Abstract
本发明涉及一种复合防腐组合物的制备方法,属于食品防腐领域。一种复合防腐组合物的制备方法:所述原料按重量份,由下述组分组成:连翘:20~40、薄荷:1~5、紫苏:10~20、桔梗:1~5、肉桂:1~5、大蒜:0.5~2,经蒸馏提取原料精油后,加入茶多酚:精油为0.5~2:33.5~77的茶多酚。利用本发明方法制备复合型防腐组合物具有防腐效果好且天然无毒的效果,可广泛用于食品的防腐。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合防腐组合物的制备方法,属于食品防腐领域。
背景技术
食品防腐剂是能防止由微生物引起的腐败变质、延长食品保藏期的食品添加剂。食品防腐剂按其性质可分为有机化学防腐剂和无机化学防腐剂两类。不同类型的防腐剂应用于不同种类,如常见的山梨酸钾用于肉制品和果蔬等的保鲜,而苯甲酸及其盐类则用于饮料、果酒、液体调料等。然而大量摄入含有化学防腐剂的食品,对人类的健康极为不利,尤其是如今“食品安全”频出问题的阶段,选择天然无毒、成本低廉的食品防腐剂刻不容缓。
连翘是中国传统中药之一,具有抗菌、强心、利尿、镇吐等药理作用。由于其药理作用,连翘已被广泛的用于生产清热解毒的药物,如双黄连口服液、连草解热口服液等。目前的研究表明,连翘提取物由于其具有的抗菌作用可作为天然防腐剂,尤其适用于食品和香料。
薄荷为唇形科多年生宿根性草本植物薄,薄荷叶荷属的地上部分,是一种有特种经济价值的芳香作物,具有清热解毒的功效。紫苏叶、桔梗、肉桂、大蒜在中药中均具有清热解表的作用。
茶多酚是茶叶中多酚类物质的总称,包括黄烷醇类、花色苷类、黄酮类、黄酮醇类和酚酸类等。其中以黄烷醇类物质(儿茶素)最为重要。茶多酚又称茶鞣或茶单宁,是形成茶叶色香味的主要成份之一,也是茶叶中有保健功能的主要成份之一。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种复合防腐组合物的制备方法,利用本方法制备的复合防腐组合物为以传统中医药成分提取物的主要成分,科学配伍,达到良好的防腐目的。

本发明所述防腐组合物的制备方法进一步优选包括下述工艺步骤:
①原料处理:将原料药用部分按比例配料,进行冷冻干燥后粉碎至200nm以下;
②蒸馏:将步骤①所得防腐组合物颗粒置于蒸汽蒸馏器中进行蒸馏处理,得含有防腐组合物精油的蒸汽;
③吸附:利用吸附剂对步骤②所得含有防腐组合物精油的蒸汽进行吸附处理;
④冷凝回流:将经过吸附剂的蒸汽进行冷凝并回流至蒸汽蒸馏器中;
⑤脱附:利用超临界CO2对步骤③吸附有防腐组合物精油的吸附剂进行脱附处理。
⑥混合:将步骤⑤所得产品与茶多酚混合,按重量份,步骤⑤所得产品:茶多酚为33.5~77:0.5~2。
本发明的有益效果是:利用本发明方法制备的防腐组合物中的连翘、薄荷、紫苏、桔梗、肉桂、大蒜的提取物和茶多酚进行科学配伍形成天然复合型防腐组合物,所述防腐剂可广泛应用于液体及固体食品的方法,本发明提供的复合型防腐组合物具有防腐效果好且天然无毒的效果,可广泛用于食品的防腐。
具体实施方式
下述非限制性实施例可以使本领域的普通技术人员更全面地理解本发明,但不以任何方式限制本发明。
实施例1
①原料处理:所述复合防腐组合物原料药用部分,按重量份,由下述组分组成:
将上述原料进行冷冻干燥后粉碎至200nm;
②蒸馏:取2000g步骤①所得原料颗粒置于蒸汽蒸馏器中进行蒸馏处理,蒸馏器的压力为50Mpa,蒸馏时间72h,得含有原料精油的蒸汽;
③吸附:利用吸附剂对步骤②所得含有连翘精油的蒸汽进行吸附处理,所述吸附剂为活性炭,其平均粒径为400nm,比表面积2000m2g-1,吸附剂用量为300g;
④冷凝回流:将经过吸附剂的蒸汽进行冷凝并回流至蒸汽蒸馏器中;
⑤脱附:利用超临界CO2对步骤③吸附有连翘精油的吸附剂进行脱附处理,超临界CO2流量为50L/h,脱附压力30Mpa,温度60℃,时间12h。
⑥混合:将步骤⑤所得产品与茶多酚混合,按重量份,步骤⑤所得产品:茶多酚为59.5:1。

③吸附:利用吸附剂对步骤②所得含有防腐组合物精油的蒸汽进行吸附处理;
④冷凝回流:将经过吸附剂的蒸汽进行冷凝并回流至蒸汽蒸馏器中;
⑤脱附:利用超临界CO2对步骤③吸附有防腐组合物精油的吸附剂进行脱附处理。
⑥混合:将步骤⑤所得产品与茶多酚混合,按重量份,步骤⑤所得产品:茶多酚为33.5~77:0.5~2。
