在药物与配方中:佛手辛、苦、甘、温、无毒,入肝、脾、胃三经,有理气化痰、止呕消胀、舒肝健脾、和胃等多种药用功能,有疏肝解郁、燥湿化痰、理气和中的功效,常用于肝郁气滞、脾胃气滞和痰湿壅肺等症;山药清热解毒,消痈排脓,活血行瘀,用于肠痈、肺痈及疮痈肿毒,实热瘀滞所致的胸腹疼痛,产后瘀滞腹痛等症;枸杞子补肾益精,养肝明目,补血安神,生津止渴,润肺止咳,治肝肾阴亏,腰膝酸软,头晕,目眩,目昏多泪,虚劳咳嗽,消渴,遗精;石菖蒲具有开窍,豁痰,理气,活血,散风,去湿的功效,治癫痫,痰厥,热病神昏,健忘,气闭耳聋,心胸烦闷,胃痛,腹痛,风寒湿痹,痈疽肿毒,跌打损伤,化湿开胃,开窍豁痰,醒神益智,用于脘痞不饥、噤口下痢、神昏癫痫、健忘耳聋;蝉蜕味甘,寒,散风除热,利咽,透疹,退翳,解痉;生地黄甘、苦、寒,入心、肝、肾三经,功能有滋阴、凉血,主治阴虚发热,热病伤阴,烦渴、骨蒸,斑疹,吐衄下血,妇女月经不调,胎动不安等症;西洋参甘、微苦,凉,归心、肺、肾经,主治补气养阴,清热生津,用于气虚阴亏,内热,咳喘痰血,虚热烦倦,消渴,口燥咽干,具有抗疲劳、抗氧化、抗应激、抑制血小板聚集、降低血液凝固性的作用,另外,对糖尿病患者还有调节血糖的作用;酸枣仁养肝,宁心,安神,敛汗,治虚烦不眠,惊悸怔忡,烦渴,虚汗;冬虫夏草补虚损,益精气,止咳化痰,治痰饮喘嗽,虚喘,痨嗽,咯血,自汗盗汗,阳痿遗精,腰膝酸痛,病后久虚不复;刺玫果属肝、脾、胃,膀胱经,具有健脾消食,活血调经,敛肺止咳的功效,主治消化不良,食欲不振,脘腹胀痛,腹泻,月经不调,痛经,动脉粥样硬化,肺结咳嗽;薏仁味甘淡,微寒,有健脾、补肺、清热等功效,有祛风湿、强筋骨、补正气、利肠胃、利尿、消水肿等作用;绞股蓝主治体虚乏力,虚劳失精,白细胞减少症,高脂血症,病毒性肝炎,慢性胃肠炎,慢性气管炎;厚朴属性苦、辛,温,归脾、胃、肺、大肠经,具有行气,燥湿,消积,平喘的功效,主治湿滞伤中,脘痞吐泻,食积气滞,腹胀便秘,痰饮喘咳。
本发明在祖传秘方的基础上,经过多例患者的服用与临床验证,不断总结和完善,配方比较完整,疗效确切。对注意力不集中、记忆力差、肾虚腰痛、忧郁失眠等主病证:程度不同起到了养心安神,润肺清心的作用,具有保健、健脑益脑、养心安神、见效快、纯天然、无毒无副作用等优点。
本发明经两组临床验证,其中一组为治疗组食用本发明,每天食用本发明一次,7天为一个疗程,另一组对照组食用健脑片,每组选择门诊病人150例,其中男80例,女70例,最大年龄60岁,最小年龄20岁,每天使用一次,7天为一个疗程,临床表现为神经衰弱,失眠多梦、疲乏无力、注意力不集中、食欲不振、记忆力下降、头昏耳鸣、心悸胸闷、烦躁易怒,表一为服用一个疗程后的对照数据:

治疗组和对照组有显著差异,从而可以看出本发明在临床上的应用有显著的疗效。

实施例2:适用于疲乏无力、注意力不集中、食欲不振、记忆力下降的人群。
制备本发明佛手益智健脑火锅调料优选重量配比范围是:佛手20-30份、枸杞子10-25份、山药10-25份、石菖蒲10-25份、蝉蜕10-25份、冬虫夏草10-25份、薏仁10-25份、绞股蓝10-25份、生地黄10-25份、厚朴10-25份、西洋参10-25份、10-25份、山刺玫果10-25份、酸枣仁10-25份。
实施例3:适用于头昏耳鸣、心悸胸闷、烦躁易怒的人群。
制备本发明佛手益智健脑火锅调料优选重量配比范围是:佛手25份、枸杞子15份、山药15份、石菖蒲15份、蝉蜕15份、冬虫夏草15份、薏仁15份、绞股蓝15份、生地黄15份、厚朴15份、西洋参15份、15份、山刺玫果15份、酸枣仁15份。。
将上述各组份制成本发明佛手益智健脑火锅调料的生产方法,主要工艺流程为:选料、烘干、粉碎、配料、定量、包装、成品,具体操作方法依次按下列步骤:A、选料、按原料重量配比,挑选符合国家卫生和质量标准的原料佛手、枸杞子、山药、石菖蒲、蝉蜕、冬虫夏草、薏仁、绞股蓝、生地黄、厚朴、西洋参、、山刺玫果、酸枣仁备用;B、烘干、选出的原料分别切成块状置于烘干箱中干化,温度控制在100-120℃,时间60分钟,使原料水份蒸发、灭菌; C、粉碎、将烘干后的原料放入粉碎机中粉碎后,再放入磨粉机中磨成粉状;D、配料、按原料重量配比,将原料依次放入混合搅拌均匀后,加入味素,精盐,二次混合均匀,二次灭菌,制成粉剂;E、装袋、封口,按所需重量装袋,每包重量规定相差不超过±1克;F、检验合格后制成成品。
