Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗口腔溃疡的药物及其制备方法,其主要是由生地黄、黄芪、山药、玄参、麦门冬、牡丹皮、肉桂、熟地黄、白术、柴胡、升麻、藿香、陈皮、甘草按一定重量配比制备而成,本发明药物具有滋阴降火,除烦解毒的功效,用于治疗口腔溃疡见效快,疗程短,不复发。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗口腔溃疡的药物及其制备方法,属中药领域。
背景技术
口腔溃疡是口腔黏膜疾病中发病率最高的一种疾病,普通感冒、消化不良、精神紧张、郁闷不乐等情况均能偶然引起该病的发生,好发于唇、颊、舌缘等,在黏膜的任何部位均能出现,但在角化完全的附着龈和硬腭则少见。发病年龄一般在10~30岁之间,女性较多,一年四季均能发生。目前,由于西药无法有效治疗口腔溃疡,且长期服用西药有较多副作用,因此,人们对有效治疗口腔溃疡的中药存在很大的需求。
发明内容
本发明人经过反复的研究及临床反复的试验和验证,终于找到了有效治疗口腔溃疡的药物,从而完成了本发明。
本发明的目的就是提供一种能够有效治疗口腔溃疡的组合药物。
本发明的另一个目的就是提供了该组合药物的制备方法。
本发明药物是选择生地黄、黄芪、山药、玄参、麦门冬、牡丹皮、肉桂、熟地黄、白术、柴胡、升麻、藿香、陈皮、甘草、山茱萸、茯苓、泽泻、苍术、红参药物进行组合的,将这些药物组合使得各药物功效产生协同作用,从而能够快速治疗口腔溃疡的复发。其中选用生地黄是因为其性味甘,寒,归心、肝、肾经,有清热凉血,养阴,生津的功能,治热病烦渴,阴虚内热,骨蒸劳热,内热消渴,吐血,衄血,发斑发疹。选用黄芪是因为其性味甘,微温,入肺、脾经,生用有益卫固表,利水消肿,托毒,生肌的功能,治自汗,盗汗,血痹,浮肿,痈疽不溃或溃久敛;炙用有补中益的功能,治内伤劳倦,脾虚泄泻,脱肛,气虚血脱,崩带及一切气衰血虚之症。选用山药是因为其性味甘,平,入肺、脾、肾经,有健脾,补肺,固肾,益精的功能,治脾虚泄泻,久痢,虚劳咳嗽,消渴,遗精、带下,小便频数。选用玄参是因为其性味苦,咸,凉,入肺、肾经,有滋阴,降火,除烦,解毒的功能,治热病烦渴,发斑,骨蒸劳热,夜寐不宁,自汗盗汗,津伤便秘,吐血衄血,咽喉肿痛,痈肿,瘰疬。选用麦门冬是因为其性味甘微苦,寒,入肺、胃、心经,有养阴润肺,清心除烦,益胃生津的功能,治肺燥干咳,吐血,咯血,肺痿,肺痈,虚劳烦热,清渴,热病津伤,咽干口燥,便秘。选用牡丹皮是因为其性味辛苦,凉,入心、肝、肾经,有清热,凉血,和血,消瘀的功能,治热入血分,发斑,惊癎,吐、衄、便血,骨蒸劳热,经闭,癥瘕,痈疡,扑损。选用肉桂是因为其性味辛甘,热,入肾、脾、膀胱经,有补元阳,暖脾胃,除积冷,通血脉的功能,治命门火衰,肢冷脉微,亡阳虚脱,腹痛泄泻,寒疝奔豚,腰膝冷痛,经闭癥瘕,阴疽,流注,及虚阳浮越,上热下寒。选用熟地黄是因为其性味甘,微温,入肝、肾经,有滋阴,补血的功能,治阴虚血少,腰膝痿弱,劳嗽骨蒸,遗精,崩漏,月经不调,消渴,溲数,耳聋,目昏。选用白术是因为其性味苦甘,温,入脾、胃经,有补脾,益胃,燥湿,和中的功能,治脾胃气弱,不思饮食,倦怠少气,虚胀,泄泻,痰饮,水肿,黄疸,湿痹,小便不利,头晕,自汗,胎气不安。选用柴胡是因为其性味苦,凉,入肝、胆经,有和解表里,疏肝,升阳的功能,治寒热往来,胸满胁痛,口苦耳聋,头痛目眩,疟疾,下利脱肛,月经不调,子宫下垂。