Abstract
本发明涉及一种复合防腐组合物,属于食品防腐领域。一种复合防腐组合物,所述复合防腐组合物按重量份,由下述组分组成:连翘提取物:20~40、薄荷提取物:1~5、紫苏提取物:10~20、桔梗提取物:1~5、肉桂提取物:1~5、大蒜提取物:0.5~2、茶多酚0.5~2。本发明提供的复合型防腐组合物具有防腐效果好且天然无毒的效果,可广泛用于食品的防腐。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合防腐组合物,属于食品防腐领域。
背景技术
食品防腐剂是能防止由微生物引起的腐败变质、延长食品保藏期的食品添加剂。食品防腐剂按其性质可分为有机化学防腐剂和无机化学防腐剂两类。不同类型的防腐剂应用于不同种类,如常见的山梨酸钾用于肉制品和果蔬等的保鲜,而苯甲酸及其盐类则用于饮料、果酒、液体调料等。然而大量摄入含有化学防腐剂的食品,对人类的健康极为不利,尤其是如今“食品安全”频出问题的阶段,选择天然无毒、成本低廉的食品防腐剂刻不容缓。
连翘是中国传统中药之一,具有抗菌、强心、利尿、镇吐等药理作用。由于其药理作用,连翘已被广泛的用于生产清热解毒的药物,如双黄连口服液、连草解热口服液等。目前的研究表明,连翘提取物由于其具有的抗菌作用可作为天然防腐剂,尤其适用于食品和香料。
薄荷为唇形科多年生宿根性草本植物薄,薄荷叶荷属的地上部分,是一种有特种经济价值的芳香作物,具有清热解毒的功效。紫苏叶、桔梗、肉桂、大蒜在中药中均具有清热解表的作用。
茶多酚是茶叶中多酚类物质的总称,包括黄烷醇类、花色苷类、黄酮类、黄酮醇类和酚酸类等。其中以黄烷醇类物质(儿茶素)最为重要。茶多酚又称茶鞣或茶单宁,是形成茶叶色香味的主要成份之一,也是茶叶中有保健功能的主要成份之一。

本发明的目的是提供一种复合防腐组合物,该复合防腐组合物为以传统中医药成分提取物的主要成分,科学配伍,达到良好的防腐目的。。

本发明的另一目的是提供一种防腐喷雾。
一种防腐喷雾剂,是将上述复合防腐组合物溶于溶剂中,所述复合防腐组合物的质量分数为0.1%~1%。
本发明所述防腐喷雾剂优选所述复合防腐组合物的质量分数为0.3%~0.5%。
本发明所述防腐喷雾剂优选为去离子水。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明使用连翘、薄荷、紫苏、桔梗、肉桂、大蒜的提取物和茶多酚进行科学配伍形成天然复合型防腐组合物,所述防腐剂可广泛应用于液体及固体食品的方法,本发明提供的复合型防腐组合物具有防腐效果好且天然无毒的效果,可广泛用于食品的防腐。
