Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗肺热咳嗽的药物及其制备方法,它主要是由党参、黄芪、知母、黄连、五味子、玄参、白茅根、桑白皮、忍冬藤、玉竹、黄精等药物按一定重量配比制备而成,本发明药物具有养心安神,疏肝解郁,清热解毒的功能,用于治疗肺热咳嗽见效快,疗效好,无毒副作用。

[0006] 本发明药物是选用党参、黄芪、知母、黄连、五味子、玄参、白茅根、桑白皮、忍冬藤、玉竹、黄精、北沙参、麦冬、金银花、寒水石、山茱萸、大黄、益智仁、甘草、白术、荜澄茄、金樱子、泽兰、菟丝子、生 地黄、红花、女贞子、天花粉、石膏、山药药物进行组合的,将这些药物组合使得各药物功效产生协同作用,从而能够快速治疗肺热咳嗽的复发。其中选用党参是因为其性味甘,平,入手、足太阴经气分,有补中益气,生津的功能,治脾胃虚弱,气血两亏,体倦无力,食少,口渴,久泻,脱肛。选用黄芪是因为其性味甘,微温,入肺、脾经,生用有益卫固表,利水消肿,托毒,生肌的功能,治自汗,盗汗,血痹,浮肿,痈疽不溃或溃久敛;炙用有补中益的功能,治内伤劳倦,脾虚泄泻,脱肛,气虚血脱,崩带及一切气衰血虚之症。选用知母是因为其性味苦,寒,入肺、胃、肾经,有滋阴降火,润燥滑肠的功能,治烦热消渴,骨蒸劳热,肺热咳嗽,大便燥结,小便不利。选用黄连是因为其性味苦,寒,入心、肝、胃、大肠经,有泻火,燥湿,解毒,杀虫的功能,治时行热毒、伤寒,热盛心烦,痞满呕逆,菌痢,热泻腹痛,肺结核,吐、衄、下血,消渴,疳积,蛔虫病,百日咳,咽喉肿痛,火眼,口疮,痈疽疮毒,湿疫,汤火烫伤。选用五味子是因为其性味酸,温,入肺、肾经,有敛肺,滋肾,生津,收汗,涩精的功能,治肺虚喘咳,口干作渴,自汗,盗汗,劳伤羸瘦,梦遗滑精,久泻久痢。选用玄参是因为其性味苦咸,凉,入肺、肾经,有滋阴,降火,除烦,解毒的功能,治热病烦渴,发斑,骨蒸劳热,夜寐不宁,自汗盗汗,津伤便秘,吐血衄血,咽喉肿痛,痈肿,瘰疬。选用白茅根是因为其性味甘、寒,入肺、胃、小肠经,有凉血,止血,清热,利尿的功能,治热病烦渴,吐血,衄血,肺热喘急,胃热哕逆,淋病,小便不利,水肿,黄疸。选用桑白皮是因为其性味甘,寒,入肺、脾经,有泻肺平喘,行水消肿的功能,治肺热喘咳,吐血,水肿,脚气,小便不利。选用忍冬藤是因为其性味甘,寒,入心、肺经,有清热,解毒,通络的功能,治温病发热,热毒血痢,传染性肝炎,痈肿疮毒,筋骨疼痛。选用玉竹是因为其性味甘,平,入肺,胃经,有养阴,润燥,除烦,止渴的功能,治热病阳伤,咳嗽,烦渴,虚劳发热,消谷易饥,小便频数。选用黄精是因为其性味甘平,入脾、肺、肾经,有补中益气,润心肺,强筋骨的功能,治虚损寒热,肺痨咳血,病后体虚食少,筋骨软弱,风湿疼痛,风癞癣疾。选用北沙参是因为其性味甘苦淡,凉,入肺、脾经,有养阴清肺,祛痰止咳的功能,治肺热燥咳,虚痨久咳,阴伤咽干、口渴。选用麦冬是因为其性味甘微苦,寒,入肺、胃、心经,有养阴润肺,清心除烦,益胃生津的功能,治肺燥干咳,吐血,咯血,肺痿,肺痈,虚劳烦热,清渴,热病津伤,咽干口燥,便秘。选用金银花是因为其性味甘,寒,入肺、胃经,有清热,解毒的功能,治温病发热,热毒血痢,痈疡,肿毒,瘰疬,痔漏。选用寒水石是因为其性味辛咸,寒,入心、胃、肾经,有清热降火,利窍,消肿的功能,治时行热病,积热烦渴,吐泻,水肿,尿闭,齿衄,丹毒,烫伤。选用山茱萸是因为其性味酸,微温,入肝、肾经,有补肝肾,涩精气,固虚脱的功能,治腰膝酸痛,眩晕,耳鸣,阳痿,遗精,小便频数,肝虚寒热,虚汗不止,心摇脉散。