Abstract
本发明提供了一种治疗慢性疲劳综合症的药物及其制作方法。它是由下述重量配比的原料制成的中成药：绞股蓝300～350、黄芪130～150、延胡索60～70、当归50～80、人参50～80、白术60～70、茯苓60～70、龙眼肉60～70、酸枣仁60～70、石菖蒲60～70、远志60～70、五味子300～350、麦冬60～70、丹参60～70、川芎60～70、木香60～70。其制作方法是将人参、当归、石菖蒲粉碎成细药粉，将其余的药共合制成水提取药液，再经浓缩成稠膏，加入上述3味药的细药粉，混合均匀，经干燥、粉碎、灭菌，制成胶囊、药丸、片剂、散剂等任何一种药剂学所说的剂型。它具有补益心脾、安神益智之功效，其疗效可靠，效果明显，无毒副作用，系一种新的中成药。

本发明涉及一种中成药制品及其制作方法，尤其是一种治疗慢性疲劳综合症的药物及其制作方法。
背景技术
慢性疲劳综合症是由于生活过度紧张和工作节奏过快，而导致的思虑过度，失眠健忘，头昏脑胀，心神不宁，周身不适，低热易激怒等症。现代医学认为长期精神紧张，导致神经功能紊乱，内分泌失调造成一系列临床症状，形成“慢性疲劳综合症”。其主要原因系脏腑功能失调，气血不足，阴阳失衡所致。通常用于治疗慢性疲劳综合症的药品，化学药品多以镇静、安定类药物，虽有一定的疗效，但副作用较大，长期服用易产生抗药性和不良反应；中成药如安神丸、安神补脑液等，疗程长，作用缓慢，且实际疗效不十分明显。
发明内容
为了开发治疗慢性疲劳综合症的新药，本发明提供一种疗效可靠，效果明显，无毒副作用，能有效的治疗慢性疲劳综合症的新药品。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：依据我国中医药理论，针对慢性疲劳综合症的病因病机，结合临床治疗试验研究结果，精选采用由绞股蓝、黄芪、延胡索、当归、人参、白术、茯苓、龙眼肉、酸枣仁、石菖蒲、远志、五味子、麦冬、丹参、川芎和木香这16味纯中草药材为原料，按重量配比为：绞股蓝300～350、黄芪130～150、延胡索60～70、当归50～80、人参50～80、白术60～70、茯苓60～70、龙眼肉60～70、酸枣仁60～70、石菖蒲60～70、远志60～70、五味子300～350、麦冬60～70、丹参60～70、川芎60～70、木香60～70组方制成的中成药品。本发明药物的配方优选重量(份)配比为：绞股蓝320～340、黄芪130～140、延胡索65～70、当归65～70、人参65～70、白术65～70、茯苓65～70、龙眼肉65～70、酸枣仁65～70、石菖蒲65～70、远志65～70、五味子330～340、麦冬65～70、丹参65～70、川芎65～70、木香65～70组方制成的中成药品。
本发明治疗慢性疲劳综合症的药物的制作方法是：
按上述配方将16味中草药材分别按重量比配备，将人参、当归、石菖蒲粉碎成细药粉，将绞股蓝、黄芪、延胡索、白术、茯苓、龙眼肉、酸枣仁、远志、五味子、麦冬、丹参、川芎和木香共合制成水提取药液，再经浓缩成稠膏，加入上述人参、当归、石菖蒲3味药的细药粉，混合均匀，经干燥、粉碎、灭菌，制成胶囊、药丸、片剂、散剂等任何一种药剂学所说的剂型，即成为本发明的治疗慢性疲劳综合症的药物。
本发明是紧密结合现代中药药理研究，按照中药的君、臣、佐、使原则进行组方，精选最佳用量配比，研制成的本治疗慢性疲劳综合症的中成药。所选用的组方中，君药为绞股蓝；臣药为黄芪、当归、元胡；佐药为人参、白术、茯苓，酸枣仁、龙眼肉、木香、川芎、丹参、远志、石菖蒲、麦冬、五味子；木香兼作使药。君药绞股蓝：味苦，微甘，性凉，入肺、脾、肾经，有补虚、解毒之功，《中华本草》载其“主治体虚乏力，虚劳失精，白细胞减少症，慢性胃肠炎，慢性气管炎等”，该药对慢性虚弱性疾病有独特的疗效，故本方中选为君药。