Abstract
Description
殺菌剤を含む溶液を入れる複数の交換可能な容器と、
複数の前記容器から、前記殺菌剤を含むミストを放出するための少なくとも1つの出口ベントに到る、複数の導管と、
前記殺菌剤を含むミストを発生し、前記少なくとも1つの出口ベントから前記ミストを放出するミスト装置と、
を備えてなる殺菌システムが提供される。
殺菌剤を含む溶液を入れる複数の交換可能な容器と、
複数の前記容器からマニホールドに到る複数の導管と、
前記殺菌剤を含むミストを発生し、複数の出口導管を介して少なくとも1つの出口ベントから前記ミストを放出するミスト装置と、
を備え、
前記マニホールドが、前記少なくとも一つの出口ベントから空気が放出される際に空気圧のバランスを制御するため所定体積の空気を受け入れるプレナムを備えてなる、殺菌システムが提供される。
各容器からマニホールドに到る導管を備え、前記マニホールドが、プレナム、下部導管、及び複数の出口導管を備え、これら出口導管が前記プレナムから各出口ベントに到る。
殺菌剤を含む溶液を入れる少なくとも1つの交換可能な容器であって、該容器を識別するための識別タグを備えた容器と、
前記容器から、前記殺菌剤を含んだミストを放出するための少なくとも1つの出口ベントに到る導管と、
前記殺菌剤を含むミストを発生し、前記少なくとも1つの出口ベントから前記ミストを放出するミスト装置と、
前記識別タグをスキャンして前記容器を識別するスキャナと、
を備える殺菌システムが提供される。
殺菌剤を含む溶液を入れる少なくとも1つの交換可能な容器であって、該容器を識別するための識別タグを備えた容器と、
前記容器からマニホールドに到る導管と、
前記殺菌剤を含むミストを発生し、複数の出口導管を介して少なくとも1つの出口ベントから前記ミストを放出するミスト装置と、
前記識別タグをスキャンして前記容器を識別するスキャナと、
を備え、
前記マニホールドが、前記少なくとも一つの出口ベントから空気が放出される際に空気圧のバランスを制御するため所定体積の空気を受け入れるプレナムを備えてなる、
殺菌システムが提供される。
殺菌剤を含む溶液を入れる少なくとも1つの交換可能な容器であって、該容器を識別するための識別タグを備えた容器と、
前記容器から、前記殺菌剤の溶液を含むミストか解放するための少なくとも1つの出口ベントに到る導管と、
前記殺菌剤を含むミストを発生し、前記少なくとも1つの出口ベントから前記ミストを放出するミスト装置と、
前記少なくとも1つの容器内の溶液の量を検知する容量センサと、
を備える殺菌システムが提供される。
殺菌剤を含む溶液を入れる複数の交換可能な容器であって、該容器を識別する識別タグを有した容器と、
複数の前記容器からマニホールドに到る複数の導管と、
前記殺菌剤を含むミストを発生し、複数の出口導管を介して少なくとも1つの出口ベントから前記ミストを放出するミスト装置と、
を備え、
前記マニホールドが、前記少なくとも一つの出口ベントから空気が放出される際に空気圧のバランスを制御するため所定体積の空気を受け入れるプレナムを備えてなる、
殺菌システムが提供される。
殺菌剤を含む溶液のための容器に関連したタグをスキャンして、前記容器のための識別子を得る工程と、
前記識別子に基づいて該殺菌システムの使用を可能または不可能とする工程と、
を備える、殺菌システムの使用を制御する方法が提供される。

Claims (22)
- 殺菌剤を含む溶液を入れる複数の交換可能な容器と、
複数の前記容器からマニホールドに到る複数の導管と、
前記殺菌剤を含むミストを発生し、複数の出口導管を介して少なくとも1つの出口ベントから前記ミストを放出するミスト装置と、
を備え、
前記マニホールドが、前記少なくとも一つの出口ベントから空気が放出される際に空気圧のバランスを制御するため所定体積の空気を受け入れるプレナムを備えてなる、殺菌システム。 - 前記ミストがドライミストである、請求項1に記載の殺菌システム。
- 前記ドライミストが約5〜15ミクロンの径の粒子を含む、請求項1または2に記載の殺菌システム。
- 前記マニホールドが、前記プレナム、下部導管、及び複数の出口導管を備える、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の殺菌システム。
- 前記容器から前記マニホールドに到る前記導管が液体導管である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の殺菌システム。
- 前記液体導管が、互いに独立して回転可能な部品を備える、請求項5に記載の殺菌システム。
- 前記殺菌剤が過酸化水素である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の殺菌システム。
- 前記溶液が低希釈溶液である、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の殺菌システム。
- 前記溶液が15%以下の過酸化水素溶液である請求項8に記載の殺菌システム。
- 前記溶液が、7%〜8%の範囲の過酸化水素溶液である請求項9に記載の殺菌システム。
- 前記少なくとも一つの出口ベントが単一の出口ポイントを備える、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の殺菌システム。
- 少なくとも2つの出口ベントを備える、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の殺菌システム。
- 前記出口導管が、垂直に対して約35度の角度を有している、請求項12に記載の殺菌システム。
- 殺菌剤を含む溶液を入れる少なくとも1つの交換可能な容器であって、該容器を識別するための識別タグを備えた容器と、
前記容器からマニホールドに到る導管と、
前記殺菌剤を含むミストを発生し、複数の出口導管を介して少なくとも1つの出口ベントから前記ミストを放出するミスト装置と、
前記識別タグをスキャンして前記容器を識別するスキャナと、
を備え、
前記マニホールドが、前記少なくとも一つの出口ベントから空気が放出される際に空気圧のバランスを制御するため所定体積の空気を受け入れるプレナムを備えてなる、殺菌システム。 - 前記識別タグがRFIDタグである、請求項14に記載の殺菌システム。
- 前記RFIDタグがアンテナを備える。請求項15に記載の殺菌システム。
- 殺菌剤を含む溶液を入れる少なくとも1つの交換可能な容器であって、該容器を識別するための識別タグを備えた容器と、
前記容器からマニホールドに到る導管と、
前記殺菌剤を含むミストを発生し、複数の出口導管を介して少なくとも1つの出口ベントから前記ミストを放出するミスト装置と、
少なくとも1の前記容器内の溶液量を検知する容量センサと、
を備え、
前記マニホールドが、前記少なくとも一つの出口ベントから空気が放出される際に空気圧のバランスを制御するため所定体積の空気を受け入れるプレナムを備えてなる、殺菌システム。 - 前記容量センサが前記容器の少なくとも一部を囲む、請求項17に記載の殺菌システム。
- 各容器が実質的に不透明である、請求項1から18のいずれか一項に記載の殺菌システム。
- 前記容器がベントキャップを有する、請求項1から19のいずれか一項に記載の殺菌システム。
- 前記容器が、該殺菌システムの下部導管に固定された複数のノズルと係合する、請求項1から20のいずれか一項に記載の殺菌システム。
- 殺菌システムの使用を制御する方法であって、
殺菌剤を含む溶液のための容器に関連したタグをスキャンして、前記容器のための識別子を得る工程と、
前記識別子に基づいて該殺菌システムの使用を可能または不可能とする工程と、
を備える、殺菌システムの使用を制御する方法。
