WO2006/079822描述了一种两部分消毒系统,其具有两种试剂,每种试剂都放置在位于自己的容器中的水性介质中。水性介质包括一种泡沫促进剂,并通过操作一次触发器使每部分以泡沫的形式分配。通过混合这些泡沫可以使试剂一起反应而在原位形成消毒剂,例如ClO2。
在常规的扳机式喷射装置中,如果喷射动作没有使得等体积地输送各种试剂介质,从而导致在混合物中的其中一种试剂过量,则两部分消毒系统的效能降低。当所分配的介质具有不同的粘度时,特别容易造成输送的体积不同。
发明内容
本发明的各方案在独立权利要求中进行了明确说明。优选特征在从属权利要求中明确说明。
本发明能够将不同体积的流体从两个或多个来源等体积地均匀泵送,而不必考虑粘度差异。
本发明相对于传统的多部分流体泵的另一个优点在于,其能够确保清洁地输送各种流体。现有技术的消毒装置通常具有活塞,并需要使用硅油或类似的润滑剂。这些润滑剂可能污染在泵送的流体。在本发明中不需要有机硅和其它的润滑剂,并且在泵送的流体与泵构件不发生接触。

具体实施方式
参照图1,泵装置2包括泵头部20、蠕动泵构件22和多个穿过泵头部20设置的分配管16、18。在该实施例中,蠕动泵构件22是可旋转地布置在泵头部20中的转子;然而,将理解可以使用其它类型的蠕动泵构件22,例如平移式泵构件。在该实施例中,两个分配管16、18并列设置,用于同时分配两种液体或凝胶剂。在替代的实施例中还可以使用三个或更多的分配管,以同时分配相应数目的流体。
当被致动时,蠕动泵构件22同时作用于各个分配管16、18,在本实施例中则通过一个或多个叶轮14同时作用于各个分配管。在图中示出了两个叶轮14a和14b。泵构件22的旋转导致至少一个叶轮14作用于各个分配管16、18,从而同时通过各分配管来泵送流体。
各个分配管16、18被叶轮14挤压靠向泵头部20的内表面,并且当泵构件22转动时,叶轮14驱动位于其前面的流体通过分配管。由于通过叶轮14挤出的体积与分配管内的流体的粘度无关,因此不论粘度如何,通过各分配管16、18泵送大致等体积的流体。分配管16、18上的至少受到叶轮14作用的区域是弹性体,以确保管在没有受到叶轮作用时回到它们原始的横截面形状。在一优选实施例中,每个分配管16、18沿其整个长度都是弹性的。在本实施例中,各个分配管16、18是一整体结构。
在该示例中,在泵头部20上设置有喷嘴壳体34。分配管16、18终止于喷嘴36,喷嘴36固定在喷嘴壳体34中,来自两个分配管的流体分配通过喷嘴36。流体可以基本上在喷嘴36的出口点上或者在一些距离之前混合。在其它的实施例中,每个分配管都终止于一单独的喷嘴出口,从而直到通过泵装置分配流体之后才发生液体的混合。
示例的泵装置2包括手指操作的触发器24,其可枢转地安装在泵头部20并设有复位弹簧32,该复位弹簧32可以推动触发器24到达伸展位置。用户扳触发器24以致动蠕动泵构件22(将在下面说明)。
现在参看图2,示例的蠕动泵构件22包括两个通过叶轮14连接在一起的相对的驱动轮40。每个驱动轮40的外表面设置有棘齿面30,其相对于相邻的过渡平面42直立。每个过渡平面42在一个棘齿面的外边缘和相邻棘齿面的内边缘之间均匀地倾斜。在该实施例中,触发器24(图3)关于竖轴大体对称,并具有前部46和一对相对的侧臂44。每个侧臂44上设置有向内的棘爪28,用以在泵构件22被容纳于泵头部20中的触发器24的臂44之间时与泵构件22的棘齿面30接合(图4)。
