Abstract
本发明涉及食品领域,尤其涉及具有生物活性的膳食补充剂(BADSs),用于预防和治疗与疲劳相关的疾病。本发明为咖啡饮品或者其他饮料的形式,并且由1份(重量比)的雄蜂子,3-9份葡萄糖和/或果糖以及1-100份填充剂(咖啡或其他饮料的粉末)组成。通过实验得出,该混合物的物理化学参数是比较稳定的,从而可以长期(超过一年)保存该产品。最终的产品可以降低疲劳并且具有提神和强身健体的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品及药物产业,尤其涉及一种具有生物活性的膳食补充剂(BADS),用于预防和治疗与疲劳相关的疾病。
背景技术
现如今,在俄罗斯或国外并没有生产出含有雄蜂子的咖啡饮品或其他带有进补特性的饮料。
俄罗斯专利2128501公开了一种用于制备具有再生活性化妆品的生物活性补充剂。该生物活性补充剂包括建议将雄蜂幼虫用于制造带有再生活性化妆品中。罗马尼亚专利74872/1980公开了一种由雄蜂幼虫或工蜂或蜂后制备生物活性产品的方法,并将这种生物活性产品作为生物活性介质应用于制造医用和化妆产品中。该产品包括不溶于水的乳糖并且形成了悬浮剂。另一个已知专利2245155,公开了保存蜂子(雄蜂子和蜂后幼虫)匀浆的组合物。该物质为本发明的原型。
幼虫匀浆容易获得、便宜并且广泛应用于医用和食品中。蜂子的营养物及其本身即为细菌和真菌的培养基或供体这一特性为细菌和真菌提供了很好的生长环境,因此如果没在有适当的环境中保存的话,其原材料很容易快速腐烂。在原型匀浆中加入山梨酸和柠檬酸可以稳定雄蜂子,然而,酸会破坏雄蜂子中的生物活性成分。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服上述现有技术之不足,提供一种咖啡饮品。
按照本发明提供的一种咖啡饮品,采用的主要技术方案为:建议使用葡萄糖或者果糖来保存雄蜂子,将1份的雄蜂子匀浆与3-9份的葡萄糖相混合,并将混合物加入到干燥的咖啡饮品或其他将溶于水的饮料中。
本发明提供的咖啡饮品由以下成分组成(重量比):
雄蜂子1份
葡萄糖和/或果糖3-9份
填充剂(咖啡饮品粉末或者其他饮料粉末)1-100份
采用本发明提供的咖啡饮品带来的有益效果为:通过实验得出,该混合物的物理化学参数是比较稳定的,从而可以长期(超过一年)保存该产品。最终的产品可以降低疲劳并且具有提神和强身健体的效果。
具体实施方式
按照本发明提供的一种咖啡饮品的实施例,咖啡饮品或其他饮料的组成成分为(重量比):
雄蜂子1份
葡萄糖和/或果糖3-9份
填充剂(咖啡饮品粉末或其他饮料粉末)1-100份
以下为制造该产品的步骤示例:用搅拌器(或其他相似的装置)将雄蜂子幼虫混合均匀;在混合后的雄蜂子匀浆中加入5份葡萄糖,并用搅拌器充分搅拌至均匀;最终将成品以1:9的比例加入到粉状的咖啡饮品冲剂中。并根据咖啡饮品的使用说明来服用该产品。
虽然本产品中的成分均是公知的,但将这些成分组合成一个单一的产品并没有被现有技术所公开。而且这些成分的混合可以达到以下效果:
-保存并稳定雄蜂子的特性;
-使得最终成品可以水溶;
-达到要求保护的技术效果,即,增强预防和治疗与疲劳相关的疾病。

1.一种咖啡饮品或其他用于预防和治疗与疲劳相关的疾病的饮料,其特征在于,由以下成分组成(重量比):
雄蜂子1份
葡萄糖和/或果糖3-9份
填充剂(咖啡饮品粉末或者其他饮料粉末)1-100份。
