本发明提供一种改良型线性马达驱动器装置,包括马达组件,与所述马达组件连接的铁条导轨,设置在所述铁条导轨内与所述马达组件连接的蜗杆组件,与所述蜗杆组件连接并跨接到所述铁条导轨上的驱动片,所述驱动片活动连接连动杆,其中,所述马达组件卡接到所述铁条导轨上,所述驱动片上设置与所述连动杆活动连接的连接座,所述铁条导轨一端还设置有通过紧固件紧固连接的用于固定所述蜗杆组件的外形盖,本发明的改良型线性马达驱动器,通过设置马达组件与铁条导轨卡接结构,以及设置通过紧固件固定到铁条导轨上的外形盖,实现了本发明的线性驱动器的快速装配,相较于传统线性驱动器,本发明简化了装配组件,降低了装配难度,提高了装配效率。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及可调节家具的线性驱动器,尤其涉及一种改良型线性马达驱动器装置。
背景技术
相对于传统电机的圆周运动,线性马达驱动器是用于产生直线运动的驱动器。线性马达驱动器广泛应用在可调节家具领域,例如可立可躺的运动靠椅、可调高度桌子、床垫位置可调的床等。线形马达驱动器通常是由电动马达驱动蜗杆组件运动而成的。蜗杆被固定在刚性支撑臂上,电驱动马达通过多个螺纹紧固件连接到刚性支撑臂上。驱动片通过螺纹连接到蜗杆上并且被限制在刚性支撑臂的线性凹槽中。随着电动马达驱动蜗杆转动,驱动片从刚性支撑臂的一端运动到另一端。运动的方向是由蜗杆的旋转方向决定的。
现有的驱动器的一端通过后端的安装支架可固定在可调家具上,驱动器也可通过一对杠杆或连动杆固定在家具上。连动杆的一端通过多个螺纹紧固件固定到驱动片上,连动杆的另一端与家具连接。驱动片推动连动杆活动进而调节家具的位置。
图1是现有的线性马达驱动器1的结构示意图,马达驱动器是由马达组件2和铁条导轨3组成。铁条导轨3通常用铝材和塑胶条组成。马达组件2通过多个螺丝或其它螺纹紧固件(图中未显示)与铁条导轨3连接。外形盖4连接在铁条导轨3的另一端端面上。蜗杆组件5固定在所述铁条导轨3中,胶条6固定在外形盖4上,驱动片7连接到蜗杆组件5上。驱动片7沿着铁条导轨3上下滑动。驱动片7的运动通过两连动杆8传递给可调节家具(图中未显示)。
图2所示的是现有的线性马达驱动器1和连动杆8。连动杆8的底端通过连接架9连接驱动片7。连接架9通过多个螺钉10或其它紧固件连接驱动片7。螺栓11连接连接架9和连动杆8。螺栓12将连动杆顶端与双角度支架13连接起来。双角度支架13通过螺纹紧固件15连接扭力管组件14。扭力管组件14与可调节家具(图中未显示)连接。
由于线性马达驱动器价格较高,占生产成本比重较大,且用螺纹紧固件连接马达组件与铁条导轨有很大的缺陷,因为这种连接使得驱动器的装配不仅费时而且复杂。现有的驱动器安装到可调节家具上也是十分困难的,驱动片上螺纹紧固件的使用使得生产流水线上的工人必须对齐,否则很难将蜗杆对准驱动片上的螺纹孔。
因此,有必要对现有驱动器进行改进,使其可快速组装和快速安装到可调家具上。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种改良型线性马达驱动器,旨在解决目前线性马达驱动器装配费时的问题。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种改良型线性马达驱动器装置,包括马达组件,与所述马达组件连接的铁条导轨,设置在所述铁条导轨内与所述马达组件连接的蜗杆组件,与所述蜗杆组件连接并跨接到所述铁条导轨上的驱动片,所述驱动片活动连接连动杆,其中,所述马达组件卡接到所述铁条导轨上,所述驱动片上设置与所述连动杆活动连接的连接座,所述铁条导轨一端还设置有通过紧固件紧固连接的用于固定所述蜗杆组件的外形盖。
所述的改良型线性马达驱动器装置,其中,所述马达组件包括机壳及与固定在所述机壳内的电动马达,所述蜗杆组件包括与所述电动马达输出轴连接的传动斜齿和与所述传动斜齿连接的蜗杆,所述电动马达通过传动斜齿将马达动力传递到所述蜗杆上。
所述的改良型线性马达驱动器装置,其中,所述机壳上设置用于卡接所述铁条导轨的卡齿,所述铁条导轨上设置与所述卡齿配合的卡槽,所述机壳通过所述卡齿卡接到所述卡槽中实现与所述铁条导轨的连接。
所述的改良型线性马达驱动器装置,其中,所述卡槽设置为两个,对称设置在所述铁条导轨的两侧,所述机壳上对应所述卡槽设置有两对称卡齿。
所述的改良型线性马达驱动器装置,其中,所述连接座设置在所述驱动片的顶部,所述连接座为U型连接座,所述U型连接座上设置用于插销穿过的第一连接孔,所述连动杆一端设置有用于插销穿过的第二连接孔,所述连动杆通过插销穿过所述第一连接孔和第二连接孔实现与所述连接座的活动连接。