图5a-图5c示出了泵装置的操作阶段。使用者挤压触发器24,触发器24绕销26从完全伸展的位置开始枢转。每个棘爪28移过一倾斜的过渡面42,直至其毗连一棘齿面30(图5a)。进一步挤压触发器,引起每个棘爪28压靠一棘齿面30,并如图中所示逆时针驱动泵构件。这种转动首先使一个叶轮14a同时与两个分配管16、18接触,然后使该叶轮14a开始从各个分配管中泵送基本上等体积的流体(图5b)。在用户完全地扳触发器并将其释放后,复位弹簧32使触发器返回到其完全伸展位置,从而使各个棘爪28脱离棘齿面30,并回退经过倾斜的过渡面42(图5c),直至其落在相邻的棘齿面30上。在触发器返回过程中,泵构件22不动并停止泵送。继续操作触发器以重复进行泵送过程。在该实施例中,每个驱动器轮40具有五个棘齿面30。在其他的实施例中,可选择棘齿面的数量,以允许可靠地泵送较小体积的流体;例如允许用户在释放触发器之前,任选地将触发器向泵壳体只扳一半。在其它的实施例中,可选择棘齿面30的数量,以提供所要求的增量/剂量或高达20-30倍。
现在参照图6和图7,本发明的一优选实施例提供了一种并入了如前所述的蠕动泵装置的两部分消毒系统12。消毒系统12包括第一部分4和第二部分8。第一部分4在第一容器6中并包括载体介质中的第一试剂。第二部分8在第二容器10中并包括载体介质中的第二试剂。在将第一部分和第二部分混合时第一试剂和第二试剂发生反应,从而提供一种消毒合成物。消毒剂制剂领域中的技术人员都明白,可以从多种物质中选择第一试剂和第二试剂。在一优选实施例中,试剂起反应而生成ClO2。第一部分例如可以包括亚氯酸盐(例如亚氯酸钠)的水溶液,第二部分可以包括含水酸或酸的混合物。
消毒系统12具有泵头部20,泵头部20设有蠕动泵构件22。在该实施例中,第一容器6和第二容器10被容置在容器壳体38中,该容器壳体38通过位于泵头部上的固定件48固定在泵头部20上,该固定件48与容器壳体38的内表面相接合。在一实施例中,固定件是锁定推入配合件,一旦容器壳体接合,就是不可拆卸的;消毒系统12是一次性的,并且一旦容纳物排空就将被丢弃。在可选实施例中,容器壳体38和容器6、10是可更换的,以便重新填充容纳物。
第一容器6具有从其内部延伸并穿过泵头部20设置的第一部分分配管16。第二容器10具有从其内部延伸并穿过泵头部20设置的第二部分分配管18。当用户操作触发器24致动蠕动泵构件22时,如参照图1至图5描述的,泵构件22同时作用于第一部分分配管16和第二部分分配管18上,以便同时泵送基本相同体积的第一部分4和第二部分8为液体、凝胶或泡沫的喷射物50。
在该实施例中,第一部分分配管16和第二部分分配管18的自由端一起连接到喷嘴36,在泵构件22被致动时,通过该喷嘴36泵送第一部分4和第二部分8的混合物。在如图8所示的实施例中,各个分配管16、18具有属于自己的喷嘴36a、36b,从而可以将第一部分和第二部分作为单独的流体的喷射或射流泵送,它们将在原位混合,例如,当该系统是手部消毒器或手部清洁器时,用户可以通过摩搓双手使这些流体原位混合,或者当该系统用于对表面消毒时,例如医院或其他医疗环境中的表面,可以利用布或者擦拭使它们原位混合。
将理解,在实际的限制内,可使用任意数量的分配管以同时分配多种流体。本发明能够将多种不同的试剂和/或成分或添加剂在输送点或紧邻输送点之前进行组合。因此,就可以在多部分系统中使用自身具有所需要的属性但是一起储存在溶液中可能不稳定的成分。设计的实际限制是最多约10个分配管和相关联的容器;例如4-6个管,或者对于特别复杂的系统为7-9个管。
现在参照图9,图9示出了一种多部分消毒系统12的实施例。该系统类似于如图6至图8所示的系统,但是还包括在第三容器54中的第三部分52以及第三分配管56。当挤压触发器24时,将通过各自的喷嘴36a、36b和36c同时分配等体积的各个部分4、8、52。第一部分和第二部分可包括混合时发生反应来提供例如ClO2的氧化的消毒剂合成物的试剂,第三部分可包括长期暴露于这两种试剂中的任一种或两种中可能不稳定的附加成分。在该实施例中,第三部分包括醇、特别是异丙醇,其提供了附加的防腐功能。可以使用其它的醇或醇的混合物。
