背景技术
天然黑色素主要存在于植物中,我国利用黑色素有悠久的历史,中医理论中黑色属水、肾,故认为长食用黑色食品可益肾生发,例如深受大众喜爱的乌鸡等食品的保健作用与其所含的黑色素是密不可分的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种富含天然黑色素的饮料,解决现在市场上缺少富含天然黑色素饮料的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种富含天然黑色素的饮料,是由下列重量份数的食品为原料制备获得的:
黑芝麻12~18     黑玉米12~18     黑薯12~18
黑木耳8~12      黑豆8~12        海带8~12
枸杞   3~7      何首乌8~12      胡桃仁2~6
山楂   2~6       红糖 1~2。
本发明的一种富含天然黑色素的饮料的制备方法是:将上述重量份数的黑芝麻、黑玉米、黑薯、黑木耳、黑豆、海带、枸杞、何首乌、胡桃仁、山楂洗净,放入搅拌设备中打碎,加入1~2重量份数的红糖,使用30~100摄氏度的火加热30分钟,放置于30~40摄氏度的环境中发酵5~7天,压榨过滤,灭菌消毒得到饮料产品。
本发明配方原料中,黑芝麻、黑玉米、黑薯、黑木耳、黑豆、海带、何首乌富含丰富的天然黑色素,同时都富含各种微量元素,添加枸杞补虚益精,清热明目;胡桃仁补肾温肺,润肠通便,并使用红糖进行调味,本发明的饮料通过发酵制得,发酵过程中可以有效的提取上述原料中的天然黑色素,从而制备到的富含天然黑素的饮料。
本发明饮料无任何添加剂,营养丰富,可以增补人体内黑色素营养成分,补肾强身,调理各脏腑功能,促进人体内各系统新陈代谢,增强抗病能力,提高免疫功能,预防和治疗各种疾病的产生和发展,有益于人体健康,延缓衰老,功效显著。
具体实施方式
实施例1
取120克的黑芝麻、120克的黑玉米、120克的黑薯、80克的黑木耳、80克的黑豆、80克的海带、30克的枸杞、80克的何首乌、20克的胡桃仁、20克的山楂混合洗净,放入搅拌设备中打碎,加入10克的红糖,使用30摄氏度的火加热30分钟,放置于30摄氏度的环境中发酵5天,压榨过滤,灭菌消毒得到饮料产品。
实施例2
取180克的黑芝麻、180克的黑玉米、180克的黑薯、120克的黑木耳、120克的黑豆、120克的海带、70克的枸杞、120克的何首乌、60克的胡桃仁、60克的山楂混合洗净,放入搅拌设备中打碎,加入20克的红糖,使用100摄氏度的火加热30分钟,放置于40摄氏度的环境中发酵7天,压榨过滤,灭菌消毒得到饮料产品。

山楂   2~6       红糖 1~2。
