Abstract

本发明涉及联栋温室充气保温系统,包括横向架体、竖向架体、顶盖、充气保温系统、转动轴,所述竖向架体左右设置,所述竖向架体上设有横向架体,所述横向架体上设有顶盖;所述横向架体左右两侧设有转动轴,所述竖向架体顶端设有转动轴,所述充气保温系统包括压气机、除尘器、除水器、干燥器、恒压及泄气控制系统、保温被,所述压气机、除尘器、除水器、干燥器、恒压及泄气控制系统、保温被通过管路依次连接;所述保温被设置于所述横向架体和竖向架体内。本发明所述联栋温室充气保温系统的优越效果在于:结构简单、制造成本及维护成本低,且独立气室空气层稳定,不易形成空气对流,提高了保温性能。

联栋温室充气保温系统
技术领域
本发明涉及保温技术领域,特别涉及联栋温室充气保温系统。
背景技术
大型联栋温室已在荷兰、以色列、德国、美国等发达国家发展精细农业中广为利用,成为现代化农业的主要生产方式之一。近些年,中国从国外引进了许多现代化联栋温室,但是大多都能源消耗大,管理不善,最终不能维持。
夜间,由于联栋温室上屋面及四周侧面传出的热量较多,且由于联栋温室很难加装外层覆盖物,内保温系统仅仅是一层或者多层薄薄的保温材料,且无法密闭,导致联栋温室冬季由于内外温差大,保温性能差,冬季保持稳定能耗高,冬季无法正常越冬生产。
针对上述弊端,本发明提出一种联栋温室充气保温系统。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中的缺陷,本发明提出一种联栋温室充气保温系统。所述联栋温室充气保温系统通过柔性结合槽与横向架体、竖向架体相连,使保温被在联栋温室的内部上层、四周侧壁形成一层稳定的多层空气保温层,最大限度的保证温室内部的热量,减少温室热逃逸。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
联栋温室充气保温系统,包括横向架体、竖向架体、顶盖、充气保温系统、转动轴,所述竖向架体左右设置,所述竖向架体上设有横向架体,所述横向架体上设有顶盖;所述横向架体左右两侧设有转动轴,所述竖向架体顶端设有转动轴,所述充气保温系统包括压气机、除尘器、除水器、干燥器、恒压及泄气控制系统、保温被,所述压气机、除尘器、除水器、干燥器、恒压及泄气控制系统、保温被通过管路依次连接;所述保温被设置于所述横向架体和竖向架体内。
优选为,所述恒压及泄气控制系统设有泄气阀,所述泄气阀能够控制所述恒压及泄气控制系统向所述气室输入压力恒定的气体。
优选为,所述转动轴上设有牵引绳。
优选为,所述保温被是充气保温被。
优选为,所述顶盖呈三角形状。
优选为,所述顶盖是半球体。
优选为,所述保温被内部呈蜂窝状。
优选为,所述保温被内部呈多重田字状。
优选为,所述保温被外部设有热辐射反射镀层。
优选为,所述保温被外部设有外硬内柔上下左右端密封的柔性结合槽,具有密封保温功能。
与现有技术相比,本发明所述联栋温室充气保温系统的优越效果在于:所述联栋温室充气保温系统通过柔性结合槽与横向架体、竖向架体相连,使保温被在联栋温室的内部上层、四周侧壁形成一层稳定的多层空气保温层,最大限度的保证温室内部的热量,减少温室热逃逸;结构简单、制造成本及维护成本低,不易形成空气对流,提高了保温性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明具体实施方式作进一步详细说明。
如附图1-5所示,联栋温室充气保温系统,包括横向架体1、竖向架体2、顶盖3、充气保温系统4、转动轴5,所述竖向架体2左右设置,所述竖向架体2上设有横向架体1,所述横向架体1上设有顶盖3;所述横向架体1左右两侧设有转动轴5,所述竖向架体2顶端设有转动轴5,所述充气保温系统4包括压气机41、除尘器42、除水器43、干燥器44、恒压及泄气控制系统45、保温被46,所述压气机41、除尘器42、除水器43、干燥器44、恒压及泄气控制系统45、保温被46通过管路(图中未示)依次连接;所述保温被46设置于所述横向架体1和竖向架体2内。
所述转动轴5上设有牵引绳(图中未示)。
所述顶盖3呈三角形状。所述顶盖3呈半球状。
所述恒压及泄气控制系统45设有泄气阀(图中未示),所述泄气阀能够控制所述恒压及泄气控制系统45向所述保温被46输入压力恒定的气体。
所述保温被46内部呈蜂窝状。所述保温被46内部呈多重田字状。
所述保温被46是充气保温被。
所述保温被46外部设有热辐射反射镀层(图中未示)。
所述保温被46外部设有外硬内柔上下左右端密封的柔性结合槽6。所述柔性结合槽6具有密封保温功能。
将所述保温被46置于联栋温室横向架体1上,所述保温被46左端固定,右端与转动轴5连接,所述转动轴5上设有牵引绳,用电机(图中未示)牵引转动轴5移动,启动所述压气机41,外部空气经压气机41依次经过除尘器42、除水器43、干燥器44,最后进入恒压及泄气控制系统45。所述除尘器42对空气除尘,所述除水器43对空气除水,所述干燥器44对空气干燥,经过所述恒压及泄气控制系统45后,经处理后的空气进入保温被46,经过不断加压,所述保温被46形成稳定的形状,并把所述保温被46涨开,同时与柔性结合槽结合,达到密封保温的效果。当所述保温被46达到设定压力时,所述压气机41停止工作;当保温被46压力不足则压气机41重新开始工作。
所述转动轴5带动横向架体1上的保温被46左右移动,带动竖向架体2上的保温被46上下移动。
晴天时,所述转动轴5带动横向架体1上的保温被46向一端移动,带动竖向架体2上的保温被46向上移动,利用太阳光照射,同时通过泄气阀泄压;
阴天或夜晚时,所述转动轴5带动保温被46向相反的移动,并启动所述压气机41,直到所述保温被46达到设定的压力,室内起到保温效果。
本发明所述的压气机41、除尘器42、除水器43、干燥器44、泄气阀均为现有技术中的设备。
本发明并不限于上述实施方式,在不背离本发明的实质内容的情况下,本领域技术人员可以想到的任何变形、改进、替换均落入本发明的范围。

Claims (8)

1.联栋温室充气保温系统,包括横向架体、竖向架体、顶盖、充气保温系统、转动轴,其特征在于,所述竖向架体左右设置,所述竖向架体上设有横向架体,所述横向架体上设有顶盖;所述横向架体左右两侧设有转动轴,所述竖向架体顶端设有转动轴,所述充气保温系统包括压气机、除尘器、除水器、干燥器、恒压及泄气控制系统、保温被,所述压气机、除尘器、除水器、干燥器、恒压及泄气控制系统、保温被通过管路依次连接;所述保温被设置于所述横向架体和竖向架体内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的联栋温室充气保温系统,其特征在于,所述恒压及泄气控制系统设有泄气阀。
3.根据权利要求1所述的联栋温室充气保温系统,其特征在于,所述转动轴上设有牵引绳。
4.根据权利要求1所述的联栋温室充气保温系统,其特征在于,所述顶盖呈三角形状。
5.根据权利要求1所述的联栋温室充气保温系统,其特征在于,所述顶盖是半球体。
6.根据权利要求1所述的联栋温室充气保温系统,其特征在于,所述保温被内部呈蜂窝状。
