一种轻质塑胶地板及其生产工艺
技术领域:
本发明涉及地板领域,具体讲是一种轻质塑胶地板及其生产工艺。
背景技术:
使用聚氯乙烯(PVC)等石油类树脂的地板广泛地应用于住宅、豪宅、公寓、办公室或店铺等建筑物中。但这种塑胶地板重量重,由于质感较硬,脚感也不好。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种重量轻,脚感好的轻质塑胶地板地板。
本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种轻质塑胶地板,包括PP或PE发泡层,PP或PE发泡层的上表面和下表面分别复合有TPU层。
作为优选,PP或PE发泡层还可以替代为HDPE发泡层。
作为优选,TPU层由TPU混合料挤出成型,TPU混合料由以下重量份数的原料组成,TPU 80-120份;稳定剂2-4份;PE蜡1-1.5份;硬脂酸1-1.5份;石粉40-80份;CPE2-4份。
作为优选,PP或PE发泡层分别由PP混合料或PE混合料发泡挤出成型,PP混合料由以下重量份数的原料组成,PP 80-100份,PP发泡剂3-8份,抗氧剂1-5份,硬脂酸2-5份,丙烯酸共聚物0.1-3份,增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二辛酯0.1-1.5份;PE混合料由以下重量份数的原料组成,PE 80-100份,PE发泡剂3-8份,抗氧剂1-5份,硬脂酸2-5份,丙烯酸共聚物0.1-3份,增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二辛酯0.1-1.5份,交联剂0.5-1.6份。
作为优选,HDPE发泡层由HDPE混合料发泡挤出成型,HDPE混合料由以下重量份数的原料组成,HDPE 80-100份,PE发泡剂1-5份,抗氧剂1-5份,硬脂酸2-5份,丙烯酸共聚物0.1-3份,增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二辛酯0.1-1.6份,交联剂0.5-2.6份。
作为优选,其厚度为5~12mm。
本发明还提供一种轻质塑胶地板的生产工艺,包括以下步骤,
步骤一,原料准备,将TPU混合料与PP混合料或PE混合料分别准备好后投入挤出机;
步骤二,熔融塑化,将步骤一中的原料分别在主机和辅机中熔融塑化;
步骤三,熔融物料分配,将步骤二中的熔融原料进入熔体泵并进行分配共挤;
步骤四,定坯,经分配的熔融物料进入模具中,并挤出成型为从上到下依次为TPU层、PP或PE发泡层和TPU层的板材坯料;
步骤五,辊压或3D打印,板材坯料表面纹理设置;
步骤六,分片和开槽。
进一步的,步骤一中的PP混合料或PE混合料替代为HDPE混合料。
进一步的,还可根据所需制作形成成品的颜色在各混合料中添加相同或不同的着色料。
采用以上方案后与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:本发明利用热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶(TPU)隔热、耐磨、耐刮、耐污的特性,结合聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)发泡成型后轻质的特点,进行完美结合,使得本发明的地板既轻质又具有良好脚感,其重量仅为现有技术PVC塑胶板重量的十分之一到七分之一,且隔热效果好,耐磨、耐污,同时,生产该产品的工艺简单易行,通过共挤方式成型,复合效果好。

具体实施方式:
下面就具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例一
如图1所示,一种轻质塑胶地板,包括PP发泡层1,PP发泡层1的上表面和下表面分别复合有TPU层2。其中,TPU层由TPU混合料挤出成型,TPU混合料由以下重量份数的原料组成,TPU 80份;稳定剂2份;PE蜡1.5份;硬脂酸1.5份;石粉40份;CPE2份;PP混合料由以下重量份数的原料组成,PP 00份,PP发泡剂5份,抗氧剂3份,硬脂酸2份,丙烯酸共聚物0.3份,增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二辛酯0.5份,抗氧剂包括抗氧剂168和抗氧剂1010。其生产工艺包括以下步骤,
步骤一,原料准备,将TPU混合料与PP混合料按3:5比例称重后分别通过投料机投入挤出机;
步骤二,熔融塑化,将步骤一种的原料分别在主机和辅机中熔融塑化,具体的,首先是主机中的熔融塑化,步骤一中的物料进入挤出机的螺筒中,将螺杆挤出压力控制在60~80MPa,将挤出机螺筒温控调节在140~198℃范围内;然后是辅机中熔融塑化,物料进入挤出机的螺筒,将螺杆挤出压力控制在40~70MPa,挤出机螺筒温控调节范围为180~230℃;
步骤三,熔融物料分配,将步骤二中的熔融物料进入熔体泵并进行分配共挤;
步骤四,定坯,经分配的熔融物料进入模具中,模具温度设置为9段,分别为:208~230℃、198~202℃、193~197℃、188~192℃、183~187℃、188~192℃、193~197℃、198~202℃与208~230℃,熔融物料从模具中挤出后进入定型台,成型为从上到下依次为TPU层、PP发泡层和TPU层的板材坯料,并将坯料的厚度设定为10mm;