臣药黄芪：味甘，性温，归肺经，功能益气升阳，补五脏诸虚不足，泻阴火，去虚热，补元阳，治劳伤；当归：味甘、辛、苦，性温，入肝心脾经，有和血补血之功，能养荣养血，补气生精，安五脏，强形体，益神志，凡有虚损之病无所不宜；当归与黄芪配位，有气血互生并旺之妙；元胡：味辛、苦，性温，归心肝脾经，本草乘雅半偈言：“玄胡立鼓血中之气，震行气之血，虚则补实则平”，有补调并行，血生气血充沛调畅之效，可谓气以通为补，血以和为补，故选黄芪、当归、元胡共为臣药。佐药人参：味甘，微苦，性平，入肺、脾、心、肾经，为大补元气之药，《神农本草经》载其“主补五脏，安精神，定魂魄，止惊悸，除邪气，明目，开心益智，久服轻身延年”，《药性论》曰“人参主五脏气不足，五劳七伤，虚损痿弱，保中守神，患虚而梦纷纭，加而用之”；白术味苦、甘，性温，归脾、胃经，有健脾燥湿之功，《本草汇言》云“脾虚不健，术能补之，胃虚不纳，术能助之，是故劳力内伤，四肢困倦，饮食不纳，此中气不足之症也，用白术总能治之”；茯苓味甘、淡，性平，归心、脾、肺、肾经，健脾利水，宁心安神，与人参、白术相伍有“四君”健脾益气之意，共增绞股蓝、黄芪补气助阳之功，以旺气血生化之源；酸枣仁味酸、甘，性平，入心、肝经，有安神养血，宁心益肝之功；龙眼肉味甘，性温，入心、脾经，能保脾安神，补益气血，与酸枣仁相伍，肝脾并补旺盛血气，充养心神；龙眼肉与人参、黄芪、茯苓、白术相配，可收气血双补之功；木香味辛、苦，性温，归脾、胃、肝、肺经，能行气调中，《名医别录》载其“疗气劣，肌中偏寒，主气不足，行药之精，轻身”；川芎味辛，性温，入肝、胆、心包经，功能活血行气，《日华子本草》谓之“治一切风，一切气，一切劳损，一切血，补五劳，壮筋骨调众脉等”；丹参味苦，性微寒，归心、心包、肝经，有活血养血，凉血安神之功，《滇南本草》曰“丹参补心生血，养心定志，安神宁心，治健忘怔忡，惊悸不寐”；木香、川芎、丹参三药合用，共调气血，以助元胡，既可除胸肋满闷等症，又使人参、黄芪、酸枣仁之属补而不滞，而促所补气血，输布全身，灌洒五脏；远志味辛、苦，性微温，归心肺肾经，功能宁心安神，怯痰开窍，《神农本草经》载其“补不足，除邪气，利九窍，益智慧，耳目聪明，不忘，强志倍力”；石菖蒲味辛、苦，性微温，归心肝脾经，功擅化痰行气，《名医别录》载此药“聪耳目，益心智，高志不老”，《药义明辨》曰“佐人参能益宗气”，《药论》谓“偕远志以肃心神”，两药相配，旨在调理心气，以安五脏之大主。麦冬味甘，微苦，性微寒，归肺、胃、心经，能滋阴润肺，益胃生津，清心除烦。五味子：味酸，性温，归肺心肾经，有益气生津，宁心安神，收敛固涩之功，《药性要用》曰“该药敛肺滋肾，专收耗散之气”，与麦冬相伍，滋上下之阴液，润三焦之脏腑；五味子、麦冬这两药与人参同用，取“生脉”之意，收气阴双补之功，麦冬、五味子阴柔之性，亦能监制人参、黄芪、川芎、白术温燥之性，不使为害，更防气阴再耗，并有阴升阳长之用。木香兼作使药，上入肺经，中行脾胃，下达肝经，引诸药以达周身及五脏。《本草巨义》曰：“治气劣，气不足，则升动清阳而助气也；行药者，气为血帅，自能为百药导引耳。”从以上看，只有用组方才符合辩证施治的中医原则，才符合怯邪扶正的施治法则，才能达到标本兼治、固本清源的效果。
综上所述，本发明针对慢性疲劳综合症之病机及临床病机，及临床症候，用药力求气血兼补，动静结合，五脏并调，使血充气旺，并迅布周身，从而明显改善虚劳诸症，方中绞股蓝配以元胡之用，就充分体现本方重视调补结合之旨意，力求成为治疗慢性虚弱性疾病之良方。本发明采取扶正固本、平衡阴阳、调整脏腑，达到综合治疗慢性疲劳综合症之目的。
本发明的治疗慢性疲劳综合症的药物经对小鼠进行健脑益智试验、免疫功能试验安神试验，常压耐缺氧试验，体力试验等与功能主治有关的主要药效学试验，其结果表明，有以下特点：
1、具有良好的耐缺氧、耐寒冷、抗疲劳作用。
2、可调节机体免疫，提高非特异性免疫功能。
3、增强超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性，改善微循环，降低血液粘度。
4、双向调节，改善睡眠，消除疲劳，健脑益智。
