背景技术
藤茶,俗称莓茶(张家界特产)、端午茶、藤婆茶(又称山甜茶、龙须茶),系葡萄科蛇葡萄属显齿蛇葡萄科的嫩茎叶。藤茶多为野生藤茶,分布于广西、云贵、湖南湖北等地,适宜于生长在山林较多、水土肥沃湿润之地。藤茶为攀援藤本全株无毛,卷须与叶对生叶互生,2回羽状复叶有9—13小叶,1回羽状复叶有3—7小叶,呈椭圆型或卵型,长2.5—9cm,宽1.6—5cm,边有明显小齿,网脉明显,花五数,黄绿色,聚伞型花序与叶对生,浆果卵球型,成熟时紫黑色,直径5—6mm。经国家茶叶、营养、药物科研究等权威机构检测表明:它含有19种人体必须的营养成份和微量元素。它的钙、铁、镁含量高,对心律失常、心肌缺血、高血压、冠心病、动脉粥样硬化等心血管疾病有较好的预防作用,对骨质疏松有很好的保健作用。它富含的膳食纤维、胡萝卜素和维生素E,对癌症 有较好的预防作用。它锰含量高,极有利于长寿。它对革兰氏阴性菌、流感甲型及乙型病毒均有抑制作用。藤茶是必要的保健茶饮。
甘草,又名乌拉尔甘草,多年生草本植物,属豆科。气微,味甜而特殊。功能主治清热解毒,祛痰止咳、脘腹等。喜阳光充沛,日照长气温低的干燥气候。甘草多生长在干旱、半干旱的荒漠草原、沙漠边缘和黄土丘陵地带。甘草是临床最常应用的药品。生甘草能清热解毒,润肺止咳,调和诸药性;炙甘草能补脾益气。除药用之外,食品上也大量用甘草做糕点添加剂,它的甜度是蔗糖的百倍。西方国家大量进口甘草,从中提取甘草次酸,治艾滋病。
金银花,为中药材和植物的统称。植物金银花又名忍冬,为忍冬科多年生半常绿缠绕木质藤本植物。金银花自古被誉为清热解毒的良药。它性甘寒气芳香,甘寒清热而不伤胃,芳香透达又可祛邪。金银花既能宣散风热,还善清解血毒,用于各种热性病,如身热、发疹、发斑、热毒疮痈、咽喉肿痛等证,均效果显著。

本发明专利涉及一种具有降糖降脂功能的保健饮料的制备,其特征在于:本发明以藤茶、甘草、金银花等药材为原料,通过科学的提取方法提取出对人体有益的成分后,过滤,滤液按照一定比例混合以及其他其他适合的甜味剂、食品添加剂进行配料,经过灭菌、灌装,即得到口感清新、回味甘甜的藤茶保健饮料。
本发明专利所述的一种具有降糖降脂功能的保健饮料的制备,其特征在于:它是用藤茶40g、甘草3.5g、金银花12g和甜味剂60g,加纯化水稀释制成1000ml,即可。
本发明专利所述的一种具有降糖降脂功能的保健饮料,制备方法为:取藤茶,加水煎煮2-3次,每次加水8-10倍量,煎煮2小时,滤过,滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.10-1.25(60℃)的浸膏,备用;取甘草,加水煎煮2-3次,每次加水8-10倍量,每次煎煮2小时,滤过,滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.10-1.25(60℃)的浸膏,备用;取金银花,加水煎煮1-2次,每次加水8-10倍量,每次煎煮1小时,滤过,滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.10-1.25(60℃)的浸膏,备用。
有益效果:本发明专利所述的一种具有降糖降脂功能的保健饮料的制备,所用甜味剂为白砂糖时,适合大众口味,得到清爽可口的保健饮料;同时可以以甜茶糖作为甜味剂,让糖尿病患者也可以饮用。
具体实施方式
藤茶饮料降脂降糖药效学实验,是以动物实验为主,以本发明的藤茶饮料喂养已患有高血脂、高血糖的实验组和正常血脂血糖的对照组小白鼠,结果表明:长期对患病小白鼠用本发明的饮料自然喂养,可以缓解其高血糖高血脂的情况,并有下降趋势,下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1:
藤茶40g 甘草3.5g 金银花12g 白砂糖60g 取藤茶40g,加水煎煮2次,每次加400ml水,每次煮2小时,滤过,滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.25(60℃),放置过夜,过滤,滤液备用;取甘草3.5g,每次加水350ml,煎煮2次,每次煎煮2小时,过滤,滤液备用;取金银花12g,每次加水12000ml,煎煮1次1小时,过滤,滤液备用。取白砂糖60g,溶于一定量的纯化水中,将藤茶提取液、甘草提取液、金银花提取液混合后加入白砂糖水溶液,混合均匀,加纯化水至1000ml,搅拌均匀,冷藏放置1天,滤过,滤液灭菌、灌装即得。

藤茶40g 甘草3.5g 金银花 12g 甜茶糖40g 取藤茶40g,加水煎煮2次,每次加400ml水,每次煮2小时,滤过,滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.25(60℃),放置过夜,过滤,滤液备用;取甘草3.5g,每次加水350ml,煎煮2次,每次煎煮2小时,过滤,滤液备用;取金银花12g,每次加水120ml,煎煮1次1小时,过滤,滤液备用。取甜茶糖40g,溶于一定量的纯化水中,将藤茶提取液、甘草提取液、金银花提取液混合后加入白砂糖水溶液,混合均匀,加纯化水至1000ml,搅拌均匀,冷藏放置1天,滤过,滤液灭菌、灌装即得。
实施例3:
(1)试验前准备:取正常健康的小白鼠60只,分三组甲、乙、丙,甲组每天以鸡蛋黄饲养,乙组在每天的水中假如大量白砂糖,丙组与甲乙组一同饲养,除甲组乙组特殊喂食以外均是同时同量饲养,经过3个月后,测定甲组小白鼠血脂值偏高,患有高血脂,作为实验一组;乙组小白鼠血糖值偏高,患有高血糖,作为实验二组;丙组小白鼠血脂血糖值正常范围,作为实验对照组适用;
(2)试验:实验一组、实验二组和实验对照组分别选用十只小白鼠,每天分五次给小白鼠喂食本发明的饮料,试验时间为期一年,一年后对小白鼠身体指标测定结果与一年前相比显示如下
Claims (2)
1.一种具有降糖降脂功能的保健饮料,其特征在于:本发明专利以藤茶、甘草、金银花等药材为原料,其配方为藤茶40g、甘草3.5g、金银花12g和甜味剂60g,加纯化水稀释制成1000ml,即可。
2.一种具有降糖降脂功能的保健饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:取藤茶,加水煎煮2-3次,每次加水8-10倍量,煎煮2小时,滤过,滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.10-1.25(60℃)的浸膏,备用;取甘草,加水煎煮2-3次,每次加水8-10倍量,每次煎煮2小时,滤过,滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.10-1.25(60℃)的浸膏,备用;取金银花,加水煎煮1-2次,每次加水8-10倍量,每次煎煮1小时,滤过,滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.10-1.25(60℃)的浸膏,备用。
