Abstract
本发明公开了一种柔性静音自沉式止滑地板,包括复合的表层、止滑膜层,所述的止滑膜层设有防滑的凸纹、凹纹或二者的结合构成的底纹,所述的底纹为设有开口的不闭合底纹。本发明的地板的组分构成及结构与现有技术相比较,具有一定的柔韧性,构成自沉式止滑,能够伏贴于地面;多层材质构造及底部的底纹设计使得产品发挥较佳消音的效果,不闭合的底纹即通气、容易排除湿气,同时有效止动、止滑,使地板板面能稳定的贴在地面上。本发明的产品配方的地板能达到每立方米1.9吨以上的比重,所以产品本身的重量加上具有止滑的底纹能有效的将地板附着于地面上,静音的自沉式止滑地板不会随意移动。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑胶复合地板的改良,尤其是一种柔性静音自沉式止滑地板。
背景技术
现有地板包括木质地板、瓷砖、大理石和塑胶地板四类。由于材质不同,其铺装的方式也不同。木质地板的边沿带有企口,通过地板钉钉固在预先铺设在水泥等地面的龙骨上;瓷砖和大理石即通过水泥浆料将其固化在地面上;塑胶地板即采用胶质固化在地面上,与瓷砖和大理石的铺装方式相似;或在塑胶地板四边开槽形成企口,以公、母槽企合直接铺设于地面;以上四种地板的铺装方式均较为复杂,需专业技术人员或复杂的作业说明书才能完成,且重复性差,二次利用率低。
为此,业者对地砖的结构做适当改良,企望简化铺装工艺,或者达到地砖重复使用的功效。
中国专利2005200706266公开了一种方案:在地板本体上设置连接条,并且连接条沿地板本体的相邻两边而凸出地板本体之外,而地板本体的另两边设置有与所述连接条相对应的连接搭条。铺装时,在相邻地板的连接搭条或者连接条的接触面上施以不干胶层,而后交叠粘固拼接铺设成一块地板整体,无需与地面间施以黏胶,大大提高施工速度和降低施工难度,而且为日后更新、更换提供方便。
中国专利022190422公开了另一种方案,其结构模压成型的地板砖边沿制有若干个燕尾槽,相邻两块砖通过燕尾槽嵌扣拼装连接形成一体。该地板砖施工时虽无需黏胶作为粘连介质,铺设施工较为简单,但若有部分地板损坏需要更换,就不及铺设时简单,费时费工;而且燕尾槽结构也破坏了地板砖的整体外观,显得杂乱不工整。
有关其它燕尾槽的专利产品,如瓦棱格(Valinge)、优尼林(Unilin)也存在上述的更换费工费时的问题。
市面上也有类似的止滑的塑胶地板,它在原材料中添加铁粉增加制重,使得地板直接铺设于地面时不易滑动;但此类产品因为铁粉受到气候环境的温度变化而导致物性不稳定,容易翘曲变形,不仅失去原有设计的功能,也严重影响使用者的行走。
也有部分产品的底部被设计成密封式的吸盘形状,期使地板能够如同吸盘一般紧固于地面;这种结构对地面平整度要求高。而实际状况中,直接用于铺设地板的地表面较为粗糙,且难免有粉尘散布其上,根本不同于镜子或平整光滑的瓷砖墙面,地板底部的吸盘是无法在地面上产生吸附的作用。
如何发明一种物性稳定,施工简单,无需另加粘连介质,且日后可方便更换或者重复使用的地板即成为本发明研究的对象。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有技术在使用中存在的问题,提供一种物性稳定,铺装工艺简单,无需另加胶质粘连或专业技巧铺设,又可以重复使用的柔性静音的自沉式止滑地板。
本发明解决现有问题的技术方案是:一种柔性静音自沉式止滑地板,包括复合的表层、止滑膜层,所述的止滑膜层设有防滑的凸纹、凹纹或二者的结合构成的底纹,所述的底纹为设有开口的不闭合底纹。
作为进一步改进,还包括设置表层与止滑膜层之间的第一稳定层、玻纤网格层、第二稳定层;上述的表层为的防滑耐磨层。
作为进一步改进,所述的表层为透明材质,所述的表层下紧设有印花层。
作为进一步改进,所述的表层表面设有UV涂层。
作为进一步改进,所述的不闭合的底纹设有贯穿止滑膜层底纹的通气道。
作为进一步改进,所述的第一稳定层包括PVC树脂、碳酸钙、稳定剂、塑化剂,其重量份为12.968~13.632、77.81~81.79、0.195~0.205、6.533~6.867;所述的玻纤网格层由玻璃纤维和PU胶水组成,其重量份为97.403~102.397、0.097~0.103;所述的第二稳定层包括PVC树脂、碳酸钙、稳定剂、塑化剂,其重量份为12.285~12.915、73.905~77.695、0.185~0.195、11.41~11.695;所述的止滑膜层由PVC树脂、稳定剂、塑化剂组成,其重量份为56.843~59.757、0.855~0.945、39.78~41.82。

本发明采用上述优选的重量份经过测试,测试结果如下

本实施案例中作为优选,包括依次复合的表层1、第一稳定层2、玻纤网格层3、第二稳定层4、止滑膜层5,止滑膜层5设有防滑的凸纹、凹纹或二者的结合构成的底纹,底纹为设有开口的不闭合底纹,不闭合的底纹可以使地板自沉于地面,与地面产生较大的摩擦系数。可防止空气存留于一处,在受压过程中产生局部的应力。不闭合的底纹设有贯通止滑膜层5底纹的通气道,通气道可由相对凹陷的部分构成。通气道可独立设置也可以由不闭合的底纹构成,通气道可用于通气防潮,有效防霉。本实施案例中底纹可以是不闭合的凸环(见图3),可以是类似的凸起“人”字状(见图4-5),也可以是凸起“碎石”状(见图6-7)。凸起的“人”字状底纹,周边相对凹陷的部分构成贯通的通气道;凸起的“碎石”状底纹,周边相对凹陷的部分构成贯通的通气道;“凸环”上设有断开口,断开口与周边相对凹陷的部分构成贯通的通气道。当然上述的凹凸可以相互转换。