所述的改良型线性马达驱动器装置,其中,所述插销的前端设置用于销钉穿过的销钉孔,所述插销穿过所述第一连接孔和第二连接孔后通过销钉固定其位置。

本发明提供一种改良型线性马达驱动器,为使本发明的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚、明确,以下对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图3、图4及图12所示的一种改良型线性马达驱动器,包括马达组件2,与所述马达组件2连接的铁条导轨3,设置在所述铁条导轨3内与所述马达组件2连接的蜗杆组件,与所述蜗杆组件连接驱动片7,所述蜗杆组件包括设置在所述铁条导轨3内的蜗杆5,所述驱动片7跨接到所述铁条导轨3上并与所述蜗杆5连接,所述驱动片再连接连动杆,其中,所述驱动片7上设置与所述连动杆8活动连接的驱动片连接座18,所述铁条导轨一端还设置有通过紧固件紧固连接的用于固定所述蜗杆的外形盖4。
较佳的是,铁条导轨3由不锈钢或其它合适材料制成,所述蜗杆外还罩设一用于保护蜗杆的壳体17,所述壳体为塑料壳体。
驱动片7横跨所述铁条导轨3并且随着蜗杆5的转动沿所述铁条导轨3上下滑动。
较佳的是,所述铁条导轨由背板和设置在所述背板两侧的侧壁板组成,所述背板和侧壁板构成凹槽型结构的铁条导轨。
所述马达组件2包括机壳,与所述机壳固定连接的电动马达26,设置在所述机壳内与所述电动马达26连接的蜗杆组件,所述蜗杆组件连接到所述电动马达的输出轴上从而将所述电动马达的动力传递给所述蜗杆。
较佳实施例中,所述机壳包括马达箱体27和马达箱体盖28组成。一个或多个螺钉29将电动马达26固定到下装配壳体27上,通过一组螺钉30将上装配壳体28与下装配壳体27组装到一起。
所述蜗杆组件包括设置在所述电动马达轴31上的齿轮(图中未显示),设置在所述蜗杆上的与所述齿轮啮合的传动斜齿32,所述电动马达带动所述齿轮及与所述齿轮配合的传动斜齿旋转,进而带动所述蜗杆旋转。另外,所述机壳内还设置有连接所述蜗杆末端用于配合所述蜗杆旋转的轴承33。
如图10所示,所述机壳上设置用于卡接所述铁条导轨3的卡齿22,所述铁条导轨3上设置与所述卡齿22配合的卡槽21,所述机壳通过所述卡齿卡接到所述卡槽中实现与所述铁条导轨的连接。本发明的改良型线性马达驱动器装配时,通过卡槽21和卡齿22使得马达组件2可被按压到铁条导轨3上。卡齿22对铁条导轨3的咬合力使得马达组件2与铁条导轨3牢固的固定到一起。卡槽21和卡齿22的使用省略了用于紧固驱动组件2和铁条导轨3的螺纹紧固件,节省了加工时间。所述卡槽可设置为多个,相应卡齿也设置为多个,较佳的是,所述卡槽设置为两个,对称设置在所述铁条导轨的两侧,所述机壳上对应所述卡槽设置有两对称卡齿。
如图3、图8和图9所示所述连接座18设置在所述驱动片7的顶部,较佳实施例中,所述连接座18为U型连接座,所述U型连接座上设置用于插销穿过的第一连接孔,所述连动杆8一端设置有用于插销19穿过的第二连接孔,所述连动杆通过插销穿过所述第一连接孔和第二连接孔实现与所述连接座的活动连接。另外,所述插销19的前端设置用于销钉20穿过的销钉孔,所述插销19穿过所述第一连接孔和第二连接孔后通过销钉20固定其位置。
如图4、图5、图6及图7所示的较佳实施例,所述连接座设置在所述驱动片的一侧边,线性马达驱动器只设置单一连动杆8,所述连接座与所述单一连动杆8通过插销19或螺栓11活动连接。
单一连动杆8具有独特的形状用以适应不同的可调节家具的特定需求。单独的双角度支架13与连动杆8顶端连接起来。并可进一步连接扭力管组件14。扭力管组件14与可调节家具(图中未显示)连接。螺栓12或类似的紧固件使单一连动杆8的顶端与双角度支架13活动连接。螺纹紧固件15将双角度支架与扭力管组件14连接起来。扭力管组件14连接可调节家具(图中未显示)。插销19将连动杆8的底端与驱动片7顶部的U型连接座18连接起来。销钉20进一步固定插销19。
如图11所示,所述外形盖4通过紧固件与所述铁条导轨3的端面连接,所述外形盖上设置用于连接所述蜗杆的套孔,所述蜗杆的一端放置在所述套孔中固定其位置。
其中,所述外形盖上还设置有用于所述紧固件穿过并卡持的通孔25,所述刚性支撑臂上对应所述通孔25位置设置有紧固件承接座23,所述紧固件承接座可设置为一个或多个。所述外形盖4通过所述紧固件旋拧到所述紧固件承接座23上实现与所述刚性支撑臂的连接。较佳的是,所述紧固件为第一螺钉24。
