背景技术
现有的地板多采用不带锁扣且安装过程中不需要施用胶水而直接铺装的地板。这种免胶地板一般着重于背面的防滑效果,并且通过地板背面特殊的压纹来达到防滑效果,如中国发明专利申请第CN102561657A号。对于免胶地板而言,即便是再好的防滑效果,地板四周都需要靠墙安装或者进行固定,因此过度追求地板背面的防滑效果并无太大意义。
免胶地板在技术上主要面临以下关键问题:
1.       当地面不平整时,地板是否会有高低差:由于地面不可能完全平整,而免胶地板又无胶水与锁扣,当地面稍有不平,对接缝处的高低差的控制就很关键;
2.       地板长期使用时是否会产生边角翘曲的情况:由于地板是由多层不同配方材质的原材料构成,由于温度的变化,在不同材料应力的互相作用下,地板极有可能产生边角翘曲的问题,造成安装失败;
3.       地板的收缩膨胀问题:任何塑胶地板都会产生收缩膨胀,如何最大范围地控制地板的尺寸变化,使地板在长期使用过程中,尽量减少离缝就很变为非常关键。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明公开了一种整体柔韧性好,并且背面的防滑性达到均衡,且不易翘曲和翘角以及整体收缩膨胀水平更加优越的免胶防滑塑胶地板及其制造法,该地板可以自然服帖于地面。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种免胶防滑塑胶地板,由上至下依次包括耐磨层,印刷层,PVC中料层,玻璃纤维,PVC中料层,PVC底料层和PVC防滑层,其中PVC中料的成分组成为:聚氯乙烯树脂重量百分比为13~15.42%,碳酸钙重量百分比为74~75.55%,塑化剂重量百分比为10~11%,稳定剂重量百分比为0.25~0.28%,炭黑的重量百分比为0.2~0.3%,其中PVC底料的成分组成为:聚氯乙烯树脂重量百分比为34.7~40%,碳酸钙重量百分比为34~40%,塑化剂重量百分比为24~24.9%,稳定剂重量百分比为0.7~0.8%,炭黑的重量百分比为0.4~0.5%。
进一步的,聚氯乙烯树脂重量百分比为13%,碳酸钙重量百分比为75.55%,塑化剂重量百分比为11%,稳定剂重量百分比为0.25%,炭黑的重量百分比为0.2%,其中PVC底料的成分组成为:聚氯乙烯树脂重量百分比为34.7%,碳酸钙重量百分比为40%,塑化剂重量百分比为24%,稳定剂重量百分比为0.8%,炭黑的重量百分比为0.5%。
进一步的,聚氯乙烯树脂重量百分比为15.42%,碳酸钙重量百分比为74%,塑化剂重量百分比为10%,稳定剂重量百分比为0.28%,炭黑的重量百分比为0.3%,其中PVC底料的成分组成为:聚氯乙烯树脂重量百分比为40%,碳酸钙重量百分比为34%,塑化剂重量百分比为24.9%,稳定剂重量百分比为0.7%,炭黑的重量百分比为0.4%。
进一步的,在耐磨层上面还包括PU涂层。
一种免胶防滑塑胶地板的制造方法,包括:
步骤1:按照顺序从上到下铺装耐磨层2,印刷层3,PVC中料层4,玻璃纤维5,PVC中料层6,PVC底料层7和PVC防滑层8;
步骤2:铺装完成后经行车推进油压机台烧制,烧制的温度为125~130℃,烧制过程分三段压力过程:第一段压力为30 kg/cm2,烧制时间为40 min,第二段压力为50kg/cm2,烧制时间为4分钟,第三段压力为70 kg/cm2,烧制时间为15分钟;
步骤3:冷却后下模拆除;
步骤4:回火工艺,出片温度为大于95℃。
进一步的,在步骤1中耐磨层2上面还包括PU涂层。
本发明所能实现的有益效果为:
1. 通过免胶防滑塑胶地板整体配方的调整搭配与优化,达到整体地板的柔韧性,以及使地板背面的防滑性达到均衡,即便地板在遇到地面稍有不平的情况下,也能够利用本身材料的柔韧性使其自然服帖于地面。
2. 地板本身做的略微起拱,使地板即便在温度的变化中,由于应力的作用或者地面不平的因素都不会产生翘曲和翘角。由于地板自重的原因,轻微的起拱不会造成任何表面外观上的问题,只会使地板更加服帖,省却了大量的人工安装成本。
3. 通过在地板中增加玻璃纤维,结合生产工艺中加大回火温度的控制,来达到地板的整体收缩膨胀水平更加优越。避免该地板由于没有锁扣和没有胶水而在长期使用过程中导致离缝过大的问题。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述:
请参阅图1,本发明一种免胶防滑塑胶地板从上至下依次包括PU涂层1,耐磨层2,印刷层3,PVC中料层4,玻璃纤维5,PVC中料层6,PVC底料层7和PVC防滑层8。免胶防滑塑胶地板的PU涂层1,耐磨层2,印刷层3和PVC防滑层8均采用的现有的免胶防滑塑胶地板的成分。在两层PVC中料层4和PVC中料层6之间新增加了玻璃纤维5。对PVC中料层4,PVC中料层6和PVC底料层7的成分组成做了改进。
其中,地板的PVC中料层4和PVC中料层6的成分组成如表一所示:

本发明一种免胶防滑塑胶地板的制造方法包括如下步骤:
步骤1:按照顺序从上到下铺装耐磨层2,印刷层3,PVC中料层4,玻璃纤维5,PVC中料层6,PVC底料层7和PVC防滑层8;
步骤2:铺装完成后经行车推进油压机台烧制,烧制的温度为125~130℃,烧制过程分三段压力过程:第一段压力为30 kg/cm2,烧制时间为40 min,第二段压力为50kg/cm2,烧制时间为4分钟,第三段压力为70 kg/cm2,烧制时间为15分钟;

        在以上步骤1中耐磨层2上面还包括PU涂层。
以上通过免胶防滑塑胶地板整体配方的调整搭配与优化,使得本发明达到整体地板的柔韧性,以及使地板背面的防滑性达到均衡,即便地板在遇到地面稍有不平的情况下,也能够利用本身材料的柔韧性使其自然服帖于地面。
另外,本发明将地板本身做的略微起拱,使地板即便在温度的变化中,由于应力的作用或者地面不平的因素都不会产生翘曲和翘角,本发明中加热翘曲指数为小于0.5mm,完全符合欧标EN434的标准。另外,本发明中加热尺寸稳定性小于0.08%,完全符合欧标EN434的标准。由于地板自重的原因,轻微的起拱不会造成任何表面外观上的问题,只会使地板更加服帖,省却了大量的人工安装成本。
再者,通过在地板中增加玻璃纤维5,结合制造方法中加大回火温度超过95℃的控制,来达到地板的整体收缩膨胀水平更加优越。避免该地板由于没有锁扣和没有胶水而在长期使用过程中导致离缝过大的问题。
本发明的技术范围不仅仅局限于上述说明中的内容,本领域技术人员可以在不脱离本发明技术思想的前提下,对上述实施例进行多种变形和修改,而这些变形和修改均应当属于本发明的范围内。

Claims (6)

1.一种免胶防滑塑胶地板,其特征在于:由上至下依次包括耐磨层,印刷层,PVC中料层,玻璃纤维,PVC中料层,PVC底料层和PVC防滑层,其中PVC中料的成分组成为:聚氯乙烯树脂重量百分比为13~15.42%,碳酸钙重量百分比为74~75.55%,塑化剂重量百分比为10~11%,稳定剂重量百分比为0.25~0.28%,炭黑的重量百分比为0.2~0.3%,其中PVC底料的成分组成为:聚氯乙烯树脂重量百分比为34.7~40%,碳酸钙重量百分比为34~40%,塑化剂重量百分比为24~24.9%,稳定剂重量百分比为0.7~0.8%,炭黑的重量百分比为0.4~0.5%。
2. 如权利要求1所述的免胶防滑塑胶地板,其特征在于:聚氯乙烯树脂重量百分比为13%,碳酸钙重量百分比为75.55%,塑化剂重量百分比为11%,稳定剂重量百分比为0.25%,炭黑的重量百分比为0.2%,其中PVC底料的成分组成为:聚氯乙烯树脂重量百分比为34.7%,碳酸钙重量百分比为40%,塑化剂重量百分比为24%,稳定剂重量百分比为0.8%,炭黑的重量百分比为0.5%。
3. 如权利要求1所述的免胶防滑塑胶地板,其特征在于:聚氯乙烯树脂重量百分比为15.42%,碳酸钙重量百分比为74%,塑化剂重量百分比为10%,稳定剂重量百分比为0.28%,炭黑的重量百分比为0.3%,其中PVC底料的成分组成为:聚氯乙烯树脂重量百分比为40%,碳酸钙重量百分比为34%,塑化剂重量百分比为24.9%,稳定剂重量百分比为0.7%,炭黑的重量百分比为0.4%。
4. 如权利要求3所述的免胶防滑塑胶地板,其特征在于:在耐磨层上面还包括PU涂层。
5. 一种免胶防滑塑胶地板的制造方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
步骤1:按照顺序从上到下铺装耐磨层2,印刷层3,PVC中料层4,玻璃纤维5,PVC中料层6,PVC底料层7和PVC防滑层8;
步骤2:铺装完成后经行车推进油压机台烧制,烧制的温度为125~130℃,烧制过程分三段压力过程:第一段压力为30 kg/cm2,烧制时间为40 min,第二段压力为50kg/cm2,烧制时间为4分钟,第三段压力为70 kg/cm2,烧制时间为15分钟;
步骤3:冷却后下模拆除;
