背景技术
PVC地板是以聚氯乙烯为主要原料,加入填料、增塑剂、稳定剂、着色剂等辅料制成的地板。通常的PVC地板都具有多层结构,一般包括耐磨层、印花膜层、中料层、基料层等多层结构。PVC地板根据主体层材质不同分为石塑地板和木塑地板。现有的石塑地板一般密度较大,重量较重,脚感不够好。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,提供一种秸秆塑胶地板及其制备方法,密度较小,重量较轻,从而改善脚感。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供一种秸秆塑胶地板,包括从下到上依次设置的第一石塑层、秸秆石塑层、第二石塑层、彩膜层和耐磨层;
所述秸秆石塑层由以下重量份的原料制成:聚氯乙烯42-54份,秸秆粉28-36份,碳酸钙20-40份,钙锌复合稳定剂3-5份,硬脂酸0.3-0.5份,聚乙烯蜡0.4-0.6份;

分别混合石塑层的原料和秸秆石塑层的原料;
将混合后的石塑层的原料和秸秆石塑层的原料分别都经过五个加温区进行预热,五个加温区的温度依次为先减小后增加,最终的温度为150-180℃;
将预热后的秸秆石塑层的原料挤出为一层,将预热后的石塑层的原料通过分配器挤出为两层,两层石塑层分别为第一石塑层和第二石塑层,第一石塑层挤出于秸秆石塑层的下方,第二石塑层挤出于秸秆石塑层的上方,第一石塑层、秸秆石塑层和第二石塑层形成共挤层半成品;
将共挤层半成品移动至一组控制厚度的压辊之间压制成型,压辊的温度为180℃-200℃;然后共挤层半成品和彩膜层、耐磨层一起通过一组压制花纹的压纹辊压制成型,即可得到秸秆塑胶地板。
于本发明一实施例中,五个加温区的温度依次为:第一区165-195℃,第二区160-195℃,第三区145-175℃,第四区140-170℃,第五区150-180℃。

实施例3
一种秸秆塑胶地板,包括从下到上依次设置的第一石塑层、秸秆石塑层、第二石塑层、彩膜层和耐磨层。
该秸秆塑胶地板采用以下方法制备:
按照以下重量份的组分混合石塑层的原料:聚合度为700的聚氯乙烯80份,碳酸钙160份,钙锌复合稳定剂8份,氯化聚乙烯6份,硬脂酸0.65份,丙烯酸酯类树脂2份,聚乙烯蜡0.8份,炭黑0.35份。按照以下重量份的组分混合秸秆石塑层的原料:聚氯乙烯54份,秸秆粉36份,碳酸钙40份,钙锌复合稳定剂5份,硬脂酸0.5份,聚乙烯蜡0.6份。
将混合后的石塑层的原料和秸秆石塑层的原料分别都经过五个加温区进行预热,五个加温区的温度依次为:第一区195℃,第二区192℃,第三区175℃,第四区170℃,第五区180℃。
将预热后的秸秆石塑层的原料挤出为一层,将预热后的石塑层的原料通过分配器挤出为两层,两层石塑层分别为第一石塑层和第二石塑层,第一石塑层挤出于秸秆石塑层的下方,第二石塑层挤出于秸秆石塑层的上方,第一石塑层、秸秆石塑层和第二石塑层形成共挤层半成品;
将共挤层半成品移动至一组控制厚度的压辊之间压制成型,压辊的温度为200℃;然后共挤层半成品和彩膜层、耐磨层一起通过一组压制花纹的压纹辊压制成型,即可得到秸秆塑胶地板。
实施例4
一种秸秆塑胶地板,包括从下到上依次设置的第一石塑层、秸秆石塑层、第二石塑层、彩膜层和耐磨层。
该秸秆塑胶地板采用以下方法制备:
按照以下重量份的组分混合石塑层的原料:聚合度为700的聚氯乙烯75份,碳酸钙155份,钙锌复合稳定剂7份,氯化聚乙烯5份,硬脂酸0.55份,丙烯酸酯类树脂2份,聚乙烯蜡0.7份,炭黑0.3份。按照以下重量份的组分混合秸秆石塑层的原料:聚氯乙烯51份,秸秆粉34份,碳酸钙35份,钙锌复合稳定剂4份,硬脂酸0.5份,聚乙烯蜡0.5份。
将混合后的石塑层的原料和秸秆石塑层的原料分别都经过五个加温区进行预热,五个加温区的温度依次为:第一区180℃,第二区170℃,第三区165℃,第四区155℃,第五区170℃。

