Abstract
本发明公开了一种解酒养生植物饮品及其制备方法,而提供一种既具有解酒醒酒效果,同时,具有养生保健功能的植物饮品及其制备方法。该饮品按照重量份数的原料组成为:绞股蓝1-10,甘草1-7,枳椇子10-25,葛根15-45,葛花10-35,山楂1-10。还包括由白砂糖、柠檬酸、山梨酸钾和果味香精组成的矫味剂。各个原料之间通过合理配比及协同作用,通过发汗、利尿、通便等功效抑制酒精的肠胃吸收,加强乙醇在胃肠道的首过效应,降低血中乙醇的浓度,同时,药物直接作用于肝代谢酶系统,增强乙醇脱氢酶活性,加速乙醇及其代谢产物的消除速率,减轻其对组织和细胞的损害,解酒功效十分明显,睡眠时间缩短,醒酒恢复时间为62.3分钟。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种以中药为原料配制而成的解酒养生植物饮品及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来我国酗酒和酒精中毒者日益增多,严重影响人们身体健康和家庭、社会的稳定。酒对人体有广泛的药理作用,急性大量饮酒可以引起恶心、呕吐、记忆力减退,注意力不集中、精细运动能力受损和情绪不稳定,严重时甚至可因呼吸和肌肉麻痹而导致死亡。长期饮酒可以引起精神障碍,胃溃疡以及脂肪肝、酒精性肝炎、肝硬化等疾病。有资料表明食道癌、肝癌发病率的升高似乎也与饮酒有关。因此,开发有效的解酒养生食品受到人们的普遍重视。目前西方开发的解酒产品以合成药物为主,而亚洲国家则侧重天然药物的研究开发。
天然解酒药物的作用核心就是降低患者血中乙醇及其代谢产物的浓度,减轻其对各个器官的损伤。当前的药物主要从两个方面发挥解酒作用:其一是肠胃吸收抑制剂,主要作用是抑制酒精的肠胃吸收,加强乙醇在胃肠道的首过效应,降低血中乙醇的浓度;其二是代谢增强剂,药物直接作用于肝代谢酶系统,加速乙醇及其代谢产物的消除速率,减轻其对组织和细胞的损害。
目前市场上出现的解酒产品,并未被广大消费者认同。其原因是一些产品并没有所描述的醒酒效果,醒酒需要的时间长,醒酒作用不显著,而且,很大一部分产品风味不好,多含有较浓的中草药味,让人难以接受。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中存在的技术缺陷,而提供一种既具有解酒醒酒效果,同时,具有养生保健功能的植物饮品。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种具有良好口感的植物饮品。
本发明的再一个目的是提供一种解酒养生植物饮品的制备方法。
为实现本发明的目的所采用的技术方案是:
一种解酒养生植物饮品,按照重量份数的原料组成为:绞股蓝1-10,甘草1-7,枳椇子10-25,葛根15-45,葛花10-35,山楂1-10。
还包括辅料,所述辅料为矫味剂,所述矫味剂由白砂糖、柠檬酸、山梨酸钾和果味香精组成,按照重量份数白砂糖为6-15,柠檬酸为0.1-0.5,山梨酸钾为0.04,果味香精为0.05-0.2。
一种所述的解酒养生植物饮品的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
(1)制取含有绞股蓝、甘草、枳椇子、葛根、葛花和山楂提取液的混合液,之后,70℃以下浓缩使得可溶性固形物含量在20%-99.9%作为母液;制取所述母液的原料按照重量份数绞股蓝1-10,甘草1-7,枳椇子10-25,葛根15-45,葛花10-35,山楂1-10;
(2)取所述母液与白砂糖柠檬酸、山梨酸钾和果味香精混合溶解后定容,经过滤、均质、灭菌、灌浆、包装得到解酒养生植物饮品;按照重量份数比母液为0.5-30,白砂糖为6-15,柠檬酸0.1-0.5,山梨酸钾为0.04,果味香精为0.05-0.2。