为了增大在所分配的混合物中醇或其他所需要成分的比例,将理解可使用附加的分配管。例如可以使用第四分配管,并使用第三和第四分配管均用来分配醇,使得在第一分配管或第二分配管中不存在醇的情况下最终混合物中的醇高达50%。第五分配管能够分配高达60%的醇,而使用10个分配管能够分配高达80%的醇。当使用多个分配管来分配相同的成分(例如醇)时,该成分可任选地设置在比该成分的分配管的数量更少的容器中。例如可以使用一个容器,在该容器中布置两个或更多个分配管。为了提高效率,这样的容器的容积优选相对于关联的分配管的数量成比例地增加,从而使在触发器数目相同的操作后各个容器都被排空。
各个容器6、10、54可以设有通气管,通气管连接容器内部的顶部与大气,以在泵送过程中使容器内部的压力保持均衡。通气管可以具有止回阀,以确保空气可以进入但流体不能通过通气管离开。可选地,各个容器可以是可收缩的,使得随着流体被泵送出去,容器的内部体积收缩。容器可以通过由柔性材料(例如薄的塑料材料)制成,或者通过设有柔性接头或褶皱(例如波纹管式)而成为可收缩的。
已经证实:通过使用多个第一部分分配管16和第二部分分配管18可以减小所需要的泵头部的尺寸。与输送相等体积的每部分使用较大尺寸的单个分配管相比,对于每部分使用多个分配管(例如2个或3个),每个管可具有更窄的内部和外部尺寸。更窄的管可以比宽管适应更小的半径,这将使得蠕动泵构件22与泵头部20的半径也可以相应地减小,从而更容易握持和操作。多个分配管中的每个类型都可以容置在单个容器中;可选地,可以设置多个第一容器6和/或第二容器10。在图15中示出了使用两个第一部分分配管16a、16b和两个第二部分分配管18a、18b的实施例。
图10至图12示出了一种具有可收缩容器的多部分消毒系统的示例。泵头部20与前述的相同并包括三个从泵头部20的基部58延伸的分配管16、18、56。
容器壳体38的尺寸能够接收再填充部件60(以下描述),并在壳体38的顶部具有开口62。虽然容器壳体38可以至少部分可变形,但是优选容器壳体38由大体上刚性的材料制成,至少能够使壳体38与泵头部20相接合。
图12示出了再填充部件60的实施例,该再填充部件66具有机架或卡圈部(collarportion)64以及三个可收缩容器66、68、70。可收缩容器66、68、70基本上执行与前面所述的容器6、10、54相同的功能,特别是各个容器66、68、70包括多部分消毒系统的试剂或部分。各个容器66、68、70优选由薄壁塑料材料制成,例如聚氯乙烯(PVC)。
各个容器66、68、70的上部区域的开口(未示出)与卡圈部64的孔72流体连通。优选地,卡圈部64具有与容器66、68、70的数量相同的孔72。孔72被定位为,当容器66、68、70的开口与孔对齐时,使容器66、68、70以适当的排列保持在卡圈64的下方。由此,卡圈部64通过使分配管16、18、56穿过卡圈64中的孔72插入容器66、68、70的方式来固定容器,以防止在更换再填充件60时分配管16、18、56的交叉污染。
该消毒系统通过使容器66、68、70下降进入容器壳体38中,然后使分配管16、18、56通过卡圈64的孔72插入容器66、68、70中来组装。卡圈部64与泵头部20的基部58和容器壳体38的开口62之一接合,或与两者均接合,从而使容器66、68、70基本上悬挂在壳体38内。
随着通过致动触发器24和泵构件22而从容器66、68、70汲取流体,容器66、68、70收缩。这样就提供了一种能够最小化或防止容器66、68、70中的流体蒸发以及气味逸出的系统,该系统对于可使用更多挥发性试剂的消毒系统的情况是特别期望的。