选用大黄是因为其性味苦、寒,入胃、大肠、肝径,有泻热毒,破积滞,行瘀血的功能,治实热便秘,谵语发狂,食积痞满,痢疾初起,里急后重,瘀停经闭,癥瘕积聚,时行热疫,暴眼赤痛,吐血,衄血,阳黄,水肿,淋浊,溲赤,痈疡肿毒,疔疮,汤火伤。选用益智仁是因为其性味辛,温,入脾、肾经,有温脾,暖肾,固气,涩精的功能,治冷气腹痛,中寒吐泻,多唾,遗精,小便余浙,夜多小便。选用甘草是因为其性味甘平,入脾、胃、肺经,有和中缓急,润肺,解毒,调和诸药的功能,炙用治脾胃虚弱,食少,腹痛便溏,劳倦发热,肺痿咳嗽,心悸,惊痈,生用治咽喉肿痛,消 化性溃疡,痈疽疮疡,解药毒及食物中毒。选用白术是因为其性味苦甘,温,入脾、胃经,有补脾,益胃,燥湿,和中的功能,治脾胃气弱,不思饮食,倦怠少气,虚胀,泄泻,痰饮,水肿,黄疸,湿痹,小便不利,头晕,自汗,胎气不安。选用荜澄茄是因为其性味辛,温,入脾、肾经,有温暖脾肾,健胃消食的功能,治食积气胀,脘腹冷痛,反胃呕吐,肠鸣泄泻,痢疾,痰癖。选用金樱子是因为其性味酸涩,平,有固精涩肠,缩尿止泻的功能,治滑精,遗尿,小便频数,脾虚泻痢。选用泽兰是因为其性味苦辛,微温,入肝、脾经,有活血,行水的功能,治经闭,癥瘕,产后瘀滞腹痛,身面浮肿,跌扑损伤,金疮,痈肿。选用菟丝子是因为其性味辛甘,平,入肝、肾经,有补肝肾,益精髓,明目的功能,治腰膝酸痛,遗精,消渴,尿有余浙,目暗。选用生地黄是因为其性味甘,寒,归心、肝、肾经,有清热凉血,养阴,生津的功能,治热病烦渴,阴虚内热,骨蒸劳热,内热消渴,吐血,衄血,发斑发疹。选用红花是因为其性味辛,温,入心、肝经,有活血通经,去瘀止痛的功能,治经闭,癥瘕,难产,死胎,产后恶露不行,瘀血作痛,痈肿,跌扑损伤。选用女贞子是因为其性味苦甘,平,入肝、肾经,有补肝肾,强腰膝的功能,治阴虚内热,头晕,目花耳鸣,腰膝酸软,须发早白。选用天花粉是因为其性味甘苦酸,凉,入肺、胃经,有生津,止渴,降火,润燥,排脓,消肿的功能,治热病口渴,消渴,黄疸,肺燥咳血,痈肿,痔瘘。选用石膏是因为其性味辛甘,寒,入肺、胃经,生用有解肌清热,除烦止渴的功能,治热病壮热不退,心烦神昏,谵语发狂,口渴咽干,肺热喘急,中暑自汗,胃火头痛、牙痛,热毒壅盛,发斑发疹,口舌生疮,煅敷生肌敛疮,外治痈疽疮疡,溃不收回,汤火烫伤。选用山药是因为其性味甘,平,入肺、脾、肾经,有健脾,补肺,固肾,益精的功能,治脾虚泄泻,久痢,虚劳咳嗽,消渴,遗精、带下,小便频数。

本发明药物的制备方法如下 一、备料
1、党参:洗净泥沙后润透去芦,切片或切段,晒干;
2、黄芪:拣净杂质,除去残留的根头和空心较大者,用水浸泡,捞出,润透后及时切片,晒干;
3、知母:拣净杂质,用水撞洗,捞出,润软,切片晒干;
4、黄连:拣去杂质,洗净泥砂,润透,切片,阴干;
5、五味子:筛去灰屑,除去杂质,置蒸笼内蒸透,取出晒干;
6、玄参:拣净杂质,除去芦头,洗净润透,切片,晾干;
7、白茅根:拣净杂质,洗净,微润,切段,晒干,簸净碎屑;
8、桑白皮:刷去灰屑,洗净,润透后切丝,晒干;
9、忍冬藤:拣去杂质,用水浸泡,润透,切片,晒干;
10、玉竹:除去杂质,洗净泥土,闷润至内外湿度均匀,切片,晒干;
11、黄精:洗净泥土,略润,切片,晒干;
12、北沙参:拣去杂质,除去茎基,用水略洗,捞出,稍润,切段,晒干;
13、麦冬:拣净杂质,用水浸泡,捞出,润透后抽去心,再洗净晒干;
14、金银花:筛去泥沙,拣净杂质;
15、寒水石:取原药材,除去杂质,洗净,干燥,打成碎块;
16、山茱萸:洗净,除去果核及杂质,晒干;17、大黄:拣净杂质,大小分档,焖润至内外湿度均匀,切片或切成小块、晒干;
18、益智仁:取益智仁置锅内,炒至外壳焦黑,取出冷透,除去果壳,取仁捣碎用;
