背景技术
混合动力技术(hybrid technology)可分为“全混合动力技术”和“微混合动力技术”。全混合动力技术可包含能够不依靠内燃机而独立地将扭矩传递到轮子并为车辆提供推进力的电机。微混合动力技术可包含一种不能推进车辆但是在车辆静止时能够支持发动机的快速起动以及发动机的开/关操作的混合起动发电机(Integrated Starter Generator,ISG)。
在基于微混合动力技术的传统ISG中,ISG可与内燃机和传动装置串联安装。ISG代替了传统的发动机起动器以及为附件和蓄电池(batterystorage)产生电力的传统的交流发电机/发电机。ISG可允许发动机在瞬间从每分钟零转加速到每分钟几百转,从而除了燃油经济以及减小排放管排放物的益处之外还提供连续的起停能力。
发明内容

具体实施方式
基于微混合动力技术的传统ISG可能不能在发动机关掉时保持内部的环境舒适水平,这是因为空调(A/C)压缩机位于前端辅助驱动(Front EndAccessory Drive,FEAD)系统上,并且在发动机关闭时不运转。因此,在热的环境条件下,必须对通过关掉发动机节约燃油还是使发动机运转而为驾驶员提供舒适的室内温度做出选择。
本发明的实施例通过提供一种用于在内燃机不旋转时驱动A/C压缩机的装置来克服内部舒适问题:ISG可被置于FEAD上。这种皮带混合起动发电机(BISG)通过辅助的皮带连接到发动机的前部和一个或多个FEAD附件装置,以驱动FEAD上的一个或多个一个或多个附件装置,其中,所述辅助的皮带是传统的内燃机技术所使用的皮带。这种装置可包括交流发电机或动力转向泵。BISG结构使得发动机控制器在车辆不移动时选择性的关掉发动机,然后在驾驶员希望为轮子提供动力而使车辆移动时快速地重新起动发动机。

Claims (6)
1.一种汽车附件动力系统,包括:
皮带;
第一离合器、第二离合器和第三离合器;
发动机,包括适于经第一离合器与皮带选择性地机械地结合的机轴;
皮带混合起动发电机,适于经第二离合器与皮带选择性地机械地结合;
被机械地驱动的附件,适于经第三离合器与皮带选择性地机械地结合。
2.如权利要求1所述的系统,其中,皮带为蛇形皮带。
3.如权利要求1所述的系统,其中,被机械地驱动的附件包括空调压缩机。
4.如权利要求1所述的系统,其中,被机械地驱动的附件包括动力转向泵。
5.如权利要求1所述的系统,其中,被机械地驱动的附件包括水泵。
6.一种用于给汽车附件动力系统的被机械地驱动的附件提供动力的方法,该汽车附件动力系统包括:皮带、第一离合器、第二离合器和第三离合器;发动机,包括适于经第一离合器与皮带选择性地机械地结合的机轴;皮带混合起动发电机,适于经第二离合器与皮带选择性地机械地结合;被机械地驱动的附件,适于经第三离合器与皮带选择性地机械地结合,所述方法包括:
使机轴经第一离合器与皮带机械地分离;
使皮带混合起动发电机经第二离合器与皮带机械地结合;
使附件经第三离合器与皮带机械地结合;
经皮带从皮带混合起动发电机给附件提供机械动力。