容易想到泵头部20和容器壳体38将是可以重复使用的,并且可以如上面所描述的那样更换再填充部件60。因此,优选为再填充件60配备密封件74,用以覆盖卡圈64中的孔72。然后在消毒系统的组装过程中密封件74将被移走。优选地,再填充件60设置在相对刚性的箱或容器76中,例如纸板箱,以防止可收缩容器66、68、70的变形。
图13和图14示出了根据本发明的又一实施例的卡圈部78和可收缩容器80。
卡圈部78(图13)的尺寸能够与泵头部20的基部58和容器壳体38的开口62之一或它们两者接合,卡圈78包括三个槽82,每个槽82从卡圈78的边缘向内延伸。槽82的尺寸能够接收可收缩容器80的颈部84。可收缩容器80(图14)基本上与之前所述的可收缩容器66、68、70相同。容器80包括从容器80的上部区域延伸的颈部84,该颈部84具有围绕距容器的主体88最远的顶部边缘的凸缘86。
容器80的颈部84和凸缘86的尺寸能被接收在卡圈78的槽82内。当颈部84完全接合在卡圈78中时,凸缘86搁在卡圈78的一表面上,从而使容器80悬挂在卡圈78。
为了在运输和储存期间使容器80密封,可以将塞子88插入到颈部84的顶部中。然后在消毒系统的组装过程中移除塞子88,以便将分配管16插入到容器80中。
现在参照图16,图16示出了根据本发明的一种脚踏实施例。这使得泵机构包括试剂和容器6、10的重量可以支承在地面上,从而允许用户仅拿着泵头部20即可。在该实施例中,蠕动泵构件22是通过使用者的脚在脚踏板65上的动作来操作,脚踏板65由弹簧67复位偏置。位于脚踏板的端部的弹簧加载的捕捉件(catch)69推泵棘轮以转动泵构件。容器6和8是可拆卸、可更换的,并通过位于容器上的连接件71和位于泵构件上的相应连接件73连接到蠕动泵构件22中的管。泵头部20通过供应软管59接收泵送的流体。在该实施例中,供应软管59可以从脚踏板上拆下,并且可以通过软管插头61和软管插口63进行连接。软管59可以拆下,以对泵头部20更换或清洗。
在如图17所示的实施例中,使用一种可选的手动操作的触发杆75来驱动蠕动泵头部22。
本发明能够在不考虑粘度差异的情况下从两个或更多个来源等体积地均匀泵送多种体积的试剂,以形成消毒合成物。
本发明相比于传统的多部分流体泵的另一个优点在于,确保清洁地输送各种试剂流体。现有技术的消毒装置通常具有活塞并需要使用硅油或类似的润滑剂。这样的润滑剂会污染被泵送的流体。在本发明中,不需要有机硅和其它的润滑剂,并且所泵送的流体不与泵构件发生接触。
虽然本发明具体参考一种一次性消毒系统来描述,但是将理解,本发明不限于该实施例。作为手指操作的触发器的替代品,蠕动泵构件可以通过电动触发器驱动。触发器可以由用户手动操作,或者可以在目标被带到充分地靠近一个或多个喷嘴时响应接近的传感器的检测而自动操作。这些实施例可以包括案台分配器(counter-topdispenser)、自动壁挂式分配器和个人(自携式)分配器。
可以理解,为清楚起见在单个实施例的文中所描述的本发明的某些特征也可以在单个实施例中组合地实现。相反,为了简便起见在单个实施例的文中所描述的本发明的各种特征还可以单独或以任何形式的组合实现。
Claims (16)
1.一种多部分消毒系统,包括:
第一部分,其包括在第一容器中的载体介质中的第一试剂;
第二部分,其包括在第二容器中的载体介质中的第二试剂;
其中,在所述第一部分与所述第二部分混合时所述第一试剂和所述第二试剂将发生反应,从而提供一种消毒合成物;
泵头部,具有蠕动泵构件;
所述第一容器具有从其内部延伸并穿过所述泵头部而设置的第一部分分配管;
所述第二容器具有从其内部延伸并穿过所述泵头部而设置的第二部分分配管;
其中,所述蠕动泵构件在受到致动时作用于所述第一部分分配管和所述第二部分分配管上,从而同时泵送相同体积的所述第一部分和所述第二部分。
