本发明公开了一种可控制产品厚度的双色模板,包括:固定在支撑架上的定位板,固定于支撑架上并位于定位板上端的上定位板,固定于支撑架上并位于定位板下端的下定位板,置于上定位板下端和下定位板上端的记步移动件,连接于记步移动件并固定于定位板一侧的第一色成型模板组件,连接于记步移动件并固定于定位板另一侧的第二色成型模板组件,置于第一色成型模板组件、第二色成型模板组件的注胶口;记步移动件组成有:固定于第一色成型模板组件、第二色成型模板组件的限位件,卡接于限位件的齿轮。本发明可根据生产不同的产品,轻松更换成型模板组件,并准确根据产品需要的厚度进行调节成型模板组件,不需要重新制作整个模具,节省成本,适用产品范围广,且方便脱模,操作方便,节省人力。

可控制产品厚度的双色模板
技术领域
一种模板,特别是一种双色模板。
背景技术
双色模具:两种塑胶材料在同一台注塑机上注塑,分两次成型,但是产品只出模一次的模具。目前在模具界,双色塑件已在日用品、装饰件、汽车零件上得到广泛的应用,不同颜色、不同成分的塑料结合在同一塑件当中,充分利用了多种塑料的优良性能,提高了制品的美观度和使用性能;但是需要按照先后顺序,注胶成模;不能同时在两个成型腔内成型,效率低下;生产一种产品就需要重新制模,增加成本,现有技术还未解决这样的问题。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种将产品同时在两个成型腔内成型,效率高,且可根据生产不同的产品,轻松更换成型模板组件,并准确根据产品需要的厚度进行调节成型模板组件,不需要重新制作整个模具,节省成本,适用产品范围广,且方便脱模,操作方便,节省人力。
为了实现上述目标,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
可控制产品厚度的双色模板,包括:固定在支撑架上的定位板,固定于支撑架上并位于定位板上端的上定位板,固定于支撑架上并位于定位板下端的下定位板,置于上定位板下端和下定位板上端的记步移动件,连接于记步移动件并固定于定位板一侧的第一色成型模板组件,连接于记步移动件并固定于定位板另一侧的第二色成型模板组件,置于第一色成型模板组件、第二色成型模板组件的注胶口;记步移动件组成有:固定于第一色成型模板组件、第二色成型模板组件的限位件,卡接于限位件的齿轮。
前述的可控制产品厚度的双色模板,限位件为设有多个限位齿的限位棒。
前述的可控制产品厚度的双色模板,限位棒垂直于上述定位板。
前述的可控制产品厚度的双色模板,第一色成型模板组件组成有:连接于限位件的第一色上模板,固定于定位板上的第一色下模板,移动于定位板并封闭第一色上模板和第一色下模板两侧的第一色侧模板。
前述的可控制产品厚度的双色模板,第二色成型模板组件组成有:连接于限位件的第二色下模板,固定于定位板上的第二色上模板,移动于定位板并封闭第二色上模板和第二色下模板两侧的第二色侧模板。
前述的可控制产品厚度的双色模板,第一色侧模板、第二色侧模板与定位板之间连接有移动件。
前述的可控制产品厚度的双色模板,移动件垂直于第一色侧模板、第二色侧模板。
前述的可控制产品厚度的双色模板,移动件为导轨。
本发明的有益之处在于:本发明提供一种将产品同时在两个成型腔内成型,效率高,且可根据生产不同的产品,轻松更换成型模板组件,并准确根据产品需要的厚度进行调节成型模板组件,不需要重新制作整个模具,节省成本,适用产品范围广,且方便脱模,操作方便,节省人力。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作具体的介绍。
