Abstract

一种六边形组合充气保温膜,它将上层簿膜制成六边形,将下层簿膜也制成六边形,在下层簿膜的适当位置安上气嘴,沿六边形边缘位置将上下两层簿膜粘接,形成独立的六边形双层簿膜区间,多个独立的六边形双层簿膜区间横向连续。通过气嘴分别给每一个独立的六边形双层簿膜区间充入等压空气,即形成完整的六边形充气保温膜。它的特点是:应用在农业大棚和临时建筑,解决了以往只能实现单层膜保温的不足,达到了大面积多层保温的效果。此充气保温膜,自身重量轻、造价低、保温效果好、制作过程简单。

背景技术
目前,现有农业大棚多采用单层塑料薄膜覆盖在成形的大棚骨架上进行保温。为了实现多层保温,通常的做法是在大棚的外面要加草帘、棉被等物覆盖,这就会增加保温成本,投入较多的人力管理。
发明内容
为了克服上述存在的不足,本实用新型的目的是要提供一种六边形组合充气保温膜,它自身重量轻、造价低、保温效果好,并能有效地降低寒冷地区冬季农业生产成本,延长耕种期。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:保温膜设有六边形上层薄膜、六边形下层薄膜和气嘴。把六边形上层薄膜和六边形下层薄膜的边缘上下粘接,形成独立的六边形双层薄膜区间,多个独立的六边形双层薄膜区间横向连续,构成六边形组合充气保温膜。在每一个独立的六边形双层薄膜区间的下层薄膜设有一个气嘴,通过气嘴分别给每一个独立的六边形双层薄膜区间充入等压空气,即可达到大面积多层保温隔热的效果。
由于采用了上述的设计方案,本实用新型的有益效果是:制造简单,可粘接修补,保温效果好、造价低。在原有大棚骨架和棚膜的基础上将原有棚膜改换成此充气保温膜,即可达到充分利用光能和大面积多层保温的效果。

具体实施方式
首先将上薄膜2制成等边六边形,将下层薄膜3制成等边六边形,在下层薄膜3的适当位置按上气嘴5,将上下两层薄膜2、3沿边缘位置粘接,即形成独立的六边形双层薄膜区间4,多个独立的六边形双层薄膜区间4横向连续。通过气嘴5分别给每一个独立的六边形双层薄膜区间4充入等压空气,将此充气膜覆盖在原有大棚骨架上,端头部份用固定物压实,即形成完整的充气保温膜整体。应用此膜,可达到多层膜保温隔热的效果。

1.一种六边形组合充气保温膜,包括上层簿膜(2)、下层簿膜(3)、气嘴(5),其特征是将上层簿膜(2)制成六边形,将下层簿膜(3)制成六边形,把六边形上层簿膜(2)和六边形下层簿膜(3)的边缘上下粘接,形成独立的六边形双层簿膜区间(4),给每一个独立的六边形双层簿膜区间(4)充入等压空气,多个独立的六边形双层簿膜区间(4)横向连续构成了充气保温膜整体。