19、甘草:拣去杂质,洗净,用水浸泡至八成透时,捞出,润透,切片,凉干;
20、白术:拣净杂质,用水浸泡,泡后捞出,润透,切片,晒干;
21、荜澄茄:拣去杂质,摘去果柄,洗净,晒干;
22、金樱子:拣去杂质,切两瓣,用水稍浸泡,捞出,闷润后除去残留毛刺,挖净毛、核,干
燥;
23、泽兰:拣去杂质,除去残根,喷水稍润,切段晒干;
24、菟丝子:过萝去净杂质,洗净,晒干;
25、生地黄:取原药材,除去杂质,洗净,稍润,切厚片,干燥,筛去碎屑;
26、红花:拣净杂质,除去茎叶、蒂头,晒干;
27、女贞子:拣去杂质,洗净,晒干;
28、天花粉:拣去杂质,大小块分开,用水泡至六成透,捞出,闷润至内外湿度均匀,切片,晒干,或用水洗净,捞出,晒干,捣成小块;
29、石膏:去净杂石,洗净泥土,打碎成小块;
30、山药:拣净杂质,用水浸泡至山药中心部软化时,捞出稍晾,切片晒干或烘干。

1、将所述重量的党参、黄芪、知母、黄连、五味子、玄参、白茅根、桑白皮、忍冬藤、玉竹、黄精、北沙参、麦冬、金银花、寒水石、山茱萸、大黄、益智仁、甘草、白术、荜澄茄、金樱子、泽兰、菟丝子、生地黄、红花、女贞子、天花粉、石膏、山药药物加水煎煮二次,第一次加水8倍量,浸泡180分钟后,武火煎煮沸腾10分钟,再用文火煎煮30分钟,过滤得第一次煎煮液。
[0009] 2、将过滤的药渣加水6倍量,武火煮沸,再用文火煎煮20分钟,过滤得第二次煎煮液。
[0010] 3、合并两次煎煮液,分成4剂服用。
[0011] 本发明药物具有养心安神,疏肝解郁,清热解毒的功能,用于治疗肺热咳嗽,疗程短、见效快、无毒副作用。
[0012] 以下通过试验例来进一步阐述本发明所述药物的有益效果,这些试验例包括了本发明药物的动物毒性试验报告和临床观察资料。
[0013][试验例I]本发明药物的动物毒性试验报告
取家兔30只,雌雄兼用,体重2.0-2.3kg,分两组,每组15只,其中一组为超剂量试验组,另一组为正常量试验组。超常量组为20ml/kg,正常量为10ml/kg,给药方式为灌胃法给药,每天2次,连服7天,每天观察给药反应,结果表明二组家兔活动、饮食正常,药物无不良毒副作用。

1、一般资料
收治肺热咳嗽患者共217例。

肺热咳嗽主 要症状之一为反复咳嗽,常伴有恶寒发热,咳嗽胸痛,痰少而粘,呼吸不利、口干咽燥,舌苔薄黄,脉浮滑而数。部分还伴有胸胁隐痛、气短乏力、自汗盗汗,低热或潮热,面色少华,形体消瘦等症状。
[0016] 临床主要表现为反复咳嗽,咳黄痰,伴有口干,咽痛,便秘,尿赤,身热或伴有喘息等症状,舌质红,苔薄黄或黄腻,少津,脉滑数或细数。
[0017] 3、治疗方法
选用上述药剂,给患者服用,每次服用I剂,每天早、晚各服I次,7天为一个疗程,连续服用3个疗程。
[0018] 4、疗效评定标准
显效:肺热咳嗽症状消失,观察半年无反弹者;
好转:肺热咳嗽症状明显改善,体质逐步增强;
无效:肺热咳嗽症状无改变,达不到好转标准者。

在上述的治疗中,用本发明药物治疗肺热咳嗽患者217例,结果显效206例,显效率为94.93%,好转8例,好转率为3.69%,无效3例,总有效率为98.62%。
Claims (3)
1.一种治疗肺热咳嗽的药物,其特征在于:它是由下列重量范围内的原料药制成: 党参5-15克黄芪10-20克知母10-20克 黄连5-15克五味子10-20克玄参10-20克 白茅根15-25克桑白皮15-25克忍冬藤15-25克 玉竹15-25克黄精15-25克北沙参15-25克 麦冬15-25克金银花15-25克寒水石15-25克 山茱萸 5-15克大黄10-20克益智仁10-20克 甘草5-15克白术10-20克荜澄茄10-20克 金樱子5-15克泽兰10-20克菟丝子10-20克 生地黄5-15克红花10-20克女贞子10-20克 天花粉5-15克石膏15-25克山药10-20克。