2.如权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述蠕动泵构件由棘齿件致动,所述棘齿件具有多个能够通过棘爪啮合的棘齿面。
3.如权利要求2所述的系统,其中,所述蠕动泵构件具有4-30个棘齿面。
4.如权利要求2所述的系统,其中,所述蠕动泵构件具有4-20个棘齿面。
5.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的系统,其中,该系统被并入到案台分配器、自动壁挂式分配器、脚踏式分配器、手动操作分配器和个人自携式分配器的其中之一。
6.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的系统,其中,该系统具有2至10个分配管。
7.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的系统,还包括:
第三部分,包括位于第三容器中的流体;
所述第三容器具有从其内部延伸并穿过所述泵头部而设置的第三分配管;
其中,所述蠕动泵构件在受到致动时作用于所述第一部分分配管、所述第二部分分配管和所述第三分配管,以便同时泵送相同体积的所述第一部分、所述第二部分和所述第三部分。
8.如权利要求7所述的系统,其中,所述第一试剂和所述第二试剂在混合时发生反应,以产生一种氧化性消毒合成物,并且所述第三部分包括醇或醇的混合物。
9.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的系统,其中,所述第一容器和所述第二容器是可收缩的。
10.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的系统,其中,设置至少两个第一部分分配管和至少两个第二部分分配管,用于分别分配所述第一部分和所述第二部分。
11.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的系统,其中,在所述第一部分与所述第二部分混合时,所述第一试剂和所述第二试剂发生反应产生二氧化氯。
12.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的系统,其中,所述第一容器和所述第二容器被永久地固定在所述泵头部,使得它们不是能再填充的。
13.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的系统,其中,各个容器被设置在可松脱地固定在所述泵头部上的壳体中。
14.如权利要求13所述的系统,其中,各个容器是能收缩的,并固定在卡圈构件上,各个容器的该卡圈构件具有开口,所述卡圈构件的开口与所述容器的开口对齐,以便在所述泵头部安装在所述壳体上时接收相应的分配管。
15.如权利要求14所述的系统,其中,各个容器的开口端具有颈部和凸缘,以及其中所述卡圈构件中的各个开口的尺寸能够支撑容器的凸缘,并具有延伸到所述卡圈件的边缘用于可滑动地接收容器的颈部的槽部。
16.一种用于如权利要求15所述的系统的再填充部件,包括:
第一部分,包括在第一可收缩容器中的载体介质中的第一试剂;
第二部分,包括在第二容器中的载体介质中的第二试剂;
其中,在所述第一部分与所述第二部分混合时所述第一试剂和所述第二试剂发生反应,从而提供一种消毒合成物;
各个容器固定在卡圈构件上,各个容器的卡圈构件具有开口,所述卡圈构件的开口与所述容器的开口对齐,以便从泵头部接收相应的分配管;
其中,各个容器的开口端具有颈部和凸缘,以及其中所述卡圈构件的各个开口的尺寸能够支撑容器的凸缘,并具有延伸到所述卡圈构件的边缘用于可滑动地接收容器的颈部的槽部。