进一步的表层1为的透明的防滑耐磨层。第一稳定层2与表层1之间的印花层6。表层1设有UV涂层11,可防止地板表面被刮花。
其中,第一稳定层2包括PVC树脂、碳酸钙、稳定剂、塑化剂,其重量份为12.968~13.632、77.81~81.79、0.195~0.205、6.533~6.867;玻纤网格层3由玻璃纤维和PU胶水组成,其重量份为97.403~102.397、0.097~0.103;第二稳定层4包括PVC树脂、碳酸钙、稳定剂、塑化剂,其重量份为12.285~12.915、73.905~77.695、0.185~0.195、11.41~11.695;止滑膜层5由PVC树脂、稳定剂、塑化剂组成,其重量份为56.843~59.757、0.855~0.945、39.78~41.82。
作为进一步优选,第一稳定层2包括PVC树脂、碳酸钙、稳定剂、塑化剂,其重量份为13.3、79.8、0.2、6.6。玻纤网格3层由玻璃纤维和PU胶水组成,其重量份为99.9与0.1。
第二稳定层4包括PVC树脂、碳酸钙、稳定剂、塑化剂,其重量份为12.6、75.8、0.19、11.4,止滑膜层5由PVC树脂、稳定剂、塑化剂组成,其重量份为58.3、0.9、40.8。
表层1为的防滑耐磨层,防滑耐磨层由PVC树脂、稳定剂、塑化剂组成,其重量份为84.727~89.073、4.94~5.46、7.702~8.098。(这个数据和第一次相比出入有点大77.3%、21.7%、1.1%请确认。)。
设置于第一稳定层2与表层1之间的印花层6,印花层6包括PVC树脂、二氧化钛、稳定剂、塑化剂,其重量份为87.75~92.25、0.487~0.513、1.365~1.435、7.897~8.303。印花层6包括的PVC树脂、二氧化钛、稳定剂、塑化剂,其重量份为90、0.51、1.4、8.1。
本发明中的任意重量份均能实现自沉式对地板动力摩擦系数、柔韧性、受热后尺寸稳定性及受热后翘曲的技术要求。
Claims (11)
1.一种柔性静音自沉式止滑地板,其特征在于:包括复合的表层、止滑膜层,所述的止滑膜层设有防滑的凸纹、凹纹或二者的结合构成的底纹,所述的底纹为设有开口的不闭合底纹。
2.如权利要求1所述的柔性静音自沉式止滑地板,其特征在于:还包括设置表层与止滑膜层之间的第一稳定层、玻纤网格层、第二稳定层。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的柔性静音自沉式止滑地板,其特征在于:所述的表层为的防滑耐磨层。
4.如权利要求3所述的柔性静音自沉式止滑地板,其特征在于:所述的表层为透明材质,所述的表层下紧设有印花层。
5.如权利要求4所述的柔性静音自沉式止滑地板,其特征在于:所述的表层表面设有UV涂层。
6.如权利要求1所述的柔性静音自沉式止滑地板,其特征在于:所述的不闭合的底纹设有贯穿止滑膜层底纹的通气道。
7.一种柔性静音自沉式止滑地板,其特征在于:包括依次复合的表层、第一稳定层、玻纤网格层、第二稳定层、止滑膜层;
所述的第一稳定层包括PVC树脂、碳酸钙、稳定剂、塑化剂,其重量份为12.968~13.632、77.81~81.79、0.195~0.205、6.533~6.867;所述的玻纤网格层由玻璃纤维和PU胶水组成,其重量份为97.403~102.397、0.097~0.103;所述的第二稳定层包括PVC树脂、碳酸钙、稳定剂、塑化剂,其重量份为12.285~12.915、73.905~77.695、0.185~0.195、11.41~11.695;所述的止滑膜层由PVC树脂、稳定剂、塑化剂组成,其重量份为56.843~59.757、0.855~0.945、39.78~41.82。
8.如权利要求6所述的柔性静音自沉式止滑地板,其特征在于:所述的表层为的防滑耐磨层,所述的防滑耐磨层由PVC树脂、稳定剂、塑化剂组成,其重量份为84.727~89.073、4.94~5.46、7.702~8.098。
9.如权利要求6或7所述的柔性静音自沉式止滑地板,其特征在于:还包括设置于第一稳定层与表层之间的印花层,所述的印花层包括PVC树脂、二氧化钛、稳定剂、塑化剂,其重量份为87.75~92.25、0.487~0.513、1.365~1.435、7.897~8.303。
10.如权利要求6所述的柔性静音自沉式止滑地板,其特征在于:所述的第一稳定层包括PVC树脂、碳酸钙、稳定剂、塑化剂,其重量份为13.3、79.8、0.2、6.6;
所述的玻纤网格层由玻璃纤维和PU胶水组成,其重量份为99.9与0.1;
所述的第二稳定层包括PVC树脂、碳酸钙、稳定剂、塑化剂,其重量份为12.6、75.8、0.19、11.4;
所述的止滑膜层由PVC树脂、稳定剂、塑化剂组成,其重量份为58.3、0.9、40.8。
11.如权利要求8所述的柔性静音自沉式止滑地板,其特征在于:所述的印花层包括PVC树脂、二氧化钛、稳定剂、塑化剂,其重量份为90、0.51、1.4、8.1。