可控制产品14厚度的双色模板,包括:固定在支撑架1上的定位板2,卡置于支撑架1上并位于定位板2上端的上定位板3,卡置于支撑架1上并位于定位板2下端的下定位板4,置于上定位板3下端和下定位板4上端的记步移动件,连接于记步移动件并固定于定位板2一侧的第一色成型模板组件,连接于记步移动件并固定于定位板2另一侧的第二色成型模板组件,置于第一色成型模板组件、第二色成型模板组件的注胶口6;记步移动件组成有:固定于第一色成型模板组件、第二色成型模板组件的限位件,卡接于限位件的齿轮15。为了可以计数,从而精确计算第一色成型模板组件、第二色成型模板组件移动的距离,限位件为设有多个限位齿501的限位棒5,限位棒5垂直于上述定位板2。
第一色成型模板组件组成有:连接于限位件的第一色上模板7,固定于定位板2上的第一色下模板8,移动于定位板2并封闭第一色上模板7和第一色下模板8两侧的第一色侧模板12。第二色成型模板组件组成有:连接于限位件的第二色下模板10,固定于定位板2上的第二色上模板9,移动于定位板2并封闭第二色上模板9和第二色下模板10两侧的第二色侧模板13。第一色侧模板12、第二色侧模板13与定位板2之间连接有移动件。移动件垂直于第一色侧模板12、第二色侧模板13;作为一种优选,移动件为导轨11。
如图1所示,齿轮15逆时针转动,齿轮15在限位齿501上滚动并记步数,运动到规定步数停止,从而带动第一色上模板7、第二色下模板10向定位板2的方向运动,导轨11带动第一色侧模板12和第二色测模板向中间运动,并封闭第一色上模板7和第一色下模板8形成第一色成型腔,封闭第二色上模板9和第二色下模板10形成第二色成型腔。再将原材料通过注胶口6注入第一色成型腔、第二色成型腔内,待成型后,齿轮15顺时针转动,齿轮15在限位齿501上滚动,从而带动第一色上模板7、第二色下模板10向远离定位板2的方向运动,导轨11带动第一色侧模板12和第二色测模板向两边运动,如图2所示,从而可以轻松脱模,并完成生产。
本发明提供一种将产品14同时在两个成型腔内成型,效率高,且可根据生产不同的产品14,轻松更换成型模板组件,并准确根据产品14需要的厚度进行调节成型模板组件,不需要重新制作整个模具,节省成本,适用产品14范围广,且方便脱模,操作方便,节省人力。

1.可控制产品厚度的双色模板,其特征在于,包括:固定在支撑架上的定位板,卡置于上述支撑架上并位于上述定位板上端的上定位板,卡置于上述支撑架上并位于上述定位板下端的下定位板,置于上述上定位板下端和下定位板上端的记步移动件,连接于上述记步移动件并固定于上述定位板一侧的第一色成型模板组件,连接于上述记步移动件并固定于上述定位板另一侧的第二色成型模板组件,置于上述第一色成型模板组件、第二色成型模板组件的注胶口;上述记步移动件组成有:固定于上述第一色成型模板组件、第二色成型模板组件的限位件,卡接于上述限位件的齿轮;上述限位件为设有多个限位齿的限位棒;上述第一色成型模板组件组成有:连接于上述限位件的第一色上模板,固定于上述定位板上的第一色下模板,移动于上述定位板并封闭上述第一色上模板和第一色下模板两侧的第一色侧模板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可控制产品厚度的双色模板,其特征在于,上述限位棒垂直于上述定位板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可控制产品厚度的双色模板,其特征在于,上述第二色成型模板组件组成有:连接于上述限位件的第二色下模板,固定于上述定位板上的第二色上模板,移动于上述定位板并封闭上述第二色上模板和第二色下模板两侧的第二色侧模板。
4.根据权利要求3所述的可控制产品厚度的双色模板,其特征在于,上述第一色侧模板、第二色侧模板与上述定位板之间连接有移动件。
5.根据权利要求4所述的可控制产品厚度的双色模板,其特征在于,上述移动件垂直于上述第一色侧模板、第二色侧模板。
6.根据权利要求5所述的可控制产品厚度的双色模板,其特征在于,上述移动件为导轨。
