本发明公开了一种食品保鲜膜及其制备方法,组分及各组分的质量分数如下:聚乙烯醇5~10份,壳聚糖3~8份,胶黏剂 0.5~1份,戊二醛0.1~0.3份,乙酸0.05~0.1份,水 70~80份。所述胶黏剂为明胶或者琼脂。所述食品保鲜膜的制备方法,将乙酸溶于水中,然后加入壳聚糖,加热至70~80℃,搅拌至完全溶解,然后加入聚乙烯醇、胶黏剂和戊二醛搅拌得到粘稠的溶胶,倒入双螺杆挤出机中,挤出塑炼,吹膜。本发明提供一种食品保鲜膜及其制备方法,原材料聚乙烯醇和壳聚糖均是安全无毒材料,制备过程中的胶黏剂采用食品级明胶和琼脂,胶粘效果好,安全,保鲜膜可以直接与食品接触,不会带来环境污染的问题。

技术领域
本发明属于包装材料技术领域,具体涉及一种食品保鲜膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
食品保鲜膜作为一种新型卫生包装用品,在家庭中的使用日益普及,他在防止冰箱中各种菜肴串味、保持菜肴新鲜度方面有一定作用。目前在食品保鲜膜的加工过程中,为了改善制品应用性能,常加入多种加工助剂,包括增塑剂、稳定剂、抗菌剂、交联剂等,制得的保鲜膜难降解,带来很大的环境隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种食品保鲜膜及其制备方法,原材料安全无毒,制备工艺简单易行。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种食品保鲜膜,组分及各组分的质量分数如下:聚乙烯醇 5~10份,壳聚糖 3~8份,胶黏剂 0.5~1份,戊二醛 0.1~0.3份,乙酸0.05~0.1份,水 70~80份。
所述胶黏剂为明胶或者琼脂。
所述食品保鲜膜的制备方法,将乙酸溶于水中,然后加入壳聚糖,加热至70~80℃,搅拌至完全溶解,然后加入聚乙烯醇、胶黏剂和戊二醛搅拌得到粘稠的溶胶,倒入双螺杆挤出机中,挤出塑炼,吹膜。
有益效果:本发明提供一种食品保鲜膜及其制备方法,原材料聚乙烯醇和壳聚糖均是安全无毒材料,制备过程中的胶黏剂采用食品级明胶和琼脂,胶粘效果好,安全,保鲜膜可以直接与食品接触,而且易降解不会带来环境污染的问题。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种食品保鲜膜,组分及各组分的质量分数如下:聚乙烯醇 5份,壳聚糖 3份,胶黏剂 明胶 0.5份,戊二醛 0.1份,乙酸0.05份,水 70份。
所述食品保鲜膜的制备方法,将乙酸溶于水中,然后加入壳聚糖,加热至70℃,搅拌至完全溶解,然后加入聚乙烯醇、胶黏剂和戊二醛搅拌得到粘稠的溶胶,倒入双螺杆挤出机中,挤出塑炼,吹膜。挤出第1~5 区的温度分别为115 ℃、135 ℃、155 ℃、175 ℃、175 ℃, 机头温度为155 ℃, 转速为20 r/ min。吹膜工艺中原材料的挤出造粒温度为135 ℃、155 ℃、165 ℃、160 ℃, 转速为20 r/ min ; 吹膜温度分别为130 ℃、150 ℃、175 ℃、170 ℃, 转速为35r/ min。
实施例2:
一种食品保鲜膜,组分及各组分的质量分数如下:聚乙烯醇 10份,壳聚糖 8份,胶黏剂 琼脂1份,戊二醛 0.3份,乙酸0.1份,水 80份。
所述食品保鲜膜的制备方法,将乙酸溶于水中,然后加入壳聚糖,加热至80℃,搅拌至完全溶解,然后加入聚乙烯醇、胶黏剂和戊二醛搅拌得到粘稠的溶胶,倒入双螺杆挤出机中,挤出塑炼,吹膜。挤出第1~5 区的温度分别为115 ℃、135 ℃、155 ℃、175 ℃、175 ℃, 机头温度为155 ℃, 转速为20 r/ min。吹膜工艺中原材料的挤出造粒温度为135 ℃、155 ℃、165 ℃、160 ℃, 转速为20 r/ min ; 吹膜温度分别为130 ℃、150 ℃、175 ℃、170 ℃, 转速为35r/ min。
实施例3:
一种食品保鲜膜,组分及各组分的质量分数如下:聚乙烯醇 8份,壳聚糖 6份,胶黏剂 琼脂 0.8份,戊二醛 0.2份,乙酸0.08份,水 75份。
所述食品保鲜膜的制备方法,将乙酸溶于水中,然后加入壳聚糖,加热至75℃,搅拌至完全溶解,然后加入聚乙烯醇、胶黏剂和戊二醛搅拌得到粘稠的溶胶,倒入双螺杆挤出机中,挤出塑炼,吹膜。挤出第1~5 区的温度分别为115 ℃、135 ℃、155 ℃、175 ℃、175 ℃, 机头温度为155 ℃, 转速为20 r/ min。吹膜工艺中原材料的挤出造粒温度为135 ℃、155 ℃、165 ℃、160 ℃, 转速为20 r/ min ; 吹膜温度分别为130 ℃、150 ℃、175 ℃、170 ℃, 转速为35r/ min。
实施例1~3制备得到得到食品保鲜膜的性能测试,机械性能:按GB/ T 13022 - 1991 测定拉伸强度和断裂伸长率。透光率的测定: 按GB 2410 - 1980 测定。测试结果见下表

1.一种食品保鲜膜,其特征在于组分及各组分的质量分数如下:聚乙烯醇 5~10份,壳聚糖 3~8份,胶黏剂 0.5~1份,戊二醛 0.1~0.3份,乙酸0.05~0.1份,水 70~80份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种食品保鲜膜,其特征在于:所述胶黏剂为明胶或者琼脂。
3.权利要求1或2所述的一种食品保鲜膜的制备方法,其特征在于:将乙酸溶于水中,然后加入壳聚糖,加热至70~80℃,搅拌至完全溶解,然后加入聚乙烯醇、胶黏剂和戊二醛搅拌得到粘稠的溶胶,倒入双螺杆挤出机中,挤出塑炼,吹膜。
