用海上船舶的新颖设计。所公开的海上船舶的新颖方面是双层甲板结构,包括上部暴露的甲板和下部基本上封闭的甲板。暴露的上部甲板包括由单一层、基本上平的甲板组成的完全开放的平台布置设计,其中,唯一的永久突起是控制台,其容纳海上船舶的发动机控制装置并且可选择地支撑顶部结构。
作为开放的平台布置的结果,所公开的娱乐用船舶上的乘客将能够完全走动上部甲板的每一英寸,从船头到船尾,右舷到左舷,不需要爬台阶或避免了控制台、壁橱、墙壁、家具、小屋或者在娱乐用海上船舶上通常发现的其它障碍物。
上部甲板的另一个新颖的方面是在甲板的两边使用可折叠舷墙。可折叠舷墙用铰接连接在平台层并且可以向外90度倒下。当处于倒下位置时,舷墙充当甲板平台的扩展部分,提供显著扩展的上部甲板。倒下的舷墙因此成为甲板的一部分并且可以用来提高甲板上的视觉体验和可用的空间。
为了安全目的,可折叠舷墙的内侧(被收起来时)或顶部(当被伸展时)表面配备有可收起的和/或可移除的栏杆系统。当舷墙处于其倒下位置时,栏杆被移除或被收起且被隐藏并且基本上与舷墙表面齐平。一旦舷墙被伸展,栏杆可以被重新安装或部署或根据船只的形态和海况保持被收起。
当船只处于其舷墙伸展的航行形态时,栏杆被部署以向居用者提供额外的安全并防止居用者或物体意外地落水。一旦船只抛了锚,并且海况足够平静,栏杆可以被收起或移除,以提供开阔的甲板。栏杆系统允许去除单个的栏杆,使得舷墙的一些部分保持防护,而其它的可以被清除。
此外,栏杆和舷墙系统可以选择性地结合警报系统,以通知船只的操作员栏杆处在被视为对于预期的情况而言不安全的位置。例如,如果船只的发动机在舷墙处于伸展位置或栏杆被收起或移除时启动,警报将发出声音。
开放的平台布置和可折叠舷墙的组合创建了通常只存在于具有驾驶桥楼(也被称作为望台或航行驾驶台)的大型船只上的有用的、没有障碍的空间,而没有大得多的船只的缺点或费用。
所公开的海上船舶的下部甲板由船头和船尾部分组成并且稍高于吃水线。船头部分被封闭并且正位于上部甲板下面。船尾部分是船头部分的暴露的延伸部分,形成海上船舶的船尾。
下部甲板的平台从船头到船尾也基本上是平的,船尾部分用作船只的“游泳甲板”。如同上部甲板,下部甲板的船尾部分采用了可折叠的舷墙,当被部署时,其显著地扩展了游泳甲板的表面面积。
下部甲板船尾和船头部分可以选择性地由一个门分开,在一个实施例中,分开下部甲板船尾和船头部分的门在下部甲板的船头与船尾部分之间的会聚点基本上掩盖上部甲板与下部甲板之间的整个空间。因此,当所述门打开时,为下部甲板的封闭部分提供了一个大的入口。上部甲板与下部甲板之间的封闭空间可以被用作船舱,用于船只的居用者或设备如喷气式水艇或类似的个人水上船舶。
因为上部和下部甲板基本上是平的,下部甲板的封闭部分的可用顶部空隙基本上比类似双甲板海上船只的下部甲板的可用顶部空隙高。这显著的顶部空隙和下部甲板的封闭部分的大开口给空间大“车库”的感觉和外观,其可以用来容纳较小的娱乐海上船只,例如喷气式水艇、摩托艇、小艇和类似物。
上部甲板和下部甲板由一个或多个楼梯或梯子连接,所述一个或多个楼梯或梯子可以选择性地位于下部甲板的门的任一侧或下部甲板的封闭部分内。
现在参见图1-3中,示出的是所公开的海上船只100在上部舷墙101和下部舷墙102收缩时的航行形态(图1)、在上部舷墙101和下部舷墙102伸展时的停止形态(图2)以及在上部舷墙101和下部舷墙102伸展且安装有上部栏杆103时的停止形态(图2)的透视图。
图4-5提供与图1-3中相同实施例的后视图,其中,再次地,上部舷墙101和下部舷墙102示出为收缩(图4)和伸展(图5)形态。从这个视角还可以看见的是从游泳甲板105通往上部甲板106的楼梯104。从这个视角还清晰可见的是车库门107,打开时,其揭露下部甲板的“车库”的可扩展的内部。
图6中所示的是本发明相同实施例的后视正面图。为了清楚起见,仅上部可收缩舷墙101被示出在伸展位置。上部可收缩舷墙被示出在虚线中的收缩位置101’。还示出的是楼梯104,其提供了从游泳甲板105到上部甲板106的通道。车库开口108也在该视图中示出,车库门(不可见)打开。
如图6中所示,上部可收缩舷墙101通过连续的铰链109与上部甲板106连接,所述连续的铰链延伸贯穿舷墙的整个长度。铰链的设计保证当舷墙101处于伸展位置时,上部甲板106与舷墙101之间没有间隙、间断或高度变化,从而形成一个连续的扩展的上部甲板,其对于娱乐活动来说是理想的。类似的铰链结构(未示出)用于下部可收缩舷墙102与游泳甲板105之间的连接。
铰链109可以手动操作以伸展舷墙101和102,或者它可以配备电动马达(未示出),以便于自动化按钮部署。
接下来参见图7-8,所示的是本发明的相同实施例的侧视正面图,其中,再次地,上部舷墙101和下部舷墙102被示出在收缩(图7)和伸展(图8)形态。在图8中,还示出的是可选的、可移动的甲板家具110,和位于上部甲板106上的发动机控制台111。
图9是本发明的相同实施例的侧视图部分,其中,它可以更清楚地看到下部甲板105基本上是平的和连续的并且纵向延伸于船只的几乎整个长度。该视图还示出了由本发明的船只设计中的平行的上和下甲板105、106所提供的基本上恒定的顶部间隙。在该视图中还可见的是内部楼梯113,其在楼梯104之外连接上部甲板106与下部甲板105。最后,在图9中所示的是顶部结构114,其由顶部支架115支撑。顶部支架115和发动机控制台111是呈现在上部甲板106上的仅有的不可移动的障碍物。

Claims (1)
1.一种水上船舶,包括:
基本上平的和连续的上部甲板,所述上部甲板在一侧或多侧包括可收缩的上部舷墙;
基本上平的和连续的下部甲板,所述下部甲板具有船尾部分和船头部分,船头部分正位于所述上部甲板下面,船尾部分在船头部分之后延伸并且基本上是暴露的,船尾部分在一侧或多侧包括可收缩的下部舷墙;
所述下部甲板的所述船头部分除其后端以外由侧壁基本上封闭,一车库开口被限定在所述后端中;及
可收缩的门,其可移动地掩盖所述车库开口的几乎全部;
其中,所述可收缩的上部舷墙在伸展时与所述上部甲板形成连续的表面,所述表面在面积上大于所述上部甲板;
所述可收缩的下部舷墙在伸展时与所述下部甲板的船尾部分形成连续的表面,所述表面在面积上大于所述下部甲板的所述船尾部分;以及
一旦伸展,所述上部甲板还包括附着到所述可收缩的上部舷墙的可移除栏杆。