组装过程中,外形盖4安装到铁条导轨3对应位置,使得所述外形盖4上的孔25能够与铁条导轨上的紧固件承接座对应配合,然后安装紧固件24,将外形盖4与铁条导轨固定到一起。使用一个或多个螺钉将所述外形盖4固定连接到铁条导轨3上的方式简化了该改良型线性马达驱动器16的组装,提高了其生产效率。
较佳实施例中,所述铁条导轨上的卡槽与紧固件承接座是通过冲压模具冲压形成。
较佳实施例中,所述外形盖上连接有第二螺钉37,当然也可是其它紧固件。所述外形盖上设置有与所述第二螺钉37螺纹配合的螺孔36,通过所述第二螺钉37拧进所述螺孔36实现改良型线性马达驱动器与驱动目标物的连接固定。
所述铁条导轨靠近两端的内部还设置有用于控制所述驱动片运动的开关34,所述开关与改良型线性马达驱动器的控制器(图中未显示)和电源(图中未显示)连接。开关34用螺钉35安装到所述铁条导轨3上。开关34用于感应驱动片7的位置。当驱动片7碰触到开关34时,电动马达26的电源就会被切断,进而导致驱动片7停止运动。
本发明提供一种改良型线性马达驱动器,通过设置马达组件与铁条导轨卡接结构,以及设置通过紧固件固定到铁条导轨上的外形盖,实现了本发明的线性驱动器的快速装配,相较于传统线性驱动器,本发明简化了装配组件,降低了装配难度,提高了装配效率。
上述对改良型线性马达驱动器的较佳实施例的描述用于对本发明进行说明和描述。而并不是将本发明限定于其所描述的内容。可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换。所选择和描述的实施例是为了对本发明的原理及其实际应用作出最佳的说明,使本领域技术人员能够根据本发明的各种实施例和变换实现其特定的用途。
Claims (8)
1.一种改良型线性马达驱动器装置,包括马达组件,与所述马达组件连接的铁条导轨,设置在所述铁条导轨内与所述马达组件连接的蜗杆组件,与所述蜗杆组件连接并跨接到所述铁条导轨上的驱动片,所述驱动片活动连接连动杆,其特征在于,所述马达组件卡接到所述铁条导轨上,所述驱动片上设置与所述连动杆活动连接的连接座,所述铁条导轨一端还设置有通过紧固件紧固连接的用于固定所述蜗杆组件的外形盖;
所述马达组件包括机壳及与固定在所述机壳内的电动马达,所述蜗杆组件包括设置在所述电动马达输出轴上的齿轮、与所述电动马达输出轴连接的传动斜齿和与所述传动斜齿连接的蜗杆,所述电动马达通过带动所述齿轮及与所述齿轮配合的传动斜齿旋转,通过传动斜齿将马达动力传递到所述蜗杆上;
所述机壳上设置用于卡接所述铁条导轨的卡齿,所述铁条导轨上设置与所述卡齿配合的卡槽,所述机壳通过所述卡齿卡接到所述卡槽中实现与所述铁条导轨的连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改良型线性马达驱动器装置,其特征在于,所述卡槽设置为两个,对称设置在所述铁条导轨的两侧,所述机壳上对应所述卡槽设置有两对称卡齿。
3.根据权利要求1所述的改良型线性马达驱动器装置,其特征在于,所述连接座设置在所述驱动片的顶部,所述连接座为U型连接座,所述U型连接座上设置用于插销穿过的第一连接孔,所述连动杆一端设置有用于插销穿过的第二连接孔,所述连动杆通过插销穿过所述第一连接孔和第二连接孔实现与所述连接座的活动连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的改良型线性马达驱动器装置,其特征在于,所述插销的前端设置用于销钉穿过的销钉孔,所述插销穿过所述第一连接孔和第二连接孔后通过销钉固定其位置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的改良型线性马达驱动器装置,其特征在于,所述连接座设置在所述驱动片的一侧边,设置单一连动杆与所述连接座连接,所述连接座与所述单一连动杆通过螺栓活动连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的改良型线性马达驱动器装置,其特征在于,所述外形盖通过紧固件与所述铁条导轨的端面连接,所述外形盖上设置用于连接所述蜗杆的套孔,所述蜗杆的一端放置在所述套孔中固定其位置。
7.根据权利要求6所述的改良型线性马达驱动器装置,其特征在于,所述外形盖上还设置有用于所述紧固件穿过并卡持的通孔,所述铁条导轨上对应所述通孔位置设置有紧固件承接座,所述外形盖通过所述紧固件旋拧到所述紧固件承接座上实现与所述铁条导轨的连接。
8.根据权利要求1或7所述的改良型线性马达驱动器装置,其特征在于,所述铁条导轨上的卡槽与紧固件承接座是通过冲压模具冲压形成。