按照以下重量份的组分混合石塑层的原料:聚合度为700的聚氯乙烯75份,碳酸钙145份,钙锌复合稳定剂6份,氯化聚乙烯4份,硬脂酸0.4份,丙烯酸酯类树脂1份,聚乙烯蜡0.6份,炭黑0.3份。按照以下重量份的组分混合秸秆石塑层的原料:聚氯乙烯45份,秸秆粉30份,碳酸钙25份,钙锌复合稳定剂3份,硬脂酸0.4份,聚乙烯蜡0.5份。

一种石塑地板,包括从下到上依次设置的石塑基材层、彩膜层和耐磨层。
该石塑地板采用以下方法制备:
按照以下重量份的组分混合石塑基材层的原料:聚氯乙烯40份,碳酸钙100份,钙锌稳定剂5份,硬脂酸0.5份,聚乙烯蜡0.5份,丙烯酸酯类树脂3份,氯化聚乙烯3份。
将混合后的石塑基材层的原料分别都经过五个加温区进行预热,五个加温区的温度依次为:第一区175℃,第二区170℃,第三区155℃,第四区150℃,第五区160℃。
将预热后的石塑基材层的原料挤出为一层,经过一组控制厚度的压辊压制成型,压辊的温度为180℃;然后石塑基材层和彩膜层、耐磨层一起通过一组压制花纹的压纹辊压制成型,即可得到石塑地板。
检测实施例1-5以及对比例1的地板的性能,测试结果如下表1所示。
密度检测:按照EN434标准检测地板的密度。
翘曲情况检测:在50℃下放置一定时间,检查其变形翘曲的程度。

从上表1可知,本实施例1-5的秸秆塑胶地板密度较低,翘曲小,更耐高温,性能更加稳定,从而具有更长的使用寿命。

Claims (7)

1.一种秸秆塑胶地板,其特征在于,包括从下到上依次设置的第一石塑层、秸秆石塑层、第二石塑层、彩膜层和耐磨层;
所述秸秆石塑层由以下重量份的原料制成:聚氯乙烯42-54份,秸秆粉28-36份,碳酸钙20-40份,钙锌复合稳定剂3-5份,硬脂酸0.3-0.5份,聚乙烯蜡0.4-0.6份;
所述第一石塑层和所述第二石塑层均由以下重量份的原料制成:聚氯乙烯70-80份,碳酸钙140-160份,钙锌复合稳定剂6-8份,氯化聚乙烯4-6份,硬脂酸0.35-0.65份,丙烯酸酯类树脂1-2份,聚乙烯蜡0.6-0.8份,炭黑0.25-0.35份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的秸秆塑胶地板,其特征在于,所述第一石塑层和所述第二石塑层的原料中,聚氯乙烯采用聚合度为700的聚氯乙烯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的秸秆塑胶地板,其特征在于,所述秸秆石塑层由以下重量份的原料制成:秸秆粉80份,碳酸钙30份,钙锌复合稳定剂4份,硬脂酸0.4份,聚乙烯蜡0.5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的秸秆塑胶地板,其特征在于,所述第一石塑层和所述第二石塑层均由以下重量份的原料制成:聚氯乙烯75份,碳酸钙150份,钙锌复合稳定剂7份,氯化聚乙烯5份,硬脂酸0.5份,丙烯酸酯类树脂1.5份,聚乙烯蜡0.7份,炭黑0.3份。
5.一种秸秆塑胶地板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
分别混合石塑层的原料和秸秆石塑层的原料;
将混合后的石塑层的原料和秸秆石塑层的原料分别都经过五个加温区进行预热,五个加温区的温度依次为先减小后增加,最终的温度为150-180℃;
将预热后的秸秆石塑层的原料挤出为一层,将预热后的石塑层的原料通过分配器挤出为两层,两层石塑层分别为第一石塑层和第二石塑层,第一石塑层挤出于秸秆石塑层的下方,第二石塑层挤出于秸秆石塑层的上方,第一石塑层、秸秆石塑层和第二石塑层形成共挤层半成品;
将共挤层半成品移动至一组控制厚度的压辊之间压制成型,压辊的温度为180℃-200℃;然后共挤层半成品和彩膜层、耐磨层一起通过一组压制花纹的压纹辊压制成型,即可得到秸秆塑胶地板。
6.根据权利要求5所述的秸秆塑胶地板的制备方法,其特征在于,五个加温区的温度依次为:第一区165-195℃,第二区160-195℃,第三区145-175℃,第四区140-170℃,第五区150-180℃。
7.根据权利要求6所述的秸秆塑胶地板的制备方法,其特征在于,五个加温区的温度依次为:第一区180℃,第二区170℃,第三区160℃,第四区145℃,第五区165℃。
