本发明涉及食品的技术领域,具体地说是一种螺旋藻保健燕窝汤圆。
背景技术
元宵节是我国的传统节日,且在元宵节有吃汤圆的民间习俗,寓意为团团圆圆。汤圆是我们的传统美食之一,虽然现时汤圆馅料的种类繁多,口味也有所不同,但大多都没有保健作用,面且油酯含量高,吃到嘴里,口感油腻,不能做为主食。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种滋阴润燥、抗衰老的螺旋藻保健燕窝汤圆。
本发明采用的技术方案是,一种螺旋藻保健燕窝汤圆,由螺旋藻粉、燕窝、木糖醇和起酥油组成,其特征在于,所述各原料的重量比为40:10::50:30。
本发明的优点:
1、燕窝可以滋阴润燥;
2、螺旋藻具有抗衰老等功效;
3、木糖醇代替传统的白糖,吃后不会令血糖值升高。
具体实施方式
本发明结合以下实施例作进一步描述。
实施例,一种螺旋藻保健燕窝汤圆,由螺旋藻粉、燕窝、木糖醇和起酥油组成,其特征在于,所述各原料的重量比为40:10::50:30。
制作步骤如下:
1、将燕窝浸泡去杂,与木糖醇、起酥油于搅拌器内充分混合搅匀,制成汤圆馅料;
2、将糯米漂洗、浸泡后,磨成米面浆,加入螺旋藻粉混合拌匀,甩干脱水成湿面团。
3、将从湿面团上分离小面团,手工压制成皮,将适量汤圆馅料包裹在内,并加工成圆球形,速冻。