选用升麻是因为其性味甘辛微苦,凉,入肺、脾、胃经,有升阳,发表,透疹,解毒的功能,治时气疫劳,头痛寒热,喉痛,口疮疤,斑疹不透,中气下陷,久泻久痢,脱肛,妇女崩带,子宫下坠,痈肿疮毒。选用藿香是因为其性味辛,微温,入肺、脾、胃经,有快气,和中,辟秽,祛湿的功能,治感冒暑湿,寒热,头痛,胸脘痞闷,呕吐泄泻,疟疾,痢疾,口臭。选用陈皮是因为其性味苦、辛,温,归肺、脾经,有理气健脾,燥湿化痰的功能,治胸脘胀满,食少吐泻,咳嗽痰多。选用甘草是因为其性味甘,平,入脾、胃、肺经,有和中缓急,润肺,解毒,调和诸药的功能;炙用,治脾胃食少,腹痛便溏,劳倦发热,肺痿咳嗽,心悸,惊癎;生用,治咽喉肿痛,消化性溃疡,痈疸疮疡,解药毒及食物中毒。选用山茱萸是因为其性味酸,微温,入肝、肾经,有补肝肾,涩精气,固虚脱的功能,治腰膝酸痛,眩晕,耳鸣,阳痿,遗精,小便频数,肝虚寒热,虚汗不止,心摇脉散。选用茯苓是因为其性味甘淡,平,入心、脾、肺经,有渗湿利水,益脾和胃,宁心安神的功能,治小便不利水肿胀痛,痰饮咳逆,呕哕,泄泻,遗精,淋浊,惊悸,健忘。选用泽泻是因为其性味甘,寒,入膀胱经,有利水,渗湿,泄热的功能,治小便不利,水肿肛满,呕吐,泻痢,痰饮,脚气,淋病,尿血。选用苍术是因为其性味辛苦,温,入脾、胃经,有健脾,燥湿,解郁,辟秽的功能,治湿盛困脾,倦怠嗜卧,脘痞腹胀,食欲不振,呕吐,泄泻,痢疾,疟疾,痰饮,水肿,时气感冒,风寒湿痹,足痿,夜盲。选用红参是因为其性味甘、微苦,温,归脾、肺、心经,有大补元气,复脉固脱,益气摄血的功能,治体虚欲脱,肢冷脉微,气不摄血,崩漏下血,心力衰竭,心源性休克。
具体实施方式:
本发明组合的药物用量也是发明人经过大量摸索总结得出的,各组分的用量在下述重量范围内都具有较好疗效:

本发明药物的制备方法如下:
一、备料
1、生地黄:取原药材,除去杂质,洗净,稍润,切厚片,干燥,筛去碎屑;
2、蜜炙黄芪:取黄芪片,加炼熟蜂蜜与开水少许,拌匀,稍闷,置锅内用文火炒至变为黄色,不粘手为止,取出,放凉每黄芪片100斤,用炼熟蜂蜜25-30斤;
3、山药:拣净杂质,用水浸泡至山药中心部软化为止,捞出稍晾,切片晒干或烘干;
4、玄参:拣净杂质,除去芦头,洗净润透,切片,晾干;
5、麦门冬:拣净杂质,用水浸泡,捞出,润透后抽去心,再洗净晒干;
6、牡丹皮:拣去杂质,除去木心,洗净,润透,切片,晾干;
7、肉桂:拣净杂质,刮去粗皮,用时打碎,或刮去粗皮,用温开水浸润片刻,切片,晾干;
8、熟地黄:取原药材,蒸至表面乌黑色,取出,晒至八成干时,切片,干燥;
9、白术:拣净杂质,用水浸泡,泡后捞出,润透,切片,晒干;
10、柴胡:拣去杂质,除去残茎,洗净泥沙,捞出,润透后及时切片,晒干;
11、升麻:拣去杂质,略泡洗净,捞出,润透,切片,晒干;
12、藿香:拣去杂质,除去残根及老茎,先将叶摘下另放,茎用水润透,切段,晒干,然后与叶和匀;
13、陈皮:取原药材,除去杂质及变黑的果皮,抢水洗净,润软,切丝,晒干或低温干燥,筛去灰屑;
14、甘草:拣去杂质,洗净,用水浸泡至八成透时,捞出,润透切片,晒干;
15、山茱萸:洗净,除去果核及杂质,晒干;
16、茯苓:用水浸泡,洗净捞出,闷透后,切片,晒干;
17、泽泻:拣去杂质,大小分档,用水浸泡至八成透,捞出,晒凉,闷润至内外湿度均匀,切片,晒干;
