本发明药物的制备方法如下 一、备料
1、人参:除去芦头,切段或以湿布包裹,润软后切片,晾干;
2、黄芪:拣净杂质,除去残留的根头和空心较大者,用水浸泡,捞出,润透后及时切片,晒干;
3、白术:先将麸皮撒于热锅内,候烟冒出时,将白术片倒入微炒至淡黄色,取出,筛去麸皮后放凉,每白术片100斤,用麸皮10斤;
4、当归:拣去杂质,洗净,闷润,稍晾,切片晒干;
5、茯苓:用水浸泡,洗净捞出,闷透后,切片,晒干;
6、白芍:拣去杂质,分开大小个,用水浸泡至八成透,捞出,晒晾,润至内外湿度均匀,切片,干燥;
7、柴胡:拣去杂质,去芦,用水洗净,稍浸泡捞出,润透,切片,晒干;
8、香附:拣去杂质,碾成碎粒,簸去细毛及细末;
9、郁金:用水浸泡,洗净,捞出晒晾,润透,切片,晒干;
10、甘草:拣去杂质,洗净, 用水浸泡至八成透时,捞出,润透,切片,凉干;11、黄精:洗净泥土,略润,切片,晒干;
12、远志:拣去杂质,切段,筛去灰屑;
13、水菖蒲:取原药材,除去芦衣、杂质,洗净,润透,切厚片,低温干燥;
14、酸枣仁:原药放入竹萝内,沉入清水缸中,使仁浮在水面,壳沉水底,将刺仁捞出,晒
干;
15、合欢皮:清水浸泡洗净,捞出,闷润后先划成相等大的长条,再切块或切丝,干燥;
16、熟地黄:取原药材,蒸至表面乌黑色,取出,晒至八成干时,切片,干燥;
17、葛根:拣去杂质,洗净,用水浸泡,捞出,润透,及时切片,晒干;
18、鸡血藤:用水润透,切片,或蒸软后乘热切片,晒干; 19、花斑叶:拣去杂质,洗净晒干;
20、龙胆:拣去杂质,除去残茎,洗净,润透后切段,晒干;
21、黄芩:拣去杂质,除去残茎,用凉水浸润或置开水中稍浸捞出,切片,晒干;
22、桅子:筛去灰屑,拣去杂质,碾碎过筛或剪去两端;
23、牡丹皮:拣去杂质,除去木心,洗净,润透,切片,晾干;
24、大黄:拣净杂质,大小分档,焖润至内外湿度均匀,切片或切成小块、晒干;
25、生地黄:取原药材,除去杂质,洗净,稍润,切厚片,干燥,筛去碎屑;
26、知母:拣净杂质,用水撞洗,捞出,润软,切片晒干;
27、黄柏:拣去杂质,用水洗净,捞出,润透,切片或切丝,晒干;
28、桃仁:除去硬壳杂质,置沸水锅中煮至外皮微皱,捞出,浸入凉水中,搓去种皮,晒干,簸净;
29、红花:拣净杂质,除去茎叶、蒂头,晒干;
30、丹参:拣净杂质,除去根茎,洗净,捞出,润透后切片,晾干。

1、将所述重量的人参、黄芪、白术、当归、茯苓、白芍、柴胡、香附、郁金、甘草、黄精、远志、水菖蒲、酸率仁、合欢皮、熟地黄、葛根、鸡血藤、花斑叶、龙胆草、黄岑、桅子、牡丹皮、大黄、生地黄、知母、黄柏、桃仁、红花、丹参药物加水煎煮2次,第一次加水6倍量,浸泡120分钟后,武火煎煮沸腾10分钟,再用文火煎煮25分钟,过滤得第一次煎煮液。
[0009] 2、将过滤的药渣加水4倍量,先用急火煮沸,再用文火煎煮20分钟,过滤得第二次煎煮液。

取家兔30只,雌雄兼用,体重2.0-2.4kg,分两组,每组15只,其中一组为超剂量试验组,另一组为正常量试验组。超常量组为20ml/kg,正常量为10ml/kg,给药方式为灌胃法给药,每天2次,连服7天,每天观察给药反应,结果表明二组家兔活动、饮食正常,药物无不良毒副作用。[0014][试验例2]本发明药物的临床观察资料

临床表现:慢性疲劳综合症这一概念最早是由美国全国疾病控制中心于1987年正式命名的。现在美国疾病控制中心采用的是1994年国际慢性疲劳综合征小组的会议上对慢性疲劳综合症的解释:
排除其它疾病的情况下疲劳持续6个月或者以上,并且至少具备以下症状中的四项:
(1)短期记忆力减退或者注意力不能集中;
(2)咽痛;
(3)淋巴结痛;
(4)肌肉酸痛;
(5)不伴有红肿的关节疼痛;
(6)新发头痛;
(7)睡眠后精力不能恢复;· (8)体力或脑力劳动后连续24小时身体不适。
[0016] 临床医生常常将其误诊为神经衰弱、更年期综合征、内分泌失调、神经官能症等,延误了治疗。

选用上述药剂,给患者服用,每次服用I剂,每天早、晚各服I次,7天为一个疗程,连续服用5个疗程。

显效:症状消失,体质恢复正常,观察一年无复发者;
好转:病情明显好转,症状逐渐消失;
无效:达不到好转标准者。

在上述的治疗中,用本发明药物治疗慢性疲劳综合症患者169例,结果显效161例,显效率为95.27%,好转5例,好转率为2.96%,无效3例,总有效率为98.23%。