所述母液的制备方法如下:
(1)按照重量份数为1-10:1-7:10-25:15-45:10-35:1-10的比例称量含水量在13%以下的绞股蓝、甘草、枳椇子、葛根、葛花、山楂混合,放入提取釜中;
(2)向提取釜中注入10倍的纯净水,在70℃条件下浸提2小时,滤渣中再加入8倍量的纯净水,70℃下浸提1.5小时,过滤后合并得到粗滤液;
(3)粗滤液先用纱布过滤,然后用抽滤装置进行硅藻土上过滤,得红褐色滤液;
(4)红褐色滤液用旋转浓缩仪于70℃抽真空浓缩至相当于含可溶性固形物0.20g-0.99g/g。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明的植物饮品采用中药配方,绞股蓝有降血脂、降血压、降血糖、镇静、催眠、抗紧张以及增进食欲,增强抵抗力,通畅大便,平喘止咳,消痔、减肥等多种功效;甘草有治五脏六腑寒热邪气,坚筋骨,长肌肉,倍气力,解毒,散表寒,去咽痛,除邪热,缓正气,养阴血,补脾胃,润肺等多种功效;枳椇子味甘、性平、无毒,有止渴除烦,去膈上热,润五脏,利大小便,解酒毒等功效;葛根能够提高肝细胞的再生能力,恢复正常肝脏机能,促进胆汁分泌,防止脂肪在肝脏堆积,并能促进新陈代谢,加强肝脏解毒功能,防止酒精对肝脏的损伤,葛根素有明显的降低血糖的作用,所含的黄酮类化合物有降血脂等疗效;葛花有治饮酒积热,毒伤脾胃,呕血吐血,发热烦渴,小便赤少等功效;山楂有消积,行瘀,化滞等作用。各个原料之间通过合理配比及协同作用,通过发汗、利尿、通便等功效抑制酒精的肠胃吸收,加强乙醇在胃肠道的首过效应,降低血中乙醇的浓度,同时,药物直接作用于肝代谢酶系统,增强乙醇脱氢酶活性,加速乙醇及其代谢产物的消除速率,减轻其对组织和细胞的损害。解酒功效十分明显,睡眠时间缩短。醒酒恢复时间为62.3分钟,比目前大多数醒酒时间80-100分钟缩短20-40分钟。
2、本发明的配方中,绞股蓝除了含有绞股蓝皂甙外,还含有黄酮类物质、多糖、磷脂、氨基酸和维生素等常量和微量无机元素等活性成份;枳椇子种子含黑麦草碱,β-咔啉,枳椇甙C、D、G、G’和H,其中枳椇甙D和G相应的甙元为酸枣甙元;果实含多量葡萄糖,硝酸钾和苹果酸钾等;甘草含有类似肾上腺皮质激素样作用,对组胺引起的胃酸分泌过多有抑制作用;并有抗酸和缓解胃肠平滑肌痉挛作用;甘草还有抗炎,抗过敏作用,能保护发炎的咽喉和气管粘膜;甘草浸膏和甘草酸对某些毒物有类似葡萄糖醛酸的解毒作用;甘草常用来治疗随更年期而来的症状,因为甘草里含有甘草素,是一种类似激素的化合物,它有助于平衡女性体内的激素含量。甘草所含的次酸能阻断致癌物诱发肿瘤生长的作用;葛根主要含碳水化合物,植物蛋白多种维生素和矿物质,此外还含有黄酮类物质:大豆素,大豆甙,还有大豆素-4,7-二葡萄糖甙,葛根素,葛根素-7-木糖甙,葛根醇,葛根藤及异黄酮甙等;葛花含1-辛烯-3-醉(1-octen-3-ol),丁香油酚,芳樟醇,苯甲酸甲酯,丙酸甲酯,异戊酸甲酯,正己酸甲酯大豆素,葛花甙,鹰嘴豆芽素)A,芒柄花甙,降紫香甙等。山楂含有蛋白质,脂肪,膳食纤维,碳水化合物,胡萝卜素,维生素;硫胺素,核黄素,尼g酸;维生素C,维生素E等。由于内含上述多种营养成分,形成了清热祛火、解毒、降血脂、降血糖和减肥等养生功效。本发明的饮品在解酒的同时,具有养生功效。
3、本发明筛选出的饮品配方,通过矫味剂原料的选择及合理配比,所生产的饮料爽口、风味好、口感好,可以作为风味饮料直接饮用。
4、本发明的饮品的制备方法工艺简单,生产成本低。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