2.根据权利要求1所述的药物,其中各原料药的用量为: 党参10克黄芪15克知母15克 黄连10克五味子15克玄参15克 白茅根20克桑白皮20克忍冬藤20克 玉竹20克黄精20克北沙参20克 麦冬20克金银花20克寒水石20克 山茱萸 10克大黄15克益智仁15克 甘草10克白术15克荜澄茄15克 金樱子10克泽兰15克菟丝子15克 生地黄10克红花15克女贞子15克 天花粉10克石膏20克山药15克。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述药物的制备方法,它包括下列步骤: (一)备料 (1)党参:洗净泥沙后润透去芦,切片或切段,晒干; (2)黄芪:拣净杂质,除去残留的根头和空心较大者,用水浸泡,捞出,润透后及时切片,晒干; (3)知母:拣净杂质,用水撞洗,捞出,润软,切片晒干; (4)黄连:拣去杂质,洗净泥砂,润透,切片,阴干; (5)五味子:筛去灰屑,除去杂质,置蒸笼内蒸透,取出晒干; (6)玄参:拣净杂质,除去芦头,洗净润透,切片,晾干; (7)白茅根:拣净杂质,洗净,微润,切段,晒干,簸净碎屑; (8)桑白皮:刷去灰屑,洗净,润透后切丝,晒干; (9)忍冬藤:拣去杂质,用水浸泡,润透,切片,晒干; (10)玉竹:除去杂质,洗净泥土,闷润至内外湿度均匀,切片,晒干; (11)黄精:洗净泥土,略润,切片,晒干; (12)北沙参:拣去杂质,除去茎基,用水略洗,捞出,稍润,切段,晒干; (13)麦冬:拣净杂质,用水浸泡,捞出,润透后抽去心,再洗净晒干; (14)金银花:筛去泥沙,拣净杂质;(15)寒水石:取原药材,除去杂质,洗净,干燥,打成碎块; (16)山茱萸:洗净,除去果核及杂质,晒干; (17)大黄:拣净杂质,大小分档,焖润至内外湿度均匀,切片或切成小块、晒干; (18)益智仁:取益智仁置锅内,炒至外壳焦黑,取出冷透,除去果壳,取仁捣碎用; (19)甘草:拣去杂质,洗净,用水浸泡至八成透时,捞出,润透,切片,凉干; (20)白术:拣净杂质,用水浸泡,泡后捞出,润透,切片,晒干; (21)荜澄茄:拣去杂质,摘去果柄,洗净,晒干; (22)金樱子:拣去杂质,切两瓣,用水稍浸泡,捞出,闷润后除去残留毛刺,挖净毛、核,干燥; (23)泽兰:拣去杂质,除去残根,喷水稍润,切段晒干; (24)菟丝子:过萝去净杂质,洗净,晒干; (25)生地黄:取原药材,除去杂质,洗净,稍润,切厚片,干燥,筛去碎屑; (26)红花:拣净杂质,除去茎叶、蒂头,晒干; (27)女贞子 :拣去杂质,洗净,晒干; (28)天花粉:拣去杂质,大小块分开,用水泡至六成透,捞出,闷润至内外湿度均匀,切片,晒干,或用水洗净,捞出,晒干,捣成小块; (29)石膏:去净杂石,洗净泥土,打碎成小块; (30)山药:拣净杂质,用水浸泡至山药中心部软化时,捞出稍晾,切片晒干或烘干; (二)制备 (1)将所述重量的党参、黄芪、知母、黄连、五味子、玄参、白茅根、桑白皮、忍冬藤、玉竹、黄精、北沙参、麦冬、金银花、寒水石、山茱萸、大黄、益智仁、甘草、白术、荜澄茄、金樱子、泽兰、菟丝子、生地黄、红花、女贞子、天花粉、石膏、山药药物加水煎煮二次,第一次加水8倍量,浸泡180分钟后,武火煎煮沸腾10分钟,再用文火煎煮30分钟,过滤得第一次煎煮液; (2)将过滤的药渣加水6倍量,武火煮沸,再用文火煎煮20分钟,过滤得第二次煎煮液; (3)合并两次煎煮液,分成4剂服用。