18、苍术:拣去杂质,用水泡至七、八成透,捞出,润透后切片,晒干;
19、红参:取原药材,润透,切薄片,干燥。
二、制备
1、将所述重量的生地黄、黄芪、山药、玄参、麦门冬、牡丹皮、肉桂、熟地黄、白术、柴胡、升麻、藿香、陈皮、甘草、山茱萸、茯苓、泽泻、苍术、红参加水煎煮二次,第一次加水6倍量,武火煎煮沸腾10分钟,再用文火煎煮20分钟,过滤得第一次煎煮液,将第一次煎煮液倒入容器内。
2、将第一次过滤后药渣加水4倍量,武火煎煮沸腾,再用文火煎煮25分钟过滤得第二次煎煮液。
3、将两次煎煮液混合,即得药液,将药煮液分为3剂服用。
本发明选用升麻为君药,玄参、藿香为臣药,茯苓为佐,甘草为使,将上述药物与诸药组合制成治疗口腔溃疡的药物。
本发明药物具有滋阴降火,除烦解毒的功效,治疗口腔溃疡见效快、疗程短,不复发。
以下通过试验例来进一步阐述本发明药物的有益效果,这些试验包括本发明药物的动物毒性试验报告和临床观察资料。
[试验例1] 本发明药物的动物毒性试验报告:
取家兔30只,雌雄兼用,体重2.0-2.5kg,分两组,每组20只,其中一组为超剂量试验组,另一组为正常量试验组。超常量组为20ml/kg,正常量为10ml/kg,给药方式为灌胃法给药,每天两次,连服7天,每天观察给药反应,结果表明二组家兔活动、饮食正常,药物无不良毒副作用。
[试验例2] 本发明药物的临床观察资料:
1、一般资料:
收治门诊患者40例。
2、诊断标准:
临床表现:
初起病变处敏感或出现针尖样大小或稍大的充血区,短期内即形成直径在2~4mm左右,圆形或椭圆形,边界清晰的浅小溃疡。中心微凹陷,表面覆有一层淡黄色假膜,溃疡周围黏膜充血呈红晕状,其底扪之不硬。溃疡形成后有较剧烈的烧灼痛。溃疡周围红晕,局部有剧烈疼痛及可伴局部淋巴结肿大、发热等。病程常在月余以上。愈后遗留瘢痕,严重者可形成组织缺损或畸形。
3、治疗方法
选用上述药剂,给患者服用,每次服用1剂,每天早、中、晚各服1次,7天为一个疗程,连续服用2个疗程。
4、疗效评定标准
显效:口腔溃疡消除,观察半年后无复发;
好转:口腔溃疡症状明显好转;
无效:症状无改善,达不到好转标准者。
5、治疗结果
在上述的治疗中,用本发明药物治疗口腔溃疡患者40例,结果显效38例,显效率为95%,好转1例,好转率为2.5%,无效1例,总有效率为97.5%。

1.一种治疗口腔溃疡的药物,其特征求在于:它是由下列重量范围内的原料药制成:
生地黄 20-24克 黄 芪 20-24克 山 药 20-24克
玄 参 10-15克 麦门冬 10-15克 牡丹皮 10-15克
肉 桂 10-15克 熟地黄 15-20克 白 术 15-20克
柴 胡 4-6克 升 麻 4-6克 藿 香 4-6克
陈 皮 8-10克 甘 草 8-10克 山茱萸 8-10克
茯 苓 8-10克 泽 泻 8-10克 苍 术 8-10克
红 参 8-10克。
2.根据权利要求1所述的药物,其中各原料药的用量为:
生地黄 22克 黄 芪 22克 山 药 22克
玄 参 13克 麦门冬 13克 牡丹皮 13克
肉 桂 13克 熟地黄 17克 白 术 17克
柴 胡 5克 升 麻 5克 藿 香 5克

3.根据权利要求1或2所述药物的制备方法,其特征在于:它包括下列步骤:
一、备料

10、柴胡:拣去杂质,除去残茎,洗净泥沙,捞出,润透后及时切片,晒干;