(1)称量含水量在13%以下的绞股蓝5g、甘草3g、枳椇子18g、葛根20g、葛花30g、山楂5g混合,放入提取釜中。向提取釜中注入10倍的纯净水,在70℃条件下浸提2小时,滤渣中再加入8倍量的纯净水,70℃下浸提1.5小时,过滤后合并得到粗滤液。
(2)粗滤液先用纱布过滤,然后用抽滤装置进行硅藻土上过滤,得红褐色滤液。
(3)红褐色滤液用旋转浓缩仪于70℃抽真空浓缩至相当于含可溶性固形物0.5g-0.95g/g,作为母液。
(4)将上述母液移入配料釜中,将白砂糖80g、柠檬酸3g、山梨酸钾0.2g、果味香精1.5g缓慢加入配料釜中,搅拌至溶解;向配料釜中补纯净水,定容至1000毫升,得到饮品粗样。
(5)将配料釜中的饮品粗样经过过滤、均质、灌装、灭菌、包装、检验得到成品。
效果实验:
取试验小白鼠120只,随机分为2组,每组60只,禁食12h后,各组先灌胃,给予白酒(50%)15g/kg体重,当小白鼠醉倒时,立即灌胃给予实施例1的产品,灌胃量为20g/kg体重,作为实验组,记录各组小白鼠从翻正反射消失到恢复的时间。未给予灌胃解酒药的小鼠作为对照组。结果如下表1所示。

从对试验结果的极差分析可以看到,本发明的实施例1的产品使试验小白鼠醉酒恢复时间显著缩短。
实施例1所得产品经品尝口味独特,液体醇绵爽口,酸甜适度,生津止渴,口感回味绵长,果香浓郁,并伴有淡淡草本的芳香。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出的是,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种解酒养生植物饮品,其特征在于,按照重量份数的原料组成为:绞股蓝1-10,甘草1-7,枳椇子10-25,葛根15-45,葛花10-35,山楂1-10。
2.根据权利要求1所述的解酒养生植物饮品,其特征在于,还包括辅料,所述辅料为矫味剂,所述矫味剂由白砂糖、柠檬酸、山梨酸钾和果味香精组成,按照重量份数白砂糖为6-15,柠檬酸为0.1-0.5,山梨酸钾为0.04,果味香精为0.05-0.2。
3.一种权利要求2所述的解酒养生植物饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括下述步骤:
(1)制取含有绞股蓝、甘草、枳椇子、葛根、葛花和山楂提取液的混合液,之后,70℃以下浓缩使得可溶性固形物含量在20%-99.9%作为母液;制取所述母液的原料按照重量份数绞股蓝1-10,甘草1-7,枳椇子10-25,葛根15-45,葛花10-35,山楂1-10;
(2)取所述母液与白砂糖柠檬酸、山梨酸钾和果味香精混合溶解后定容,经过滤、均质、灭菌、灌浆、包装得到解酒养生植物饮品;按照重量份数比母液为0.5-30,白砂糖为6-15,柠檬酸0.1-0.5,山梨酸钾为0.04,果味香精为0.05-0.2。
4.根据权利要求3所述的解酒养生植物饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述母液的制备方法如下:
(1)按照重量份数为1-10:1-7:10-25:15-45:10-35:1-10的比例称量含水量在13%以下的绞股蓝、甘草、枳椇子、葛根、葛花、山楂混合,放入提取釜中;
(2)向提取釜中注入10倍的纯净水,在70℃条件下浸提2小时,滤渣中再加入8倍量的纯净水,70℃下浸提1.5小时,过滤后合并得到粗滤液;
(3)粗滤液先用纱布过滤,然后用抽滤装置进行硅藻土上过滤,得红褐色滤液;
(4)红褐色滤液用旋转浓缩仪于70℃抽真空浓缩至相当于含可溶性固形物0.20g-0.99g/g。