步骤五,辊压或3D打印,通过滚压或3D打印使板材坯料表面形成图案花纹;
步骤六,分片和开槽,根据需要分片和开槽。
实施例二
一种轻质塑胶地板,包括PE发泡层,PE发泡层的上表面和下表面分别复合有TPU层。其中,TPU层由TPU混合料挤出成型,TPU混合料由以下重量份数的原料组成,TPU 86份;稳定剂2份;PE蜡1份;硬脂酸1.5份;石粉60份;PE混合料由以下重量份数的原料组成,PE100份,PE发泡剂3份,抗氧剂1.5份,硬脂酸2.5份,丙烯酸共聚物1份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯1份,交联剂0.6份,交联剂可使用光交联剂、热交联剂或它们的组合。例如,可使用己二醇二丙烯酸酯、乙二醇二丙烯酸酯、二乙二醇二丙烯酸酯。
其生产工艺的步骤与实施例一致。
实施例三
一种轻质塑胶地板,包括DPE发泡层,DPE发泡层的上表面和下表面分别复合有TPU层。其中,TPU层由TPU混合料挤出成型,TPU混合料由以下重量份数的原料组成,TPU 100份;稳定剂3份;PE蜡1份;硬脂酸1.5份;石粉50份;HDPE混合料由以下重量份数的原料组成,HDPE100份,PE发泡剂2份,抗氧剂2份,硬脂酸5份,丙烯酸共聚物3份,增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二辛酯1.6份,交联剂1.6份。其生产工艺中,TPU混合料和HDPE混合料的比例为1:1,并且根据成品的颜色在混合料中添加着色料,着色料选用发散型颜料。
以上仅就本发明较佳的实施例作了说明,但不能理解为是对权利要求的限制。凡是利用本发明说明书所做的等效结构或等效流程变换,均包括在本发明的专利保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

1.一种轻质塑胶地板,其特征在于:包括PP或PE发泡层,PP或PE发泡层的上表面和下表面分别复合有TPU层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轻质塑胶地板,其特征在于:PP或PE发泡层还可以替代为HDPE发泡层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的轻质塑胶地板,其特征在于:TPU层由TPU混合料挤出成型,TPU混合料由以下重量份数的原料组成,TPU 80-120份;稳定剂2-4份;PE蜡1-1.5份;硬脂酸1-1.5份;石粉40-80份;CPE2-4份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的轻质塑胶地板,其特征在于:PP或PE发泡层分别由PP混合料或PE混合料发泡挤出成型,PP混合料由以下重量份数的原料组成,PP 80-100份,PP发泡剂3-8份,抗氧剂1-5份,硬脂酸2-5份,丙烯酸共聚物0.1-3份,增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二辛酯0.1-1.5份;PE混合料由以下重量份数的原料组成,PE 80-100份,PE发泡剂3-8份,抗氧剂1-5份,硬脂酸2-5份,丙烯酸共聚物0.1-3份,增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二辛酯0.1-1.5份,交联剂0.5-1.6份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的轻质塑胶地板,其特征在于:HDPE发泡层由HDPE混合料发泡挤出成型,HDPE混合料由以下重量份数的原料组成,HDPE 80-100份,PE发泡剂1-5份,抗氧剂1-5份,硬脂酸2-5份,丙烯酸共聚物0.1-3份,增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二辛酯0.1-1.6份,交联剂0.5-2.6份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的轻质塑胶地板,其特征在于:其厚度为5~12mm。
7.一种轻质塑胶地板的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
步骤一,原料准备,将TPU混合料与PP混合料或PE混合料分别准备好后投入挤出机;
步骤二,熔融塑化,将步骤一中的物料分别在主机和辅机中熔融塑化;
步骤三,熔融物料分配,将步骤二中的熔融物料进入熔体泵并进行分配共挤;
步骤四,定坯,经分配的熔融物料进入模具中,并挤出成型为从上到下依次为TPU层、PP或PE发泡层和TPU层的板材坯料;
步骤五,辊压或3D打印,板材坯料表面纹理设置;
步骤六,分片和开槽。
8.根据权利要求6所述的轻质塑胶地板轻质塑胶地板的生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤一中的PP混合料或PE混合料替代为HDPE混合料。
9.根据权利要求6所述的轻质塑胶地板轻质塑胶地板的生产工艺,其特征在于:还可根据所需制作形成成品的颜色在各混合料中添加相同或不同的着色料。