1.一种治疗慢性疲劳综合症的药物,其特征在于:它是由下列重量范围内的原料药制成: 人参10-20克黄芪10-20克白术10-20克 当归10-20克茯苓10-20克白芍10-20克 柴胡5-15克香附15-25克郁金5-15克 甘草5-15克黄精15-25克远志5-15克 水菖蒲5-15克酸枣仁15-25克合欢皮5-15克 熟地黄5-15克葛根15-25克鸡血藤5-15克 花斑叶10-20克龙胆草10-20克黄芩10-20克 桅子10-20克牡丹皮10-20克大黄10-20克 生地黄5-15克知母15-25克黄柏5-15克 桃仁10-20克红花10-20克丹参10-20克。
2.根据权利要求1所述的药物,其中各原料药的用量为: 人参15克黄芪15克白术15克 当归15克茯苓15克 郁金10克 甘草10克黄精20克远志10克 水菖蒲10克酸枣仁20克合欢皮10克 熟地黄10克葛根20克鸡血藤10克 花斑叶15克龙胆草15克黄芩15克 桅子15克牡丹皮15克大黄15克 生地黄10克知母20克黄柏10克 桃仁15克红花15克丹参15克。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述药物的制备方法,它包括下列步骤: (一)备料 (10人参:除去芦头,切段或以湿布包裹,润软后切片,晾干; (2)黄芪:拣净杂质,除去残留的根头和空心较大者,用水浸泡,捞出,润透后及时切片,晒干; (3)白术:先将麸皮撒于热锅内,候烟冒出时,将白术片倒入微炒至淡黄色,取出,筛去麸皮后放凉,每白术片100斤,用麸皮10斤; (4)当归:拣去杂质,洗净,闷润,稍晾,切片晒干; (5 )茯苓:用水浸泡,洗净捞出,闷透后,切片,晒干; (6)白芍:拣去杂质,分开大小个,用水浸泡至八成透,捞出,晒晾,润至内外湿度均匀,切片,干燥; (7)柴胡:拣去杂质,去芦,用水洗净,稍浸泡捞出,润透,切片,晒干; (8)香附:拣去杂质,碾成碎粒,簸去细毛及细末; (9)郁金:用水浸泡,洗净,捞出晒晾,润透,切片,晒干; (10)甘草:拣去杂质,洗净,用水浸泡至八成透时,捞出,润透,切片,凉干; (11)黄精:洗净泥土,略润,切片,晒干;(12)远志:拣去杂质,切段,筛去灰屑; (13)水菖蒲:取原药材,除去芦衣、杂质,洗净,润透,切厚片,低温干燥; (14)酸枣仁:原药放入竹萝内,沉入清水缸中,使仁浮在水面,壳沉水底,将刺仁捞出,晒干; (15)合欢皮:清水浸泡洗净,捞出,闷润后先划成相等大的长条,再切块或切丝,干燥; (16)熟地黄:取原药材,蒸至表面乌黑色,取出,晒至八成干时,切片,干燥; (17)葛根:拣去杂质,洗净,用水浸泡,捞出,润透,及时切片,晒干; (18)鸡血藤:用水润透,切片,或蒸软后乘热切片,晒干; (19)花斑叶:拣去杂质,洗净晒干; (20)龙胆:拣去杂质,除去残茎,洗净,润透后切段,晒干; (21)黄芩:拣去杂质,除去残茎,用凉水浸润或置开水中稍浸捞出,切片,晒干; (22)桅子:筛去灰屑,拣去杂质,碾碎过筛或剪去两端; (23)牡丹皮:拣去杂质,除去木心,洗净,润透,切片,晾干; (24)大黄:拣净杂质,大小分档,焖润至内外湿度均匀,切片或切成小块、晒干; (25)生地黄:取原药材,除去杂质,洗净,稍润,切厚片,干燥,筛去碎屑; (26)知母:拣净杂质,用水撞洗,捞出,润软,切片晒干;` (27)黄柏:拣去杂质,用水洗净,捞出,润透,切片或切丝,晒干; (28)桃仁:除去硬壳杂质,置沸水锅中煮至外皮微皱,捞出,浸入凉水中,搓去种皮,晒干,簸净; (29)红花:拣净杂质,除去茎叶、蒂头,晒干; (30)丹参:拣净杂质,除去根茎,洗净,捞出,润透后切片,晾干; (二)制备 (1)将所述重量的人参、黄芪、白术、当归、茯苓、白芍、柴胡、香附、郁金、甘草、黄精、远志、水菖蒲、酸率仁、合欢皮、熟地黄、葛根、鸡血藤、花斑叶、龙胆草、黄岑、桅子、牡丹皮、大黄、生地黄、知母、黄柏、桃仁、红花、丹参药物加水煎煮2次,第一次加水6倍量,浸泡120分钟后,武火煎煮沸腾10分钟,再用文火煎煮25分钟,过滤得第一次煎煮液; (2)将过滤的药渣加水4倍量,先用急火煮沸,再用文火煎煮20分钟,过滤得第二次煎煮液; (3 )将两次煎煮液进行混合搅拌均匀,分成4剂服用。
