本发明提供了一种葛根消食健胃保健食品及制备方法。该保健食品为葛根和多种中草药复合制成的葛根消食健胃食品,可直接食用或饮用,原料配比如下:葛根50-90、桑葚5-15、菊花20-30、百合5-10、罗汉果5-10、薏苡仁5-15、莲子10-30、水100。制作方法简单,原料经清洁干燥后,混合,粉碎,过筛,加热,搅拌,冷却,过滤,灌装,质检化验,包装。本发明制得的葛根消食健胃保健食品,可直接食用或饮用,符合现代人群生活需求,可满足不同人群的需要。

技术领域
本发明涉及保健食品制备技术领域,尤指一种葛根和多种中成药制成的保健食品及其制备方法。
背景技术
葛根,为豆科植物野葛,是南方一些省区的一种常食蔬菜,其味甘凉可口,常作煲汤之用。其主要成分是淀粉,此外还含有约12%的黄酮类化合物,包括大豆(黄豆)甙、大豆甙元、葛根素等10余种;并含有胡萝卜甙、氨基酸、香豆素等。可作为药物应用。
《本草纲目》记载:葛根,性凉、气平、味甘,具清热、降火、排毒诸功效。
现代医学研究表明:葛根中的异黄酮类化合物葛根素对高血压、高血脂、高血糖和心脑血管疾病有一定疗效。
由上可知,葛根是一种营养丰富的天然食品,也是一种广为应用的滋补药物,可开发成保健食品。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术,本发明提供了一种葛根消食健胃保健食品及其制备方法。
本发明提供的葛根消食健胃保健食品为葛根直接制得的液体保健食品,所述葛根消食健胃保健食品含水量为葛根体积的4倍,葛根消食健胃保健食品直接饮用。
所述的葛根消食健胃保健食品还含有桑葚、菊花、百合、罗汉果、薏苡仁、莲子中的一种或几种,葛根50-90、桑葚5-15、菊花20-30、百合5-10、罗汉果5-10、薏苡仁5-15、莲子10-30、水100。
所述的葛根消食健胃保健食品的具体制备步骤如下:
⑴取清洁后的葛根、桑葚、菊花、百合、罗汉果、薏苡仁、莲子,经干燥后混合置于粉碎机粉碎,过滤,去渣,得混合物;
⑵将上述混合物置于锅内,加入水进行蒸煮,经均匀搅拌后冷却得到葛根液体食品,即得葛根消食健胃保健食品。
为更好地吸收葛根的营养成分,上述⑴步骤中葛根干燥温度控制在60-90℃。
上述⑴步骤中所述的过滤,是120目的筛子进行过滤。
上述⑵步骤中加入水进行蒸煮,温度控制在50-90℃,加热搅拌30-60分钟致其完全溶解。冷却20-60分钟过滤得到葛根液体食品。
上述得到的葛根液体,测PH值=2-3,灌装,质检化验,即得到葛根消食健胃保健食品。
本发明制备的葛根消食健胃保健食品可直接食用或饮用,方便携带,符合现代人群的生活需求。本发明制备工艺简单,保持葛根营养成分不流失。
具体实施方式
实施例1
⑴取清洁后的葛根、桑葚、菊花、百合、罗汉果、薏苡仁、莲子,经70℃干燥后混合置于粉碎机粉碎,过120目筛,去渣,得混合物;
⑵将上述混合物置于锅内,加入水进行蒸煮,温度控制在70℃,加热搅拌30分钟致其完全溶解,冷却30分钟过滤得到葛根液体。
⑶测得上述葛根液体PH值为2,灌装,检验合格,即得到葛根消食健胃保健食品。
实施例2
⑴取清洁后的葛根、桑葚、菊花、百合、罗汉果、薏苡仁、莲子,经80℃干燥后混合置于粉碎机粉碎,过120目筛,去渣,得混合物;
⑵将上述混合物置于锅内,加入水进行蒸煮,温度控制在80℃,加热搅拌40分钟致其完全溶解,冷却50分钟过滤得到葛根液体。
⑶测得上述葛根液体PH值为2.5,灌装,检验合格,即得到葛根消食健胃保健食品。

1.一种葛根消食健胃保健食品及制备方法,其特征在于,所述的葛根消食健胃保健食品以下中成药组份:葛根、桑葚、菊花、百合、罗汉果、薏苡仁、莲子,各组份重量比为:葛根50-90、桑葚5-15、菊花20-30、百合5-10、罗汉果5-10、薏苡仁5-15、莲子10-30、水100。
2.一种葛根消食健胃保健食品及制备方法,其特征在于,所述的葛根消食健胃保健食品的具体制备方法步骤如下:⑴取清洁后的葛根、桑葚、菊花、百合、罗汉果、薏苡仁、莲子,经干燥后混合置于粉碎机粉碎,过滤,去渣,得混合物;⑵将上述混合物置于锅内,加入水进行蒸煮,经均匀搅拌后冷却得到葛根液体食品,即得葛根消食健胃保健食品。
3.根据权利要求书1、2所述的一种葛根消食健胃保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于,⑴步骤中按0.6:1:1.5:0.7:0.8:1:2的重量比分别取葛根、桑葚、菊花、百合、罗汉果、薏苡仁、莲子,经混合后粉碎,过120目筛,加入4倍体积的水,放入锅内,在50-90℃下蒸煮30-60分钟,待冷却后得到葛根液体食品。
4.根据权利要求书1、2所述的一种葛根消食健胃保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于,待冷却后得到葛根液体食品,测PH值=2-3,灌装,质检化验,即得到葛根消食健胃保健食品。