本发明治疗慢性疲劳综合症的药物经对100例病人系统临床疗效观察，并选择病史、病情、年龄、性别及原始治疗方法相当的45例患者为对照组进行对比试验。其临床试验结果表明，显效为34％，有效为56％，总有效率达到90％，临床观察中未见任何毒副作用及不良反应，服用安全可靠。
本发明治疗慢性疲劳综合症的中成药由于采用上述技术方案，经对小鼠进行与功能主治有关的主要药效学试验，又经对100例病人系统临床疗效观察，它具有疗效可靠，效果明显，无毒副作用，能有效的治疗慢性疲劳综合症等优点，具有补益心脾、安神益智之功效，系一种治疗慢性疲劳综合症的新中成药。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1：
本发明的药物是由下列具体配方制成(按重量份)：
绞股蓝333份、黄芪133份、延胡索67份、当归65份、人参66份、白术67份、茯苓65份、龙眼肉68份、酸枣仁66份、石菖蒲65份、远志67份、五味子335份、麦冬66.5份、丹参67份、川芎66份、木香67份。
本发明药物的制作方法是：
1、按上述配方将16味中草药材分别按重量份称量配备；
2、将人参、当归、石菖蒲这3味药粉碎成细药粉；
3、将绞股蓝、黄芪、延胡索、白术、茯苓、龙眼肉、酸枣仁、远志、五味子、麦冬、丹参、川芎和木香这13味药共合制成水提取药液，再经浓缩至相对密度为1.35～1.39(50℃～60℃)稠膏；
4、将上述人参、当归、石菖蒲3味药的细药粉加入到浓缩的稠膏中，搅拌均匀，经在60～80℃烘箱干燥、粉碎、制成颗粒剂，经灭菌，分装成胶囊；
5、最后进行检验、外包装，即成为本发明的治疗慢性疲劳综合症的中成药—心神安胶囊。

3、将绞股蓝、黄芪、延胡索、白术、茯苓、龙眼肉、酸枣仁、远志、五味子、麦冬、丹参、川芎和木香这13味药共合加水煎煮两次，第一次加药量8倍重的水，煎煮2小时，第二次再加药量6倍重的水，煎煮1.5小时，合并两次的煎液，过滤，滤液静置20～24小时，即制成水提取药液，再取上清液浓缩至相对密度为1.35～1.39(50℃～60℃)稠膏；
4、将上述人参、当归、石菖蒲3味药的细药粉加入到浓缩的稠膏中，搅拌均匀，制成药丸；
5、最后进行检验、外包装，即成为本发明的治疗慢性疲劳综合症的中成药。
Claims (5)
1、一种治疗慢性疲劳综合症的药物，其特征在于它是由下述重量配比的原料制成的：绞股蓝300～350、黄芪130～150、延胡索60～70、当归50～80、人参50～80、白术60～70、茯苓60～70、龙眼肉60～70、酸枣仁60～70、石菖蒲60～70、远志60～70、五味子300～350、麦冬60～70、丹参60～70、川芎60～70、木香60～70。
2、根据权利要求1所述的治疗慢性疲劳综合症的药物，其特征在于本药物的优选重量(份)配比为：绞股蓝320～340、黄芪130～140、延胡索65～70、当归65～70、人参65～70、白术65～70、茯苓65～70、龙眼肉65～70、酸枣仁65～70、石菖蒲65～70、远志65～70、五味子330～340、麦冬65～70、丹参65～70、川芎65～70、木香65～70。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的治疗慢性疲劳综合症的药物，其特征在于本药剂是任何一种药剂学所说的剂型。
4、根据权利要求3所述的治疗慢性疲劳综合症的药物，其特征在于本药剂是胶囊、药丸、片剂或散剂。
5、根据权利要求1所述的治疗慢性疲劳综合症的药物的制作方法，其特征在于：
a、按配方将16味中草药材分别按重量份称量配备，
b、将人参、当归、石菖蒲这3味药粉碎成细药粉，
c、将绞股蓝、黄芪、延胡索、白术、茯苓、龙眼肉、酸枣仁、远志、五味子、麦冬、丹参、川芎和木香这13味药共合制成水提取药液，再经浓缩至相对密度为1.35～1.39(50℃～60℃)稠膏，
e、将上述人参、当归、石菖蒲3味药的细药粉加入到浓缩的稠膏中，搅拌均匀，制成胶囊、药丸、片剂或散剂即任何一种药剂学所说的剂型，进行分装，
f、最后进行检验、外包装，即成为本发明的治疗慢性疲劳综合症的药物。
